Sneak peek into Coleen Rooney’s life in £20million mansion with Wayne and their four kids

When Coleen and Wayne Rooney settled into a stunning £20million Cheshire mansion in 2021, which included a football pitch, wine cellar, cinema, and a hot tub, they significantly improved their lifestyle. The property also has a personal library, according to a glossy brochure from Brighouse Homes.
The opulent residence, which is officially named High Lake Manor, is set within 50 acres of what was once farmland, in stark contrast to the modest Croxteth homes Coleen and Wayne rented out as their young children.
The developers have described High Lake Manor as having “enviable” pool and spa facilities and “luxurious interiors” set within “magnificent grounds”. Over time, Coleen has occasionally offered glimpses into the home she shares with Wayne and their kids – Kai, 13, Klay, 10, Kit, seven, and Cass, five.
In a video where she announced she would be joining the upcoming series of I’m A Celebrity Get Me Out of Here, Coleen gave her viewers a sneak peek of her expansive, tastefully decorated home.
The mother of four is seen in a tastefully decorated room with a grand bay window and sophisticated doors with large antique brass handles in this most recent reveal. According to the Liverpool Echo, a sizable mirror and chic curtains that cascade over the grey flooring further enhance the space.
The family home, which has polished marble floors and a grand fireplace, was also featured in another video of her sons wishing their mothers good luck in the jungle. The boys’ bedrooms, which have a pull-up bar on the doorframe and what appear to be Man United tops scattered around them, were also provided by Coleen’s eldest son.
Coleen shared photos of her sons playing in the enormous swimming pool last year. As they took a refreshing dip, they were seen sporting matching shorts.
Other pictures include those taken during Christmas – in matching pyjamas – with a gigantic, meticulously-decorated tree taking centre stage.
A bar area with plush seating encircling it, a polished grey worktop, and hanging glass lights over the island’s worktop was another photo shared by Coleen.
High Lake Manor is nestled within Cheshire’s “Golden Triangle” in the village of Ollerton. The Rooneys only managed to relocate in 2021 after the development project experienced delays as a result of the pandemic, despite purchasing the plot for £4 million.
Wayne and Coleen previously faced accusations of transforming the idyllic village of Marthall, near Knutsford, into a “footballers ‘ housing estate” by a local parish council.
The mansion has its own orangeries and a garage with seating for six cars, which are hidden behind a lake. Rooney – with an estimated worth of £100million – has also fitted a snooker room, home cinema, wine cellar, and a stable area with room for 14 horses.
Following an incident at their former £6 million Prestbury residence, the couple have since installed security cameras. When a masked intruder attempted to break in in 2016, leading to Coleen’s later admission that the incident had left her with worries and sleepless nights.
