Despite being discovered to have sexually assaulted a woman on a night out, Conor McGregor still has his devoted support from his fiance.

The former UFC champion, 36, was accused of “brutally raping and battering” Nikita Hand in a Dublin hotel in December 2018. He claimed that the sex was consensual in court and that he had raped her. Ms Hand won her claim against him and McGregor has been ordered to pay more than €248, 000 (£206, 000) in damages.

In a seemingly pointed dig at her time in the Royal Family, Meghan Markle has made a bold plea in advance of the Christmas season.

When Prince Harry got engaged and then wed, the Duchess of Sussex famously gave up her acting career and life in the United States. However, after less than two years as a working royal Meghan, along with Harry, quit life in the UK and headed to California. Meghan claims she first came to the UK because she felt “lonely” when she first arrived, and that she underwent few adjustments to her royal life. Meghan, who is now residing in California and supporting various charitable organizations, hosted a pre-holiday dinner for Afghan women who had fled their countries and have since re-located to the United States.
