Fans criticized Grace Jackson after she admitted she wasn’t happy with her appearance and shared a video of herself getting cosmetic treatment.

Grace Jackson, 26, of Love Island, revealed her plans for more cosmetic procedures, which has sparked outrage among her fans. The actress recently visited Dr. Roshan Ravindran, affectionately known as Dr. Rosh, for a little “freshen up,” in a TikTok video.

Grace, who met boyfriend Luca Bish on the 2025 Love Island All Stars series, had a number of tweakments and beauty enhancements ahead of her return to the ITV show’s villa, including a trip to a filler specialist, a lash lift, and the addition of some ‘knockout’ hair extensions.

She’s back in the doctor’s chair right now, telling him it’s been “such a long time.” Grace is seen getting ready for her consultation in the video. Before he interjects the cheeky statement, “Loved up with Luca”?, she says, “I feel like I need a little a re-fresh.”

Dr. Rosh responds, “I can tell you’ve fallen hard,” when Grace acknowledges her partner by saying, “Loved up with Luca.” She then requests a “refresh for the face” and expresses her concerns about “my hooded eyes’ excessive skin.”

Grace, who has previously had masseter Botox, mentions: “I’m getting my headaches again,” prompting Dr Rosh to confirm that the treatment has worn off and needs topping up. Finally, she admits: “I am really struggling with my traps [trapezius muscles]” to which Dr Rosh assures her he can assist.

Fans aren’t entirely convinced that she needs any more improvements, though. She must be honest about her feelings. One person commented on Dr. Rosh’s post, “it’s only been three months. She added, “She didn’t need anything to be done!” You’re saying, “You don’t need anything,” so be it.

A third mumbled, “Literally, it’s been a minute.” These faces, damn it, leave them alone. Among the disparaging comments, some defended Grace. We can barely tell because she does such a small amount of work! She doesn’t overdo it because she resembles her in age. Mel, 49, is currently in Pasadena, California filming for the new series of America’s Got Talent, alongside long-time pal Simon Cowell. She is back on the show after a five-year absence and joins fellow judges Sofia Vergara and Howie Mandel, as well as Simon.

After her marriage to Stephen was ended in 2017, Mel relocated from the US to the UK. Since the split, Mel has accused him of domestic abuse, which he denies. The couple has been married for ten years.
