A special procession will take place tomorrow morning down Broad Street and Black Sabbath Bridge and Bench, where floral tributes for the rocker will be laid out for the fans who want to pay their last respects to Ozzy.

Ozzy will be followed by his family in the special procession down Broad Street at 1pm, where he will be accompanied by a live brass band – Bostin’ Brass – as the city can take time to remember the Black Sabbath star.

Councillor Zafar Iqbal, the Lord Mayor of Birmingham, stated that “Ozzy was more than just a music legend; he was also a native of Birmingham.” It was important to the city that we supported a fitting, dignified tribute ahead of a private family funeral because he recently received the Freedom of the City and made a celebratory appearance at the Back to the Beginning concert earlier this month.
