Zoe Ball, a BBB Radio 2 presenter, thinks the culprit was on her show to promote her new podcast with Jo Whiley.

Zoe Ball said she was left in tears last week after discovering that her car had been broken into, shortly after appearing on The One Show. The 54-year-old BBC Radio 2 presenter shared her ordeal, as she admitted to feeling partly responsible for leaving a bag visible on the front seat.

She shared the incident with her co-host for Dig It, Jo Whiley, saying, “Someone had smashed the front window of my car, that’s never happened to me before.”

As she attempted to process what had happened and determine what to do, Zoe described initially feeling “a little frozen.”

Then, resourcefully, Zoe discovered a festival-themed poncho in her car to cover the broken window.

She said, “I tightened it and slammed it against the smashed door like, “Right, okay, I’m probably going to have to drive from London to Brighton at 30 miles per hour.”

Zoe said she was able to increase her speed despite the setback, but that she remembered how loud her surroundings were.

The presenter chose to listen to her podcast partner’s radio show, which was followed by Bob Harris’ program, while returning home.

She joked, “I’ve never heard the country show quite so loud in my ear,” and credited them with assisting her in getting home safely.

Zoe pondered the break-in by not leaving her bag in the front seat.

She admitted, “I’m not very practical. What do I do when things like that occur occasionally make me think, “Right, oh yes, I do? I lack any masking tape, “. They were fine, as long as they didn’t end up getting anything valuable.

When questioned about whether the incident had left her feeling hurt, Zoe responded, “I entered and I had a massive cry.”

The trio, as well as Norman’s wife Rachel, were very close and often met up while also being in regular contact on the telephone. “Brian and Norman would be on the phone for hours,” Linda said. “We met up regularly too because we did film festivals and I hosted the George and Mildred evenings. [We met up] as much as we could, really.”

Explaining the relationship between the two couples, Linda admitted the two couples were always in contact with each other, whether it was on the phone or meeting up.

She said the actors were “very, very close”. “We [herself, Brian, Norman and Rachel] just had so much fun.”

Linda, who is now a crime novelist, added: “Together Brian and Norman brought so much laughter to the world and they gave the world a legacy of laughter that will live on.

“Even though we’ve sadly lost them – and I’m broken hearted that we’ve lost them both – but we have a legacy of laughter that they’ve left the world and I hope they continue to make generation after generation happy because it’s a sad old world at the moment.”

With Norman’s death bringing back memories of her late husband’s passing, she told of her last moments with her beloved Brian, to whom she was married to for 35 years. “As he died I was singing to him,” she revealed.

“We had a little song together every night and I was singing it to him as I knew he was fading.

“And he was desperately trying to say I love you and I told him it’s okay to just rest now. My memories of Brian are beautiful and that’s all I’ve got to hang on to and I will hang on to that for the rest of my life.”

Linda emotionally added: “But losing Norman as well was very, very sad. I just hope they find each other in heaven.” And she admitted her biggest dream today is for the world to remember the pair’s legacy of laughter.

Following Norman’s death, Linda shared a touching tribute online. Taking to Twitter/X, she said: “RIP my dear dear friend. Brian will be there, you will have a friend.

“I will miss your friendship so very much but I promise to look after Rachel for you. My thoughts and love go out to all your friends and family. I loved working with you. You were a great actor and a lovely man.”

As well as appearing on George and Mildred together, Norman and Brian both starred in Man About the House.

“It just come out of nowhere, the kids were so good with helping,” she said on the Katie Price Show podcast. “The cat had five kittens and luckily, we were prepared.”

However, because they had arrived early, Katie had to bring the kittens home with them. She continued, “JJ had to visit the vet at two in the morning because they couldn’t fix their faces to the mother.”

So, we and JJ have been feeding the kittens every other hour throughout the day and night. Katie even went so far as to admit that having a newborn baby was “worse.”

When the kittens arrived, the couple decided to bring Doris and the babies along with them because they were supposed to be on an island island. Katie and JJ stopped at a vet to tell them they were premature while they were there.

They claimed that the vet was treating them well, that they were above their weight, and that they were looking good. They declared, “You are doing really well whatever you are doing.” So we’re congratulated on the back.

Katie made a comment about how fatherhood was affecting her partner, saying, “JJ, you have never felt this worn out. When it is the real thing, he is practicing for it.

Katie revealed her baby plans in an interview with Paul C. Brunson earlier this year on his We Need To Talk podcast. I had IVF, but it was unsuccessful because, in essence, my eggs are too young, she said.

Even though the doctors said there was only a 1% chance of that working, I just said I might be that 1%. I’m working it out! I endured it all, but it was unsuccessful.

“I received donor eggs last year, so I now have them. Although you can’t see the image, they do show how I look, such as the dark hair, the green eyes, and Spanish, because I have an Italian/Spanish personality.

Katie also explained how she had chosen a sperm donor before meeting with JJ. Before meeting JJ, I was quite happy because I’m not afraid to have a baby on my own. She claimed that she found a black-born sperm donor from America.

Katie Price has emotionally shared she is “always going to be the baddie” as she hit out at her daughter Princess Andre being kept away from her. In a candid confession about her family, the former glamour model, 47, revealed she’s “very, very upset” with the distance between them.

Model Princess, 18, is currently starring in her very own ITV2 documentary series, The Princess Diaries, as she carves out her own career. She signed up with her dad Peter Andre’s management to make the show and moved in with him for two months while filming got underway.

In the latest episode of the Katie Price Show podcast, Katie revealed she was “banned” from appearing in Princess’ new show, resulting in the pair not seeing each other as much. She admitted she has been left “very, very upset” by the situation, having even missed Princess’ 18th birthday due to it being filmed.

The mum-of-five said she even offered to take part in Princess’ show ‘for free’ but her kind offer was flatly turned down. Hitting out at the management team, Katie explained: “I’ve always said, over my dead body would I ever want her to manage my kids because she doesn’t like me and Pete and me don’t talk.

“I am very, very, very upset that Princess has signed with them when she was 16. I wasn’t asked to look at any contracts so I don’t know what Princess has signed because it’s all to do with that side.”

Elsewhere in the podcast episode, she spilled her own side of the story amid rumours of a rift with her and Princess. Katie shut the claims down, but hit out at Peter and wife Emily for their role in the TV series.

Reflecting at the end of the episode, Katie confessed: “That was a good thing, I’ve cleared a lot of things up. This is what’s interesting, lets see how it’s twisted and turned again, just to let you all know, whatever happens, is always going to be my fault.

“I’m always going to be the baddie, it’s always going to be my fault. But just remember, we’ve got proof of everything, so there you go.”

Katie’s sister Sophie asked how she was feeling now, as she responded: “I have worked so hard on myself, also, with Princess, she did have therapy and I know that she had therapy after our hijacking thing.

“Now, she’s got to remember, this was shut under the carpet, it would have affected the kids when me and Pete split too.” Katie responded to claims Princess needed therapy following her rocky relationship with ex husband Kieran Hayler.

“Yeah it was turbulence between me and Kieran but Princess didn’t have therapy because of me and Kieran,” she said. “I know that Pete got her therapy because she was losing weight or something but of course I’ll get the blame for that because I always do.

“I know that she definitely had therapy for the hijack that we had and I know when she had therapy before, that was because Emily and Pete were pushing her to have therapy, that was nothing to do with me splitting up with Kieran.

“It’s funny how things change. I’m always going to look the bad cop everyone but tides are changing, I’m not having it anymore because I’ve got a voice.”

Princess Andre is “too scared to tell the truth” about her apparent “rift” with her mum, Katie Price. The former glamour model and her eldest daughter have been surrounded by allegations of a rift in recent weeks, after it was revealed that Katie, 47, would not be included in Princess’s own reality show.

Instead, The Princess Diaries shows Princess with her dad, Peter Andre, step-mum Emily and her journey to adulthood after turning 18. But while Katie has maintained a positive relationship with her children, she claims that people behind the scenes have implied that there is a rift between them.

She has also claimed she was blacklisted from appearing in the show, despite being in Ibiza while Princess was there, and crying to producers over the ordeal. Now, the former glamour model has suggested that while Princess is appearing on her own show and engaging with the media, she’s ‘too afraid’ to reveal the truth. “I said to Princess ‘Have you seen any edits of the show?’ and she said ‘no’,” Katie revealed on her podcast, The Katie Price Show. She went on to add: “So it’ll be interesting to see what’s cut out. I won’t be watching the show and I won’t be promoting the show because I don’t need it rubbed in my face of everyone playing happy families and regarding me as the other parent.

“Although I support Princess and everything she does. But I think it’s really wrong for her age to be put in this situation because she’s going to have to do press, and they will ask. Apparently they’re doing This Morning; Junior and Princess, they are going to be asked ‘What’s all this about your mum? Why isn’t your mum in it?”

Katie continued: “I think Princess would be too scared to tell the truth because Dad and management wouldn’t have me in it, which is the truth. Princess shouldn’t have that pressure; she should be enjoying it and not worrying about what her parents think. It’s very healthy for both parents to support their kids.

“I know her management listens to my podcast, so I just want to say one thing, and it’s to all parents out there. Any parent out there, how would you feel as a parent that you’re so close to your child but then you’ve got other people taking them off you, not letting you turn up or support your child. They just take them off you. They don’t acknowledge you. They don’t tell you anything. They don’t involve you in anything. How harmful is that to a mother? It’s so upsetting.”

Princess is currently managed by CAN Group, who also look after Peter. But CAN also represented Katie following her stint on I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here!, and during her marriage to Peter, after the pair met in the jungle. However, Katie has never made it a secret that she didn’t want the firm handling Princess, as the director allegedly doesn’t like Katie, due to their bond being severed when she and her first husband split up in 2009.

Katie was reminded that she can’t be “deleted completely”, but while she can be stopped from appearing on the show, producers have more than likely realised that they couldn’t make the show without mentioning Katie. “When I was in Ibiza, Princess was there in Ibiza and I wasn’t allowed to meet up with her,” she added.

It was during a night out on the party island that Katie bumped into producers of The Princess Diaries and burst out crying, telling them how she wished to be involved. “I never cry,” she said, before adding that the producer saw how upset she was and “knew it was right” that Katie should be supporting her daughter.

“I don’t know where it’s going to go from here, but it’s alright for them not to have me in the show, but I’m alright to be used for headlines for the show,” she added.
