He made it his personal mission to open doors for others to walk through since he was a child with his family in Acton. To encourage and entertain people throughout life. And most importantly, to simply make people happy.

Jamal worked tirelessly to provide a platform for people, helping so many. His charitable work spanned both domestic and international missions, ranging from giving back to St. Vincent and the Grenadines.

“We are so proud of everything Jamal has accomplished and how he has impacted the lives of others,” he said. We are sorely missing him.

The singer previously admitted to losing him in his television series Ed Sheeran: The Sum Of It All despite the fact that the two were close friends. He said it “took over his entire life” and that he “hadn’t experienced grief and loss” before Jamal’s passing.

The singer’s wife revealed that he couldn’t process his passing because it occurred just weeks after she was diagnosed with cancer.

I essentially resided in his bedroom. His mother assumed that we were dating, Ed said. “Jamal passed away in the morning. At noon, I was at his mother’s house. You spend nine days and nine nights in the family home, which is Caribbean culture. They organize a large party on the ninth night.

Your youth is immediately ended by grief. He knows about 10,000 people, despite the funeral’s size of 30.

Ed and the music entrepreneur were photographed during a scene from the television series in honor of the chef. He sobbed as he contemplated Jamal’s birthday without him present while sitting in the back of the car.

“It’s still very raw. It’s very real. His grave, we go past it a lot, it just feels so weird that he’s in amongst loads of people he didn’t know,” Ed said. “It’s all pure sadness. It’s horrible. I know everyone goes through it. It’s a common thing that you can’t avoid”.

The Bad Habits singer continued: “I felt I hadn’t really grown up until I experienced grief, loss. It just took over my whole life. It’s just weird. I was thinking I don’t want to cry in front of 78,000 people. I found myself really close at times. It’s just mad, straight back to it. The show must go on.” When Jamal died, Ed rushed to his mother’s house to look after her and Jamal’s sister Tanisha for a whole week.

Everyone has been so wonderful and supportive, and there wasn’t anything he wasn’t sorting out and doing when we needed it,” Brenda previously revealed on Loose Women.

Amanda Holden reveals famous pals were ‘worried’ before filming new BBC quiz show

The presenter and actress will be airing a 25-episode run on weekday afternoons in addition to a primetime celebrity version of The Inner Circle.

Amanda Holden persuaded some of her closest pals to take part in a Saturday-night celebrity primetime spin-off of her new BBC daytime quiz The Inner Circle.

Her actor friends Sarah Parish, Tamzin Outhwaite and Fay Ripley went to Scotland to appear in the new Traitors-style six-parter, in which an all-star cast try to outsmart each other – and aid their non-celebrity partners – in order to win big cash prizes.

Amanda said that having her friends on the show had been fun as they had all thrown themselves into the game, in which the contestants are not only tested on what they know, but on who they can trust.

The series has been described as a quiz version of The Traitors because it relies on mystery and treachery, with contestants competing in games and challenges to build up prize pot.

Who they can trust and whether they are stabbed in the back determine what they bring home. They must work together with others in accordance with the rules to get the prize, but the twist is that they must either back or turn against each other at the very end to win.

Sarah Parish, Tamzin Outhwaite, and Fay Ripley are just a few of the celebrities who came to Scotland, according to her. They’re all my friends, which was great because it gave me a good excuse to have them over for a quick glass of fizz after filming.

Tamzin and Sarah expressed disappointment with me because they were concerned that their general knowledge would let them down. The British Got Talent host claims she has a good sense of how their gameplay will turn out.

None of them are very good liars, even though they were really good! “she laughed”. I was able to sort of say, “Listen, I’ve known Tamzin for 20 years,” or “I’ve known Sarah for almost 30 years, and she doesn’t lie very well, so you’ve got a good one there.” Nobody wants to be sent home early because you have to be a good liar to get through the show, though, depending on how you view it.

Other stars who took part included GMB’s Charlotte Hawkins, Olympian Colin Jackson, ex-EastEnder Danielle Harold, TV presenter Jeff Brazier, singer JB Gill, TV presenter Zara McDermott and Kaiser Chiefs frontman Ricky Wilson.

Six regular players are assigned to a celeb for each duo’s secret cash stash, which ranges from zero to £5, 000. Each pair must use strategic gameplay to determine what each pair has in the challenging rounds, but only they are aware of their own value. The winner receives immunity in each round, and one player is removed until there are only two remaining in the final.

Amanda, 54, expressed her delight at the stars who participated, including former Blue Peter star Sarah Greene, sports legend Sam Quek, actor Nina Wadia, and former Gladiator turned Gladiator, a former Blue Peter actor turned Gladiator. She recalled that Gladiators’ Legend was extremely competitive. JJ Chalmers really impressed me because Ricky Wilson is a competitive person and knows his stuff.

The 25-part daytime series – plus the six-part celebrity editions – will air on BBC1 from October.

The Jimmy Kimmel Live! crew were reportedly “shocked” by the show’s suspension and only learned it had been pulled from the air when the story broke in the news.

The late-night chat show was pulled from the air on Wednesday (17 September) night after the host received backlash over his previous monologue about the death of right-wing activist Charlie Kirk. A source claimed that the situation happened so quickly, and Jimmy and his crew weren’t told; instead, they found out the show was being suspended when the news broke widely.

“Things happened very quickly,” he said. Around 3 p.m., word that Jimmy would be pulled, d, and that caused station heads to panic, according to the source. According to the source, Disney and ABC staff have been “walking on eggshells” all the time recently. According to them, news outlets must decide whether or not to talk about Kimmel’s show because ABC is refusing to release a statement. In order to properly cover the story themselves, ABC refused to release a statement to affiliates.

Some stations were forced to make the decision to completely disregard the Kimmel story’s coverage in their newscasts as a result. The source stated that the crew were still receiving money despite what some reports had claimed, and that the show had not been canceled.

After Kimmel made comments about Charlie Kirk’s shooting, the program was permanently suspended, according to ABC. The MAGA gang is desperately trying to characterize this kid who killed Charlie Kirk as anything other than one of them, the host said in his monologue on Monday (15 September). He also claimed that “Kirk’s death” was the result of Republican supporters’ “trying to” win political points.

The Federal Communications Commission’s chair, Brendan Carr, a broadcast regulator, threatened to take legal action against ABC and its parent company, Disney, and claimed Kimmel was “directly misleading the American public.”

On the conservative podcast The Benny Show, Carr said, “We can do this the easy way or the hard way. These businesses can find a way to change Kimmel’s behavior and act on him, to be honest, or the FCC will need to do more work in the interim.

A right-wing political activist named Kirk was killed and shot on September 10 while speaking at a university in Utah. According to reports, Tyler Robinson, the killer, is wanted for the death penalty. Kimmel criticized the attack the day Kirk passed away, and he also extended “love” to his family.

President Donald J. Trump claimed in a statement this week that Kimmel was fired because he “had bad ratings” and “is” not a talented person. Ben Stiller and Jean Smart from Hacks have both spoken out about Kimmel’s suspension. Smart wrote on her Instagram that “What Jimmy said was free speech, not hate speech,” while Steiller claimed the suspension wasn’t appropriate. Kimmel has not made any comments.

The most recent feud between Trump’s administration and the media is Kimmel’s show’s suspension. Trump has reportedly been the subject of the late-night show with Stephen Colbert’s cancellation after 11 seasons, and he has reached agreements with CBS and ABC regarding separate stories. Trump has also filed legal suits against the Wall Street Journal and the New York Times.

The Mirror has contacted ABC for comment.

Bella Hadid rushed to hospital as she shares huge health update on Lyme disease

After revealing that she was in the hospital as a result of her ongoing battle with the chronic illness, which she was first diagnosed with ten years ago, Bella Hadid gave a health update to her online fans.

Bella Hadid has taken to Instagram to share a health update with fans after being taken to the hospital amid her battle with chronic illness, Lyme disease.

The model captioned the photo, which shows her in the hospital on Wednesday (17 September), “I’m sorry, I always go MIA.” I adore you all. Her recent photos show her life, and several of them show the 28-year-old using breathing apparatus and other hospital equipment.

Bella was given the excuse for her hospital stay, but she was given Lyme disease more than ten years ago. If left untreated, Lyme disease can become a chronic illness that can be passed on to humans by ticks. Chronic fatigue and other symptoms have been compared to fibromyalgia symptoms.

Yolanda Hadid, her mother, commented on the post, which suggested the chronic illness was to blame for the hospital stay. The former Dutch model wrote “Lyme warrior.” Yolanda also shared a number of images of her daughter being treated on her own social media account.

She wrote a heartfelt tribute to her daughter’s courageous battle with lyme disease in the caption. As she addressed the audience, she said, “It has deeply cut the deepest core of hopelessness inside of me. It is difficult for anyone to explain or comprehend chronic neurological Lyme disease’s invisible disability.

On our Lyme journey, I try to lead by example, but I can’t compare to watching my baby suffer. I stopped sharing my personal story after a long time because I needed a shift in my energy to concentrate on my recovery rather than rehashing other people’s experiences.

“Even so, I am the head of my health, and I’m still determined to find a cure that is accessible to everyone after looking for a cure for fifteen years. When lab results reveal our victory, I’m hoping to share what we’ve learned and where we’ve been with you and the Lyme community soon.

You are unyielding and courageous, Bellita, to my beautiful. No child should have an incurable chronic disease in their body. Despite failing protocols and facing numerous setbacks, I admire your bravery and willingness to fight for health.

“You’ve been diagnosed in 2013 and have endured the darkness, pain, and unknown hell,” you said. “There are simplyn’t words big enough for the words.” You actually didn’t live; you only learned how to survive in your own paralyzed brain. You are a fighter, and I’m so proud of you. No matter how long this takes, I promise to follow you everywhere.

Bella was being treated to help manage her condition, as her caption continued to confirm. Yolanda continued, “You have endured another month of treatment, and I know that miracles happen every day. My love, I pleading for your quick recovery. Although we have been in agony, we always recover. Together, we will fight for better days.

Along with her mother and brother Anwar, Bella was diagnosed with lyme disease in 2013. Bella has previously thanked her mother for supporting her during her medical procedures and “believing” in her suffering. She wrote in her 2023 memoir, “Thankful to my mommy for keeping all of my medical records, sticking by me, never leaving my side, protecting, supporting, but most of all, believing me through all of this.”
