NFL sports star, Odell Beckham Jr, has been dragged into the P. Diddy scandal in a bombshell lawsuit filed against the Bad Boy star.

Diddy, 54, is currently awaiting trial from his jail cell in New York after being accused of sex trafficking, racketeering charges and transportation to engage in prostitution, which he denies.

A woman has filed an initial lawsuit against the multi-millionaire – last October, accusing the dad-of-seven of ‘ violently gang raping ‘ her at an Orinda, California home in March 2018.

The woman, as well as two other plaintiffs identified only as Jane Doe and John Doe, have now amended the lawsuit to include Beckham and comedian Druski (real name Drew Desbordes), accusing both men of rape.

In a statement to DailyMail.com, Diddy’s lawyers denied the allegations and said that the music mogul wasn’t at the Orinda, California home at the time of the alleged events. Beckham and Druski have also denied the allegations in statements posted to social media.

A statement from Diddy’s lawyers read: “This new complaint – brought by an attorney who has already been sued for defaming Mr. Combs – demonstrates the depraved lengths plaintiffs will travel to garner headlines in pursuit of a payday.

” Mr. Combs was nowhere near Orinda, California on the day the woman claims she was assaulted there, and the Contra Costa Sheriff’s Department has already confirmed the woman’s claims were determined to be unfounded following a thorough investigation.

“In an attempt to salvage her claims following the investigation debunking them, the woman has now invented an even wilder narrative, alleging a vast (and facially implausible) conspiracy between law enforcement, local civilians, and media industry players”. The Mirror has contacted Diddy’s reps for comment.

In a tweet on Monday, Beckham Jr. wrote: “I have been informed of the allegations about me in a suit in CA. I really can’t even believe that my name is mentioned in that matter. There is absolutely no truth to those allegations.

” I do not know and have never met this person that filed the suit. I was not anywhere near Orinda, CA at that time. In fact, I don’t think I have ever been to Orinda, CA. I have never done anything like that, and I would never do anything like that to anyone. I’m confident that these ridiculous claims against me will be dismissed. “

Druski, who said last year in a podcast that he had” been in attendance “at one of Diddy’s parties but” not one of them parties”, responded to the allegations in the amended lawsuit on social media. He said:” I wasn’t a public figure in 2018 – I was broke living with my mom without any connections to the entertainment industry at the time of this allegation, so the inclusion of my name is truly outlandish.

“My heart breaks for actual victims of abuse, but I’m fully confident that the evidence will expose this falsehood and the individuals who are maliciously trying to game the legal system to peddle false narratives”.

Responding to Druski’s comments, Beckham said: “Boy I’ll tell you what. This world makes absolutely no sense. I am covered by God. He will prevail. I know who am I, I know who u are, keep your head. That name will be cleared. S**** stupid”.

Jane Doe and John Doe – who are mother and son – were allegedly witnesses of the gang rape of the woman – and knew Diddy ‘ through their connections in the music industry. ‘

Their lawsuit also claims that Druski (previously identified as Defendant Doe as well) was instructed to rape the woman by Diddy, and did so.

A man accused of stalking actress Anna Friel has pleaded not guilty at court.

Phil Appleton, 71, is alleged to have sent “numerous messages”, visited the actress’s home address on several occasions and “left unwanted gifts” between January 1 2022 and December 11 2024, a judge sitting at Reading Crown Court heard on Monday. The alleged stalking is said to have caused Ms Friel “serious alarm or distress” and had “an adverse effect on her day-to-day activities”, the court heard.

Appleton, of Springfield Road in Windsor pleaded not guilty to one count of stalking causing serious alarm or distress. The defendant, who appeared by videolink from HMP Bullingdon and did not have a solicitor present in court, told judge Neil Millard he accepted sending messages to Ms Friel and visiting her home address on several occasions, but denied his behaviour amounted to stalking.

A provisional trial date has been set for July 28 at Reading Crown Court. The defendant will next appear in court on May 9 for a further case management hearing.

Anna is best known for playing Detective Sergeant Marcella Backland in the hit ITV drama Marcella which aired from 2016 until 2019. While older TV fans may affectionately recall the actress playing Beth Jordache in the iconic Channel 4 soap Brookside between 1993 and 1995 – a role for which she won a National Television Awards in 1995.

As well as appearing in UK TV, Friel has enjoyed success in the USA – starring as Charlotte ‘ Chuck ‘ Charles in the ABC comedy series Pushing Daisies from 2007 until 2009. She also had a lead role in the second season of the anthology series The Girlfriend Experience – which was created by Oscar winning Hollywood director Steven Soderbergh.

Her role in Marcella – which broadcast internationally via Netflix – landed her an Emmy Award win as Best Performance by an Actress in 2017. And she has also appeared in films including Limitless, alongside Bradley Cooper, and London Boulevard alongside Colin Farrell and Keira Knightley.

Friel was previously in a relationship with Harry Potter star David Thewlis from 2001 until 2010 with whom she shares a daughter. She then dated the actor Rhys Ifans – who also appeared in the Harry Potter film franchise – from 2011 until 2014.

Jamie Laing has revealed he was the subject of a robbery – days after he revealed burglars tried to smash into his house.

The 36-year-old reality star has had a bad run of luck alongside his 30-year-old wife Sophie Habboo – who he tied-the-knot with in 2023. The couple live in West London and were horrified to be woken up early one morning to see a balaclava clad criminal trying to break into their home.

And now Jamie has revealed his car got broken into – with criminals leaving creepy items behind that he fears could have been left as some kind of message. Jamie and Sophie had previously opened up about their home invasion ordeal while discussing their lives on a podcast.

On Monday, the former Made In Chelsea star explained that he had been the victim of a second breaking and entering incident – this time involving his car. He detailed the moment he realised his car had been broken into and went on to explain his concerns over what he found inside the car.

Telling all on his Radio 1 show on Monday, Jamie said: “So, I live in London, I was with my wife Sophie and we went to get in our car. It’s parked around the place we live, and it’s London right, things maybe go missing occasionally or whatever. I walked up to the car, and the car looked a little bit funny, the door was slightly open, and I was like, ‘ Hang on a second, has someone managed to get into the car? ‘

” Came up to the car and we had been robbed. They left the pineapple in one seat and the melon in another seat. I said to my wife, ‘ Did you leave these in the car? ‘ and she was like, ‘ No? ‘, so I don’t know if it’s a sign or the mark they leave. “

Wendy Williams has been seen being escorted to hospital amid a worrying debate over her health and guardianship.

The star was diagnosed with frontotemporal dementia (FTD) and primary progressive aphasia (PPA) in May 2023, and has since been placed in an assisted living facility with her affairs under the control of a court-appointed guardian. Wendy, 60, has raged against claims that she’s “cognitively impaired”, begging for help to get her life back to normal.

In photos taken in New York on Monday, Wendy was seen being led to an ambulance as she left her assisted care facility, flanked by a group of sheriffs – one of whom she linked arms with.

According to the Daily Mail, the former talkshow host was en route to Lenox Hill Hospital, where she’s set to undergo a cognitive evaluation to establish whether she’s well enough for her guardianship to come to an end. The outlet reported that the visit came after she dropped a note reading “Help! Wendy!”! to paparazzi gathered outside her fifth floor window.

Wendy wore black trousers and a white top for the quick exit, layered with a long patterned cardigan. She clutched a handbag for the hospital trip, and let go of the cop’s arm to enter the ambulance herself upon arrival at the van’s front door.

Alongside her diagnosis with frontotemporal dementia, Wendy has shared that she’s struggled with other health issues over the past few years. Back in 2018, the star announced that she had been diagnosed with the autoimmune condition Graves ‘ disease, and its associated disease of hyperthyroidism.

Wendy’s movements are under the judgement of her court-appointed guardian Sabrina Morrissey, who previously declared in legal proceedings that Wendy is “cognitively impaired, permanently disabled, and legally incapacitated” – thus her move into the secure living facility in New York.

Wendy’s family has agreed with Wendy’s own opinion that the ruling is unwarranted, and previously shared their concern over their inability to contact the talk show host. Her relatives claimed that Wendy was put under guardianship without their knowledge and were not considered to be potential caregivers for her.

Last month, Wendy appeared on podcast The Breakfast Club via video link, and protested against her guardian’s claim that she was unable to live independently.

“I am not cognitively impaired, you know what I’m saying? But I feel like I’m in prison”, she said of her lodgings. “I’m in this place where the people are in their 90s and their 80s and their 70s … There’s something wrong with these people here on this floor”.

Wendy’s hospital evaluation follows news that she was given the green light by the court to visit her father in Miami for his forthcoming 94th birthday. The TV star will be able to leave her secure facility and fly to New York City before heading to Florida to join in the family celebrations, according to TMZ – with no specified date provided.

Amber Rose has opened up about the first time she worked with Kanye West – ultimately leading to their shock relationship.

Model Amber, 41, dated Kanye, 47, from 2008 to 2010, and met when he invited her to work on the music video for his song Robocop. After being flown out from New York to Los Angeles, however, Amber realised that the rapper may have had more than just work on his mind.

The former stripper spoke to host Shannon Sharpe on his podcast Club Shay Shay, and admitted that she was “so young” she didn’t know that Kanye may have had romantic intentions. Shannon brought up Amber’s career on music videos, and asked whether she tried to keep things “professional” or might have set out to bag herself a musician.

Amber immediately guessed that he was referring to her fling with Kanye, and suggested that things may have been unprofessional on his side. “He flew me out to do Robocop video because he was like ‘ You look like a robot, I think this would be cool. ‘ And I said ‘ Absolutely, you’re Kanye West, of course I’ll come out to shoot the video. It would be an honour, ‘” she described.

Machine Gun Kelly’s ex continued: “I go to LA, and we’re like hanging out at night, I meet him, and he’s on another video set. And I’m like, ‘ Okay, so what time should I be ready tomorrow, is a car going to- ‘ you know, because I’m so used to the other videos I’ve done before that…”

EastEnders fans were stunned when they saw Kat Slater actress Jessie Wallace serving punters in an east London cafe.

In scenes that may have left TV fans questioning if life was imitating art – or the other way around – the 53-year-old soap icon was serving up drinks at the iconic E Pellicci cafe in Bethnal Green. Jessie has starred on EastEnders since the turn of the century – and has been one of the many landladies to work behind the bar of the Queen Vic on the BBC show.

Over the weekend, Jessie swapped E20 for E2 and showed off her barista skills as she got to work in the east London cafe. Footage shared by the E Pellicci cafe Instagram page showed the star chatting with customers while steaming milk for hot drinks.

Footage showed Jessie barking one of her most iconic Kat Slater lines as one customer joked with her saying, “You aint my mother”, and she replied: “Yes, I am”! The bombshell line calls back to a 2001 episode of EastEnders when Kat reveals to Zoe Slater, played by Michelle Ryan, that she is her biological mother.

Sharing clips and photos via Instagram, the E Pellicci cafe wrote: When our GORGEOUS and super lovely friend @jessie. wallace_official performs one of the most iconic lines ever @bbceastenders in a packed cafe… Thank you @jessie. wallace_official you made our day and we love you loads. “

Fans have been stunned by the antics – and flooded the Instagram post with comments and messages. One fan wrote:” What a good sport she is. “Another typed:” Iconic moment to be part off. “And another declared:” I love her “along with red heart emojis.

Jessie is a fan favourite and first appeared on EastEnders as Kat in 2000 before quitting the square in 2005. She returned in 2010 and has remained a member of the cast in the 15 years since.

Earlier this year, Jessie expressed her hope that on-screen daughter Michelle, 40, will return to Albert Square. Appearing on Lacey Turner’s podcast, We Started Here, Jessie said:” I’d love it if she came back… I think it would be great for Kat and Zoe. I think it would be brilliant if she just turned up and went, ‘ Hello, Mum! ‘ “

In November last year, Michelle admitted she would be open to returning to EastEnders – having previously vowed never to return to the soap. During an exchange with fans via Instagram, one follower asked:” Love the show. My buddy is one of the shows directors and I hope to visit the set one day. Would you ever consider a return? “- to which Michelle replied:” Never say never! “

Another fan asked:” Would you not just come back?
