The Only Way is Essex star Chloe Brockett has alleged that show producers encouraged her to throw a drink at co-star Roman Hackett before a heated altercation that led to her suspension from the ITV reality series. A spokesperson for the show has vehemently denied the accusations stating: “]cast] would never be instructed to do anything they disagreed with or indeed be asked to discuss any false narratives”.

Brockett, 24, was suspended from the show in the summer of 2023 after throwing three tumbler glasses at Hackett, 22, during filming in Essex. Now, she claims the incident was orchestrated by the show’s production team and criticised the series for what she described as “fake storylines”.

Speaking to The Sun, Brockett said she felt like the production team and bosses didn’t care about her, and just wanted ratings for their “flagging show”. She said: “The producers repeatedly told me to chuck a drink at him. When it all went wrong, they turned on me as though they had not had any part of it”.

Chloe further alleged that producers “instigated” the scene and that she initially resisted, explaining that while plastic glasses were usually used on set, real tumblers were present during this particular incident.

She stated that she had tried to leave that day but had been talked around by producers, adding that the situation had left her in tears. She added: “The fake storylines we were forced to do were too much. It was clear I was in no fit state to be doing any work”.

The altercation reportedly stemmed from an exchange in which Brockett claimed Hackett called her a “fat c***”, prompting her to throw the glasses. Hackett has denied directing the insult at Brockett, explaining that while he did use the words, he said them under his breath after the glasses had already been thrown.

Insiders from the show told The Sun that real glasses would not have been present on set had producers anticipated drink-throwing. Hackett also revealed that Brockett later apologised for the argument but did not specifically say sorry for throwing the glasses. He confirmed he has had no contact with Brockett since the incident and that their friendship has ended.

“I did her a favour by not saying anything, but I won’t stand for someone making false allegations”, Hackett said.

A spokesperson for TOWIE responded, saying, “The welfare of TOWIE’s cast and crew is of primary importance. Any concern regarding behaviour is immediately investigated and dealt with in line with our robust protocols. Safety on set is central to our production and cast members would never be instructed to do anything they disagreed with or indeed be asked to discuss any false narratives”.

Following the altercation, reports indicated that other cast members were “appalled” by Brockett’s actions and called for her permanent removal from the show. She later decided to leave the series.

Brockett has since expressed relief at her departure, telling MailOnline that now she’s left she feels much happier. She said: “I got to the point that I had been on the show for five years and I didn’t feel like I could progress anymore”.

James Corden has settled in northwest London after returning to the UK, purchasing an £11.5 million mansion in a star-studded area also home to actors Helena Bonham Carter and Tom Hiddleston. The family have also snapped up an area in Oxfordshire and had plans approved to build an £8 million property in its place.

The former Late Late Show host apparently bought the home last summer, and according to neighbours, Corden and his family moved into the mansion in December, just before Christmas, after completing extensive renovations, including the addition of an interior balcony, a spiral staircase, and timber privacy screens.

Corden and his wife, Julia Carey, were seen house-hunting in Hampstead in July 2023 before relocating from Los Angeles. That same month, they sold their LA mansion for £13.2 million ($17.1 m) to the daughter of a Hong Kong private equity billionaire, £3.8 million ($5 m) less than the original asking price.

The couple previously owned a £6 million home in Belsize Park, northwest London, on the same street as Coldplay’s Chris Martin. During their time there, Corden opposed a neighbor’s planning application to build a large basement extension, though the project was ultimately approved. He sold the property in April 2021.

In addition to their London home, the Cordens are constructing an £8 million country estate in Oxfordshire. After waiting a year for approval, they received permission in April 2023 to demolish a 1960s house on the site, despite initial objections from the local council and English Heritage. The large-scale project will involve excavating nearly 5, 000 cubic meters of soil, with plans to include a sauna, steam room, and swimming pool.

James and Julia, got married in 2012 and share three children. The family moved to the US in 2013, and James quickly became a household name after landing the lucrative presenting gig on The Late Late Show on CBS. The actor and comedian made his late night debut in March 2015 with actors Tom Hanks and Mila Kunis as guests – and UK viewers noticed he had made a drastic change to his voice.

The Paul McCartney episode won an Emmy for Best Variety Special and the one featuring Adele belting out her hits has now been watched over 240 million times on YouTube.

In April this 2022, James announced he was coming back to the UK after spending seven years hosting The Late Late Show, reportedly turning down the offer of a new multimillion pound contract.

The ‘ homesick ‘ star explained he was left feeling like he was taking his wife and their three kids away from people. While tearing up on his show, James announced: “When I started this journey it was always going to be just that, it was going to be a journey, an adventure.

” I never saw it as my final destination, and I never want this show to overstay it’s welcome. I always want to love making it. I really think in a year from now that will be a good time to move on to see what else is out there. We are all determined to make this the best year we have ever had. It’s crunch time for Danny Jones ‘ marriage, with the McFly star now locked in crisis talks with his wife over fears yet another video could be leaked. The married singer, 38, has had the week from hell after he was spotted kissing Maura Higgins at a BRITs afterparty, with yet another video emerging of the pair enjoying a wild night of drinking at swanky Nobu Hotel in London until 6am.

And now a source close to Danny’s camp tells the Mirror that Danny and his wife of 11 years, Georgia Horsley, are in crisis talks in a bid to save their marriage. It comes after Love Island bombshell Maura flew out to LA in a bid to flee the drama. They claim that it his high time that the McFly singer was “honest” – and publicly addresses what really happened between him and his former jungle campmate.

“Everyone would understand why Danny and his wife have been quiet”, the source claims. “They are likely working through various discussions from the first video that was released alone. With this second video, Danny needs to now speak out”.

They add: “Maura is getting a lot of the backlash, and Danny seems to be getting away with his actions as a husband who was supposed to have been in love with his wife for over a decade. Danny’s career should be halted at this point and he should be big enough to now speak out to everyone and explain what has happened and take some accountability”.

“This is unfair on his wife, who seems to have put the family and their marriage first. Who knows if another video will emerge, but being honest is now the only way that this has a chance of resolving itself”.

Maura, meanwhile, posted on Instagram on Sunday 8 March – her first post since the scandal erupted – that she was leaving London Heathrow for LA. Sharing a photo from inside the plane, she revealed she is travelling from London Heathrow to Los Angeles as she wrote on the image: “Exciting shoot” followed by a plane emoji.

The whole sorry saga began with a video of a boozy kiss between the I’m A Celebrity co-stars at the Universal Music BRITS afterparty, which swiftly went viral.At the time it was claimed the pair “seemed to be having a great time” at the afterparty. The source later added: “They looked like they had a brief drunken kiss”.

On Saturday, the Mirror revealed that Danny’s behaviour has been a “slap in the face for Georgia”, whose own career has taken a backseat to Danny’s. Linda Robson took Paul Danan under her wing after his acting gigs dried up and he was left without money.

The late Hollyoaks and Love Island star tragically passed away this year on January 15 at the age of 46, having faced a tumultuous life in the spotlight, including a struggle with drug addiction. The reality TV personality, who also appeared on Celebrity Big Brother, is said to have died after he had ‘ slipped and fell ‘ in his luxury apartment near Bristol.

Two months on, Linda, 66, has opened up to Bella magazine about the incredibly challenging year she’s had. The Loose Women panellist revealed how she’s been struggling in the wake of his death and the heartbreaking dementia diagnosis of her Birds of a Feather co-star, Pauline Quirke.

The TV star shared how she had fond memories of her time with Paul, which included when they had appeared on Celebrity Coach Trip. “I travelled around Portugal with him for 10 days, ‘ she said. ‘ I loved him – he was such a good boy, he really was”, she said.

“Lesley]Joseph] and I looked after him on Coach Trip because he didn’t have any money, so we helped him out with that and then we got him presents for his little boy, DeNir”. Over the years, he had been brutally honest about his struggles with addiction. The actor even came close to death after an overdose that occurred shortly after he left a rehab facility in South Africa. He was found “choking on his last breath” after he took an overdose of heroin.

Months before his death, Danan discussed how he ended up working in a phone shop after the offers dried up.

On a podcast in November, he said: “It’s very tough. I mean, maybe years ago, I shouldn’t have left Hollyoaks, but I made that decision because, after four years, I didn’t want to be typecast and back then, everyone didn’t want to be the next Ken Barlow. You wanted to go off and play different roles, especially when you’re a real actor”.

Paul explained how starring in reality shows led to the demise of his career. He said: “It was a detriment to my acting career because it didn’t help. Maybe if I had stayed in the background and didn’t make a big splash, I would probably have been alright. But you know me, if I’m on a show, I’m going to give it my all and be TV gold! It didn’t help with my acting career because suddenly people were like ‘ Oh, we don’t want to hire a reality star! ‘”

Controversial rapper Kanye West has fuelled outrage with a new offensive post on his Instagram account today.

The Gold Digger rapper, 47, who has become more widely known in recent years for his hate-filled online rants and publicity stunts – namely his Grammys red carpet stunt with his wife Bianca Censori – than his music has added fuel to the fire with his latest offering. The post on Instagram depicts a white robe with a tie around the waist and a long, pointed hood which would completely cover the face of a person wearing the robe – apart from the eyes.

The distinctive style of the robe is notoriously worn by members of the Klu Klux Klan – also known as the KKK – an American Protestant-led Christian extremist, white supremacist, far-right hate group known for its racist views, especially against African Americans and black people. Although the KKK also discriminated against Roman Catholics, Jews and Mexicans.

As the rapper posted a photo of the robe on his Instagram page, Kanye penned in the caption: “Outfit of the day”, appearing to make light of the outrageous, racist share. The post drew criticism from followers of Kanye as one commented with: “What the hell is this attention seeking behavior”.

Another added: “You have black children. What is wrong with you?”? While a third penned: “Has to be rage bait” as another simply said: “Unfollow”.

The recent hate-filled post is one of many from Kanye – who went on a rant on X, formerly known as Twitter, earlier this year after his wife Bianca’s Grammys stunt. Days after Bianca was pictured wearing nothing but a completely sheer dress on the red carpet of the award ceremony, Kanye claimed he had a ‘ dominion ‘ over his wife and shared a string of anti-semitic and racist posts on the platform.

The second snap sees the tot holding both hands up towards his mum, who has her eyes closed while holding her son – with her iridescent nails on show in the image. As she posted the snaps, Hailey was flooded with gushing comments from fans as one wrote: “The little hands” while another added: “The beautiful moments that make life worth living”.
