However, after almost three decades of dating, Christine and Kody split four years ago. Later, the 53-year-old admitted that Kody’s lack of a relationship with their children was a contributing factor.

Now, following their recent stint on Celebrity Big Brother, Danny has spoken again about their late friend. They shared that the Vivienne wouldn’t have expected the “outpouring of love” that’s come in the wake of their death.

Danny told the Daily Mail that the Vivienne “would not have believed” the outpouring of support. They added that the late Dancing on Ice star would not have expected people all over the world to have “celebrated her”.

Danny told the outlet that they now believe it’s important to show their love to friends right now and that they have taken that lesson away. They argued that people frequently wait until it is “too late” before doing that and don’t do it enough.

Danny said, “I took that from the avalanche of support for the Vivienne,” telling them to tell their friends how proud you are of them. That is not what we do. We wait until it is too late.

Danny said if they were put in “that position,” they would like people to say they were “fun” and that they made people laugh. They explained that’s the “power of entertainment,” before revealing that their work has “saved” them in “many ways” in the past.

Danny and the Vivienne were formally recognized earlier this year in a statement released after the news of their passing. We have lost a friend, all of us, according to Danny.
