Former Page 3 model Rhian Sugden spent £10,000 on breast reduction surgery to ease the constant pain caused by her “extra large” boobs, but some of her fans and her husband were left “gutted”

Former Page 3 girl Rhian Sugden has admitted her “extra large” boobs left her in “agony” after having her son, with her nipples left 11cm too low. The Celebrity Big Brother star said that “gravity took its toll” on her body, forcing her to get a breast reduction.

The model, 38, explained to her 492,000 Instagram followers how her breasts had impacted her life in a video. She started: “So, being an ex-Page 3 model, I’m no stranger to getting my boobs out, so I’ve always been conscious about what they look like and growing up, I think I’ve had quite a good set of boobs.

“But since having a baby gravity has obviously taken its toll and my nipples are 11cm lower than they should be.” She admitted her nipples left her feeling a “bit paranoid” and was keen to get her breasts “a bit smaller, perkier, uplifted,” to improve her quality of life. It comes after one TV star admitted she sleeps in separate bed to partner as she fumes over pregnancy.

Rhian continued: “My cup size at the minute is a 34GG, I can fit into a H, and it’s just so difficult to buy a decent bra these days. Bikinis, I can’t even find one to get into because my frame is so small and my boobs are so big so it’s quite difficult.

“My back ache, honestly I must have to get a massage like once a week to try and ease the pain and tension in my back.” She also found she was missing out on hobbies because of her body.

Rhian explained: “I swim a hell of a lot and I think because my boobs are so big, when I swim my back arches up because they push out the water. So even swimming is difficult for me at the moment, not to mention not being able to get into a swimsuit.”

The surgery was a beacon of hope for Rhian, who was left with deep grooves in her shoulders daily from her bra straps. She added: “Having this reduction is literally going to change my life.”

Rhian captioned the Instagram post: “A little bit about why I decided to have my breast reduction! This is before, clearly. Those banjongas.”

Even walking was difficult, her posture was affected and she was living on painkillers, so she decided surgery was the only answer. She forked out more than £10,000 to have the op at Newton-le-Willows clinic Pall Mall Cosmetics.

But despite Rhian feeling like a new woman since her surgery, she has admitted her husband, Corrie’s Oliver Mellor, wasn’t fully on board to begin with. Speaking to the Sun, she said: “Oliver was gutted at first – he’s always loved my boobs. But he understands and I think he’ll be happy for me to stop moaning about my back ache, to be honest.”

She’s also had mixed feedback from her fans, with one demanding a “refund” as he had bought her content online. OnlyFans creator Rhian explained: “He was saying I’m making the worst mistake of my life – how dare I remove the boobs.”

Rhian admitted that although she’s had the reduction for health and cosmetic reasons, she has found it “difficult” to process other people having an opinion on her body. “It’s going to be a relief,” she said after her surgery.

Noel’s brother Liam didn’t join him for a drink despite their huge reunion as he has chosen to stay at the Powerscourt Hotel in Wicklow instead.

Dan Ziskie, who starred in House of Cards and Treme, has died at the age of 80. The actor’s family confirmed the news of his passing, saying he was ‘a man of remarkable talent’

Actor Dan Ziskie, famed for his gripping performances of political figures in House of Cards and Treme, has sadly died aged 80. His family confirmed that he died on 21 July in New York City due to arteriosclerotic cardiovascular disease.

Born in Detroit in 1944, Ziskie’s path to stardom was far from ordinary. Prior to stepping into the spotlight, he was a university athlete, a freighter crewman, and even dabbled in journalism.

His acting career took off at Chicago’s Second City, where he refined his skills alongside comedy greats like John Belushi. He later relocated to New York, making his Broadway debut in 1980 and featuring in productions such as Morning’s at Seven, I’m Not Rappaport, and After the Fall.

Ziskie’s television career was punctuated by roles that demonstrated his range. He played Vice President Jim Matthews in the early seasons of House of Cards and financier CJ. Liguori in HBO’s Treme, reports the Daily Star.

He appeared in six episodes of House of Cards from 2013 to 2017, acting alongside stars including Kevin Spacey, Robin Wright and Michael Kelly. The series won several Primetime Emmys and secured dozens of nominations and continued for six seasons.

Ziskie also played New Orleans banker and reconstruction financier C.J. Liguori in HBO drama Treme, which aired from 2010 to 2013.

He starred alongside Khandi Alexander, Rob Brown, Kim Dickens, Melissa Leo, Lucia Micarelli, Clarke Peters, Wendell Pierce, Jon Seda and Steve Zahn

His other notable telly appearances include Law and Order, The Blacklist, Sex and the City, and Chappelle’s Show. On the silver screen, he featured in films such as The Jackal, War of the Worlds, and portrayed NFL commissioner Paul Tagliabue in the 2015 film Concussion.

Beyond acting, Ziskie was a skilled photographer. His work graced major publications, and he published a photo book titled Cloud Chamber in 2017.

He is survived by his brother David, sister-in-law Cynthia, his nephews Jesse, Brett, and Austin, and their six children. His family described him as “a man of remarkable talent and a keen observer of life.”

They added that he was “as vibrant and multifaceted as the characters he portrayed on stage and screen”. His family wrote: “Dan was a man of remarkable talent and a keen observer of life.

“He was as vibrant and multifaceted as the characters he portrayed on stage and screen. His was a life lived with passion, a life that exemplified the beauty of pursuing one’s dreams and the importance of cherishing every moment.

“Dan will be profoundly missed, yet he will forever remain in the hearts of those who knew him, like a cherished character in the timeless narrative of their lives.”

The Apprentice aide Baroness Karren Brady shared a photo of herself on social media recently, which attracted attention, with her having promoted a procedure in the same post this week

Fans said that they didn’t recognise Baroness Karren Brady in a photo shared by the Apprentice aide this week. It comes after the business executive announced that she would be making a change to her wardrobe after undergoing a procedure.

Karren, 56, who is also the vice chair of West Ham United F.C., shared a photo of herself modelling a sleeveless white dress on Instagram yesterday. She suggested in the post that it had been taken after having her skin tightened.

The post has amassed more than 8,000 likes, and Karren was met with compliments in the comments section. Several people said that they didn’t recognise her initially, with some suggesting that they mistook her for other celebrities.

Swapping Majorca for Shoreditch, most of the cast from the ITV2 series showed up to enjoy a rooftop party at Kaso Rooftop, dancing the night away – with some of them getting very close indeed.

Sharing their night out with fans on TikTok and Instagram, the group showed off their outfits and posted selfies, with some cheeky moments captured. Irish star Andrada Pop was seen necking spirits before getting close to bombshell Remell Mullings.

He added: “I questioned why people would do these things and it was getting me nowhere as I couldn’t understand and is something I would never do to somebody else but what’s kept me grounded is movement.

“If you’re struggling mentally, I get it. I really do. You don’t have to have it all figured out just find that one thing that brings you back to yourself and take it one step at a time.”

A pal of Nicola Peltz has silenced speculation that she and Brooklyn Beckham have become distant from their friend Selena Gomez after sources said their bond ‘didn’t exist’

Back in 2023, she even joked that the trio were in a “throuple”, but it now appears that’s no longer the case. The singer, 33, was noticeably absent from the couple’s vow renewal last month and it’s now being reported that she’s been left “truly disappointed” by the pair’s “diva” like behaviour.

A source told The Sun: “Last year, she noticed Nicola’s behaviour toward her and [fiancé Benny Blanco] turned into a constant quest for attention.

The source added: “’I mean, just look at Nicola and Brooklyn’s circle of friends, it’s shrinking every week. Some people have turned their backs on them because they’ve realised how Nicola behaves, and Brooklyn isn’t doing much to change the dynamic.” But a source close to Nicola told the Mirror: “It’s totally false and wrong to bring an innocent bystander into the feud. People have busy schedules, and people are looking for drama where it doesn’t exist.”

Selena spent New Year’s Eve with Brooklyn, 26, and Nicola, 30, back in 2023, with the trio enjoying time together on a yacht in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico. She took to Instagram to share a series of snaps, with one picture displaying the trio snuggled together as they lay on a net over the water onboard their lavish boat. “Fine calls us a throuple #foreverplusone,” the Good For You singer joked in her caption at the time.

The Naturally singer reportedly also invited the husband and wife to move in with her. An insider told Closer: “Brooklyn and Nicola moved into Selena’s Encino estate a few weeks before Christmas, and the three of them have been playing happy families – joking that Selena is going to be written into the marriage license.

“Brooklyn and Nicola put their home on the market last year and had been living at Nicola’s apartment in LA while they looked for a new house, which has been far from ideal given how cramped it is.”

The source continued: “When Selena suggested they move into her sprawling home with a huge backyard, they loved the idea and agreed that since they’re still so young, living with a friend would be the perfect way to have the best of both worlds.”

Rumours of a feud first did the rounds last month when Nicola’s fans pointed out the actress hadn’t publicly wished Happy Birthday to actress and singer Selena Gomez. Selena, who has just turned 33, marked her latest birthday on July 22.

One fan commented: “No Selena? I miss your friendship with Selena,” while another expressed: “Wondering that too, as it’s Selena’s birthday and she usually posts for that, wall, stories or on Selena’s wall.” A third wrote: “She’s not even friends with his Mum anymore, so ..@selenagomez ?”

This comes as Brooklyn and Nicola are said to be locked into a feud with the rest of the Beckham family. They failed to attend David’s early 50th birthday celebrations back in April or acknowledge the birthday on social media.

Not only this, but none of the Beckham family were present at their recent vow renewal ceremony, with her father Nelson Peltz stepping in to officiate the ceremony.
