Fans of Mariah Carey, this is not a dream come true. This summer, the singer will play a massive headline show at King Charles and Queen Camilla’s country retreat at the Royal Sandringham Estate in Norfolk. Set to take place on Friday 15th August, the ultimate diva and best-selling female artist of all time will be joined by special guests, songwriting legend Nile Rodgers and CHIC and 90s R&amp, B group Eternal, for the outdoor concert.

One of the greatest pop artists of all time will be playing an exclusive UK headline show at Heritage Live Festivals, says Giles Cooper of Heritage Live Festivals. Mariah Carey is an award-winner, a record-breaker, and an absolute global icon – this show will be historic.

” Mariah’s live show is second to none and with such a catalogue of huge hit singles, it’s going to be an incredible occasion. It will undoubtedly be an “I was there” moment that will endure in all of our memories forever.

This year is also a special one for Mariah, as it’s two decades since her much-loved album, The Emancipation of Mimi, was released. We Belong Together and It’s Like That are two of her most well-known records, along with the iconic record.

The concert news comes after Mariah, 55, has been revealed as one of 14 nominees to be inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, alongside Cyndi Lauper, OutKast and Oasis. In April, the names of the honorees will be revealed.

Before making a career out on the dance floor, Strictly Come Dancing judge Anton Du Beke thought about playing golf professionally.

The 58-year-old golfer, who plays with a handicap of one, co-hosts a new podcast Putt And Strut with Sarah Stirk, a Sky Sports presenter.

He claims that because the two are very similar, I could have happily pursued it as a profession if I had discovered it before dancing. You’re always striving for the next level. You can’t perfect golf, and dancing is the same thing”.

Without a doubt, his ability to dance has improved. He says: “There’s an element of correlation between golf and dance in motion, timing, rhythm and movement. It’s about the hips”.

“I would have pursued golf with the same mindset as dancing, but it’s not yet known if I would have made any money doing it.”

He and Sarah, 46, who put Mirror man Tom through his paces on a golf simulator, hope to get more women involved in golf through their podcast, which will feature celebrity guests, such as tennis coach Judy Murray and actor James Nesbitt.

Anton says: “It’s that hurdle, that intimidatory factor. Everybody feels like it’s a very male-orientated sport, and it sort of is, but not”. Anton, who has seven-year-old twins with wife Hannah, says being on the golf course is good for his work.

He says: “I don’t do any sort of work at home… because of the children. So when I get on to the golf course, it’s great. It’s where I do everything. I learn lyrics, I think about dance styles, putting shows together”.

Playing golf with Bruce Forsyth, his late father, is one of his favorite golf memories. He claims that when we played a lot of golf, he never let me win.

Barrymore received a special surprise from her daughters as she celebrated her milestone 50th birthday.

The actress celebrated the occasion on Saturday, February 22 by hosting a special week of events on her talk show, The Drew Barrymore Show.

To commemorate the occasion, the show featured a series of small celebrations leading up to her birthday, with the final highlight coming on Friday’s birthday episode. One of the most touching moments of the week came from Drew’s daughters, 12-year-old Olive and 10-year-old Frankie, whom she shares with ex-husband Will Kopelman.

Drew’s pals, Valerie Bertinelli and Amirah Kassem, surprised her with two cakes that dramatically burst open with sprinkles Both cakes were designed by Drew’s own daughters, Frankie and Olive. Frankie’s was a soft pink and white cake decorated with flowers, while Olive’s featured a bold and colorful rainbow design. Drew was clearly moved by the gesture, noting how the cakes were so different from one another, yet so special.

Drew’s daughters also wrote heartfelt letters to her, which she read aloud with emotion, finding their formal tone amusing. Frankie ended her letter with “Best Wishes”, while Olive started hers with “Dearest Mother”. Amirah, who runs the Flour Shop Instagram page, crafted the cake with the girls. About the process, Amirah said: “They were so specific about which colours, which sprinkles, the full design was brought to life by them”. Drew exclaimed: “This is so special”!

Drew is an American actress, producer, and talk show host. She gained notoriety when she was first cast in the 1982 film E. T. the Extra-Terrestrial. Drew comes from an acting family, with her grandfather being a well-known actor. Drew has hosted The Drew Barrymore Show in recent years, where she interviews famous people and discusses a range of subjects.

When Drew and Victoria Beckham bumped into each other in a park back in 2022, Drew revealed that her daughter had become close to Victoria’s daughter after making friends with her. Victoria and Victoria bonded over their daughters’ friendship on Victoria’s talk show. Draw shared a story with her daughter about taking her to a park while she was employed in London. She said, “She made a friend and I was so excited that she made a friend because we didn’t know anyone there.” I was like ‘ Oh thank God, you know, you made a friend here, this is wonderful news'”.

Then, Drew said to Victoria, “Your daughter Harper turned out to be it.” Victoria explained to Drew that Harper enjoys getting to know Olive and Frankie and that she enjoys playing with them. Drew went on to say that she has ‘ never in my life met children who are as well behaved, kind, generous, humorous, full of humanity, the most incredible kids. “

Lagos, Saturday 18^th of May, 2019 was the definition of entertainment success. From the lights to setup, the atmosphere was filled with the euphoria of excitement. The wait was finally over, almost 6 months after the first season hit YouTube, The Men’s club, season 2 is set to launch.

In anticipation, a private screening was held at the IMAX Filmhouse cinema, Lekki. In attendance were the cast, crew and industry supporters. A little waiting room held a re-enacted set from the show’s opening montage, signature cocktails, mock tails  and delicious canapés were served. The Crème-de-la Crème of Lagos entertainment elites including Kemi Adetiba, Noble Igwe, Eku Edewor, Ashionye Raccah, Bola Atta and guests mingled and re-lived their favourite scenes from Season 1 through pictures and interviews.

At 7:30 pm, all guests were ushered into the main screening hall by the Creative Director of REDTV, Obinna Okerekeocha, intimating fans and guests present that the new Season was about to bring on a different dimension. ‘REDTV has taken drama to a different level and we aren’t scared to push the boundaries. Our vision at REDTV is to continually produce premium content for entertainment. The new season of The Men’s Club is real. Its aspirational and relatable. The cinematography and scores are top class and its wonderful to see how the lead actors have grown. This is going to be a bigger hit than Season one’ said Okerekeocha. As end credits from the show reeled on the screen, the room was filled with resounding applause. In a thank you address, Bola Atta the Executive Producer expressed her uttermost joy as the show more than surpassed expectations. She thanked the United Bank for Africa(UBA) for the endless support to ensure the success of REDTV and congratulated Tola Odunsi and Akins Akinkugbe, co-producers of The Men’s Club.

The curtains drew with a final address from Tola Odunsi and Akins ‘AK’ Akinkugbe returning immense gratitude to every single actor and crew behind the scene reminding guests that ‘it’s easy to see the finished show but every single person who contributes to the show makes the job worthwhile’.

The Men’s Club starring Daniel Etim Effiong, Ayo Ayoola, Efa Iwara, Baaja Adebule, Mimi Chaka, Sharon Ooja, Segilola Ogidan, Enado Odigie. This season hosts some new faces including Shawn Faqua, Ijeoma Aniebo, Somto Akanegbu as we follow the lives of 4 young men in Lagos, discovering love, breaking hearts and trying to find meaning to life through their daily experiences and encounters.
