Coleen Rooney shows off mountain of presents for son Kit as she throws huge 9th birthday party

Kit’s ninth birthday party was being held by the Rooney family, and they made no mistakes.

As mum Coleen Rooney planned a birthday party, it appeared as though no expense was spared for the occasion. Kit, who posed proudly next to a light-up nine, took to Instagram to share a few photos from the occasion. Coleen captioned the post: “Kit is 9 today. We love you so much, have the best time celebrating”.

The young man posed in a Manchester United pyjama hoody, a former father-and-son team, in the first image. Alongside the clear football reference was Kit’s love for darts, with a darts-inspired cake visible in the background. His red, green, and back balloons bore the words “Happy Birthday Kit” and “Kit turns nine” on them. He appeared in several different presents on the wrapping paper, too.

A throwback photo from his first birthday was featured in the second and third of her reel, which both included adorable family holiday photos. In the fourth scene, Kirt is seen posing with a kangaroo while wearing a white t-shirt and light blue shorts.

Coleen upload’s final photo was another favorite from the holidays. The child had gone swimming this time, returned to his sun loungers, and kissed his mother as he did.

Oti Mabuse, Coleen’s I’m A Celeb campmate, was one of the people who shared birthday greetings in the comments. So too was Coleen’s fellow scouser, UFC fighter Paddy Pimblett, who wrote: “Happy birthday mate”, alongside a number of party face emojis.

Kit is Coleen and Wayne’s third child. They also share Kai, 15, Klay, 11, and six-year-old Cass. In the ITV reality contest, Kit and Cass surprised their mother by nominating her as Queen of the Jungle. In the final week of the show, they were joined by their grandparents, who also made an unexpected appearance.

What was your favorite scene when you spoke to the children following her exit and returning to your hotel? Cass said: “Doing trials”. A snake reportedly spewed down Coleen’s top during one of the trials, she told her children. Cass joked: “It might still be there”.

The Gold Coast hotel welcomed the winner with a warm welcome from her youngest children when they returned. After her testing experience at camp, Kit and Cass graciously gave her a bath so she could unwind as she quickly opened a bottle of champagne.

Michael Jackson’s surprising gesture to pop star behind scenes of We Are The World

Kim Carnes, the singer behind Bette Davis’ Eyes, the 1980s hitmaker, opens up about the King of Pop’s behavior while recording the charity single We Are the World, which raised millions for humanitarian aid.

We Are the World, the fastest-selling US pop single ever, was recorded in a Los Angeles studio after 40 years by a supergroup of America’s biggest stars.

Inspired by Band Aid’s festive release Do They Know It’s Christmas? in the UK in December 1984, musician and activist Harry Belafonte formed USA for Africa.

Additionally, the quadruple-platinum single, produced by Quincy Jones and Michael Omartian and directed by Michael Jackson and Lionel Richie, raised more than $80 million for aid to people in Africa and the US.

Alongside legends like Bob Dylan, Diana Ross, Ray Charles, Tina Turner, Bruce Springsteen, Michael Jackson, Stevie Wonder and Paul Simon was Kim Carnes, who is best-known for her 1981 single Bette Davis’ Eyes – which topped the US Billboard hot 100 for nine consecutive weeks and was No. 1 in 21 countries.

Michael Jackson, 79, is standing next to him and remembers holding his hand as he sits next to him. He only finished writing We Are the World the night before the recording.

She claims that Michael Jackson and I had some amazing conversations. He was so shy and kind and, of course, an amazing artist. ”

She says their conversations were “nothing deep,” adding: “Just ‘love your work’, bla bla bla. Nothing earth-shattering. He was, however, very shy and generous. I remember thinking ‘He’s so kind. ’”

In contrast, Cyndi Lauper, who she sang with, went for it full throttle. “I just thought, she’s doing her own spin on the part she was singing, her own take on it, and that’s to be admired,” says Kim.

Topping the charts around the world when it was released on March 7, 1985, Kim remembers Bob Geldof popping in during recording, which took place between Jan 21 and 29, to speak to them all, saying: “We said hello and talked a little.”

However, her primary memory of recording is that the single is a genuine collaboration, a great leveller, and no one is trying to steal your attention or trying to outshine anyone else.

She says of the experience: “I felt very fortunate. It was incredible. I didn’t see any egos. Nobody was an a**hole. Simply put, everyone was encouraging and content to be there. I loved every second.

I was thrilled to be in Bob Dylan’s room because I’ve never met him before and I’m a huge fan. We Are the World’s sheet music and lyrics were set up for everyone by Quincy Jones, and they all signed each other’s during a recording break. I still have to get mine framed! ”

A Grammy-winning singer and songwriter, Kim has had a stellar career as a duo who has collaborated with Barbra Streisand, Neil Diamond, and Kenny Rogers. She also wrote songs for her husband David Ellingson.

Still working and hoping to produce a 14th studio album, 21 years after her last one Chasin’ Wild Trains, speaking from her home in Nashville – where she moved to from LA in 1994 – her CV reads like a Who’s Who of rock music.

She shared demo recordings with upcoming The Eagles, Don Henley, and Glenn Frey for the first time in a publishing deal. And in the early 1970s she and Ellingson – who she’s been married to for 58 years – co-wrote songs with, and opened on stage for David Cassidy, who was then a global teen idol.

For three years, we were with David. We went all over the world with him,” she says. We soon became very close friends with him. He was so incredibly famous that he couldn’t go out anywhere, so I’m glad our house was a safe haven for him, as he needed it.

He claimed that he didn’t want to be a teenager idol and that his singing was not in tune with any music. He liked Led Zeppelin, Neil Young, CSNY – and that was frustrating for him. He was a great man and adored the laughs. ”

She is glad she didn’t get to see Cassidy descend into alcoholism. “We didn’t hang out with David once his life took that turn,” she says. We don’t remember him much, but we do. ”

Her own single Bette Davis’ Eyes and her album Mistaken Identity followed, earning them both chart toppers the following year. Don’t Fall In Love With A Dreamer, Kenny Rogers’ composition, Don’t Fall In Love With A Dreamer in 1980, was a hit with her.

And this resulted in an extraordinary friendship with then-73-year-old notoriously spiky movie star Bette Davis, who was enthralled by the song and its singer. She said, “She was really happy with that record, and it gave her credibility with her grandson, which was funny because she was such a well-known actress.

“We struck up the most wonderful friendship. I’d go to her house. She hung herself after receiving a ladder, hammer, and nails from a platinum album that I had. She called me after finishing a TV show and said, “Hello Kim, this is Miss Bette Davis, I just saw your performance and thought you were fantastic. ’

“Little things like that were memorable and mind-boggling. Because she fought for her rights and opposed the studios, I believe she had that (prickly) reputation. But she couldn’t have been nicer to me. And because of my own conflicts with record labels, I could relate. We also shared many interests. ”

Dubbed ‘The Queen Of Rasp’n’Roll’ because of her gravelly voice, non-smoker Kim does not relish comparisons to Rod Steward – who she duetted with in 1981 – or Bonnie Tyler.

While she has met and likes them both, she says: “I don’t like comparisons. ”

She claims that her parents, both attorneys and hospital administrators, were unsupportive and didn’t understand the music industry. “Even after great success, my mum couldn’t accept it. ” she says. “If she came to a show with a friend, she’d say to them ‘That’s not my daughter up there’.

“But, after she died I was going through her things and found a notebook in which she’d written, ‘I don’t know why I couldn’t ever tell Kim I was proud of her success. ’ I was sad for my mom and a bit for myself. ”

Her sons Collin and Ry, who also work with her, have inspired her to pursue their dreams, and she even became an idol with them. She laughs: “Once, one of my sons had a Halloween party and all of a sudden Leonard Cohen walked into our kitchen. It blew our minds. His daughter was at school with our older son, and he came over to check on her because we all had idolized him, it turns out.

He sat down and we chatted for a while, though. One of my life’s highlights was that moment! ”

Since then, she has moved from LA to Nashville, but says she is “in mourning” for the city, following the catastrophic wild fires. She says: “My heart… The Palisades, our forever home, gone. Many of my best friends have moved out of their homes, while others have changed hotels.

I “fellow with all those who have tragically lost their lives in this tragedy,” of course. A gem, the Pacific Palisades. Everyone is in shock. The community is resilient, but this is too much. My hometown will never be the same. Thank goodness there is safety for all of our friends. “

Returning to the recording of We Are The World, Kim – who calls the UK “a magical place” and describes Adele and Ed Sheeran as “amazing artists” – regrets not performing at the Live Aid concert six months later. “I wasn’t there and I wish I had been. I was not invited and I have no idea why.”

Kerry Katona makes surgery U-turn as she cancels facelift after kids ‘begged her’ not to do it

After her children pleaded with her not to proceed with the procedure, Kerry Katona revealed she has canceled her planned lower facelift procedure. She has since acknowledged that she doesn’t believe the time is right.

“I just don’t think now is the right time anymore”, says Kerry – who last year had a corrective nose op – during an exclusive interview. “My eldest three girls really didn’t want me to do it, they were begging me not to and said ‘ Mum, please don’t. ‘” The 44-year-old shares eldest daughters Molly, 23, and Lilly-Sue, 22, with her first husband Brian McFadden, Heidi, 17, and Max, 16, with second husband Mark Croft and youngest, DJ, 10, with her late husband, George Kay, who passed away in 2019.

She underwent a nose reconstruction operation last year (Insta/Kerry Katona).

It was the input from her children that put her off the operation, which she previously said she was “excited” for. She claims that her decision was largely influenced by what her children think because I knew they didn’t want me to. They really didn’t want me to do it because they don’t think I need it yet and are aware of how difficult recovery will be.

Kerry made it known earlier this month that Pall Mall Medical was scheduling her lower facelift. She claimed in a column for her magazine that she believes she has the ability to make adjustments if necessary. I know people can be judgemental, but at the end of the day it’s my face and my body so it’s not really anyone else’s business. I can’t wait to see the results”!

Kerry’s third operation was scheduled for the following year, and if she had chosen to proceed with it, she would have been recovering from it right away. In January of that year, she underwent a nose reconstruction and an eye lift to repair the damage brought on by previous drug use. Kerry is not yet prepared to face the challenge of recovery, which is a result of this, which means she is all too aware of how difficult recovery can be.

“My nose recovery was the most horrendous thing”, she says. You look so different and it’s difficult to get your head around, and recovering emotionally is challenging. It wasn’t just a vanity choice; it was also very difficult for me to get it done medically. I did get a bit scared, I don’t think I’m ready to do something else now”.

She continues, “The reason I like surgery is because the nurses at Pall Mall Medical treat me there well. I don’t get looked after like that at home, so it’s nice. But I don’t believe I have any time right now to recover, especially with the pace of life.”

The star also had an Blepharoplasty “Eye lid reduction) surgery last year (@kerrykatona7/Instagram)

Instead of the facelift, Kerry has chosen to go for some non-surgical tweaks”. I’ve had some Botox this week and I’m going to get some invisible filler, both of which are non-surgical options. It’s important to keep in mind that there are other options for surgery, in my opinion. I’m 44, so I have no shame in having occasional tweaks.

Fans have flooded Kerry’s social media accounts asking the actress to refrain from performing the facelift, which she claims she has tried to avoid and didn’t factor into her decision.

” They don’t impact me and it’s more about how me and my family feel, “she says”. When you get to my age you’re entitled to make changes and it’s not anyone else’s business. “

Despite Kerry’s decision to take a step back from the surgeon’s table for now, she says it’s not something she’s written off completely.

Simply put, I’ve moved forward a year or two. I’ll finish it when the kids are aware of it. I already know I want to go to Pall Mall, and get it done eventually. They’re the only place I trust. “

Last year, Kerry split from her partner of six years, Ryan Mahoney. Kerry was heartbroken and dreading Christmas without the fitness trainer, who had been her stepfather, after admitting there was a “breach of trust” that took place at the time.

At the time, she explained”, We are no longer together and it’s been a really tough week – I never in a million years thought this would happen. Without going into too much detail, there’s been a breach of trust between us. I don’t know if we’ll be able to work it out or not, but I do still love him so much. “

But now, having moved on from heartbreak, Kerry says she’s feeling better than ever before – something which has also contributed to cancelling her surgery.

“I’ve recently lost some weight, and I feel great.” She says, “I’m moving on with my life and feel incredibly confident that I don’t need to make significant changes right now.”

Kanye West’s bombshell brag about how much he’s worth after losing $2billion in one day

After losing billions of dollars in a single day, Kynye West boasted about his incredible net worth on social media.

Ye claimed he was “months away” from declaring bankruptcy a few years ago after losing $2 billion in a single day as a result of Adidas’ agreement with Yeezy. At his Paris Fashion Week show, he was also criticized for his frequent outbursts and White Lives Matter t-shirts.

The rapper took to his Instagram to confirm his net worth after regaining control of his assets. Over a plain white page, the text wrote: “In 2025, Kanye’s net work stands at $2.77billion US as confirmed by Eton Venture Services. His music career and his sole ownership of the Yeezy label are the factors in the valuation.

He captioned the post: “LAA LA LA LA”. He spent millions on advertising during the Super Bowl last year, and he later claimed it paid off when he increased his sales by $19 million. “I’m just be honest with y’all. I was two months from going bankrupt, and I put everything I had into it]the album and the Super Bowl advert]”, he said, referring to his Vulture album.

Kanye claimed that he and his wife Bianca Censori moved to Italy as his money started to wane. He said: “We moved to Italy. We moved to the factories, and we survived. We survived through the cancellation. We’re back number one”.

Earlier this month, the singer made a dig at brand Adidas. Nike and Kylie worked together to develop the Yeezy line, which significantly increased Adidas’ sales and brand image. However, in 2022, Adidas ended the partnership due to remarks Kanye made that were considered antisemitic.

Kanye blasted the German athletic shoe manufacturer in a furious rant on Instagram. The sportswear brand has continued to sell its stock even though they have ended their collaboration and have discontinued the Yeezy collection. The Stronger rapper claimed in his lengthy attack that the brand purposefully changed the Google algorithm to make it so that users of the search engine who type “Yeezy.com” instead visit his website.

After their public outcry, the Vultures star claimed that his brand is still profitable despite the brand’s accusations. The hitmaker wrote in a post that the Adidas site comes before the Yeezy site when he shared a screenshot of the Google search.

” Members at Adidas, stop doing this. Stop preventing me from moving. Our partnership is done. You’re a 60 million dollar company that froze my accounts. Now I’m back on my feet (no pun intended) and I’m not going to stand for this (no pun again). “

Bonnie Blue makes true feelings on Lily Philips clear with sudden cancellation

After Bonnie “copying” her idea, tensions are raging between adult actors Lily Phillips and Bonnie Blue.

After competing against one another in disturbing sex challenges, the controversial OnlyFans stars allegedly slept with 1,057 men in just 12 hours, making experts seriously concerned. Experts and other sex workers warn that the saturated market, combined with the availability of viral, shocking content online, is making it harder for young women to access the platform to potentially devastate their reputation.

Therapists and mental health professionals are concerned about the potential long-term effects of their work, including potential physical and mental health effects, because of Bonnie and Lily’s aggressive streaks and reactive patterns that allow them to set new potentially dangerous sex records, each more extreme than the last. Some social media users even demand that the platform be banned, citing a glaring lack of protection for potential attackers. The Mirror has put these concerns to OnlyFans with no response, but the company’s CEO Keily Blair has previously insisted that the sex platform is ‘ safe’, ‘ feminist ‘ and ‘ empowering’.

Tensions between the adult stars was first reignited when Lily, 23, revealed she had slept with 100 men in 24 hours back in December. The actress, who heartbreakingly decried following the stunt and warned that it was “not for the weak,” then announced that she would go to bed every day with 1,000 men. Days after Lily announced she was ‘ in training ‘ for the challenge, Bonnie then declared she had beaten her to it, claiming to have slept with 1, 057 men in 12 hours, thus ‘ breaking the world record ‘ before Lily.

As both content creators’ voices foregrew, Bonnie then claimed in an interview that Lily had planned the 1,000-man stunt as she went along, presumably causing conflicts. And now, Bonnie has dropped out of a work engagement, reportedly because Lily got there first. Due to Lily having already been interviewed on it just days prior, Bonnie “blew off” a scheduled appearance on the Plug Talk podcast in a brave move, according to the host.

Adam22, an internet personality, said on X: “Bonnie cancelled multiple podcast appearances in LA because we had Lily on first”, before joking about the adult industry ‘ politics’. The episode was released on Tuesday after Lily made an appearance last week on the program. Lily revealed on the show that she was concerned about her disturbing plans to go to bed with 1, 000 US men. In addition, she revealed that if something went wrong, she would be warned about going back.

Meanwhile, Bonnie told the Daily Mail that Lily had “stabbed her in the back” by “copying” her idea after they became friends last year. The Nottingham-born sex worker claimed she had an idea when she invited Lily to sleep with her at Freshers’ Week in the UK for OnlyFans content, which sparked widespread outcry at the time.

Before Lily even announced her desire to break the world sex record, I shared the idea with her that I really wanted to do the record and when I helped her out when I invited her to do my Fresher’s content. And since I shared my idea of doing it because I’m very trustworthy and unaware of other people’s bitterness, I guess I’m also very trustworthy. Then it wasn’t until November, three months later, she then announced on her socials that she was doing the world record”, Bonnie claimed.

Bonnie said “rivarly suggests competition” and said it’s something she doesn’t have as it was her idea all along. She claimed she had already spoken to Lily about the plans, and she found herself shocked when Lily made the announcement. Bonnie even claimed to have helped Lily with publicity and had introduced her to media contacts, but Lily felt “betrayed” when she copied her ideas.

However, Lily recently thanked Bonnie for pulling off her terrifying stunt. “I respect it”, she told Fabulous magazine. She went on to add: “That’s hard work, so congratulations to her. I don’t think there’s competition”.

Arctic Monkeys fans gobsmacked as they discover who’s on front cover of iconic album

The British indie rock band Arctic Monkeys’ debut studio album, Whatever People Say I Am, features absolute bangers like Mardy Bum and I Bet You Look Good On The Dancefloor.

It was released on January 23, 2006, through Domino Recording Company. The album is regarded as one of its most famous and significant works of art. It established Arctic Monkeys as one of the most influential bands of the twenty-first century by breaking a number of records.

The Sheffield band, fronted by Alex Turner, picked the title Whatever People Say I Am, That’s What I’m Not because of a line from the 1958 novel Saturday Night and Sunday Morning by Alan Sillitoe. It reflects the themes of rebellion, nightlife, and working-class culture.

When it was released, the album received a lot of critical acclaim. Critics praised its energetic sound, relatable storytelling, and the band’s raw DIY ethos. It was also noted for Alex Turner’s sharp lyricism, which captured the voice of the generation. It debuted at number one on the UK Albums Chart, becoming the fastest-selling debut album in UK chart history at the time, moving over 360, 000 copies in its first week.

But despite its fame and widespread success, there’s something people are only just realising about 2006 Mercury Prize winner. And that’s who’s actually on the front of the album cover!

On X, people shared some entertaining trivia to mark the 16th anniversary of the Arctic Monkeys album. One eagle-eyed fan cracked the case, posting: “Just found out this bloke is that Sunday league TikTok manager Steve Bracknall lol”.

Bracknall, the fictional persona dreamt up by Chris McClure, is the very same lad gracing the cover of ‘ Whatever People Say I Am, That’s What I’m Not’.

McClure, also known for his role in Day Fever, has amassed a cult-like following on TikTok through his portrayal of “assistant manager of Royal Oak FC” Bracknall.

The Royal Oak FC assistant manager was absolutely stunning to see splashed across the renowned album, including Arctic Monkeys fans. One fan exclaimed: “ASSISTANT MANAGER OF ROYAL OAK FC”!

Another chimed in, “Must only be common knowledge to us Sheffield residents then.” Because I still find it perplexing that Steve Bracknall is just a sketch and that people are only just discovering this is Jon McClure of Reverend and The Makers brother at this time.
