Things got very tense during the latest episode of The Kardashians as Khloe clashed with her former husband during a conversation about his past drug abuse.

The couple were married between September 2009 and December 2016, as the pair got hitched just a month after they met. Following their separation, they didn’t speak and their reunion on the show marked the first conversation between the two in almost a decade.

Their meeting came about after Khloe reached out to Lamar to see if he wanted to collect some of his belongings that she had held onto, and the pair reconnected at Khloe’s bestie, Malika Haqq’s home. During their chat, they talked about their marriage, his drug use and his 2015 overdose, and why she asked him to move out after supporting him in his recovery.

Things got tense between the pair when the subject of Lamar’s overdose came up in conversation between the pair. In the clip, Lamar denied he had taken cocaine before his overdose in Las Vegas, and said he was drugged as he has claimed in interviews following the event. Khloe, however, made it clear that she didn’t believe him.

“You have no idea what happened that day. Thank god. But I do. Don’t talk about if if you’re not going to be honest,” she told him. “I was there when your father said pull the plug so he can be on your life insurance. I was there. So was Kim, so was my mom. I was there when you had 6 heart attacks, 12 strokes. We transferred you from Vegas to Cedars, I was there for it all, I was there for you for four months. I got staph infection because I lived in a hospital.”

She continued: “Why on earth would someone … you can’t talk, I had to teach you hot from cold, diapers, how to walk, all that. You had enough awareness to get a burner phone to call a drug dealer to get what you needed to get, to send security away, to do what you needed to do for me to find out and for me to punch you in the face. I punched you in the face and shattered everything in that house.”

Elsewhere in the chat, Lamar confessed his love for Khloe as he told her: “I love you for trying your hardest with me. Love, I don’t think it’ll ever go away, I know it won’t. I’m a very spiritual person. You marry somebody, you get married in front of God.” Khloe then replied: “I don’t think you make that commitment if you can’t honour it. That’s on you.” She later told the cameras she had told him many times what he would be losing if he didn’t turn his life around. “I didn’t just let go, trust me,” she said. “You don’t always get second chances and you can’t keep doing f**ked up s**t and expect people to stay around.”

The couple continued to discuss their failed relationship, and how his drug use had affected their marriage, and Khloe asked Lamar what eventually made him stop taking drugs. He replied that he wanted to be around for his children – he has a son and a daughter with former girlfriend Liza Morales – and to earn their respect.

Lamar also spoke about how he wanted his relationship with Khloe to be in the future. “I guess in due time, if you give me the opportunity, you’ll see how genuine and a changed man [I am]. And I’m probably cool enough to be your friend,” he said. “As I grow older and start to realize what I might have affected because of that, [it’s] hurtful.”

The drama continued as the former couple decided to call Kris Jenner over FaceTime, and Lamar spoke to his former mother in law. “I’m so much better now, now I’m with the love of my life over here. Praying her to forgive me and all this other s**t,” he said, referring to a surprised Kris as “mom.”

Kris later tearily discussed Khloe and Lamar’s reunion. “That had to be hard for him to walk in. I feel a lot of forgiveness for him and obviously love him and felt bad that he had this addiction that he couldn’t control,” she said. “And I was devastated for my child who – that was the love of her life and she thought that was her happily after and it didn’t work out that way for them. It’s a lot. It’s a lot to wrap my head around.”

After the pair’s reunion, Lamar seemed relieved, Khloe later told the cameras that their relationship has left her more pessimistic than she was before she knew him.

“Today was a lot, to say the least. I do know that I feel relieved, I feel proud of myself,” she said. “I feel like this is part of my shedding process while I’m preparing to get into my fourth decade of life.”

Vince Neil narrowly avoided being involved in the horrific crash involving his private jet that killed his longtime pilot.

The Mötley Crüe frontman wasn’t on the plane at the time of the tragic incident at the Scottsdale Airport in Arizona on Monday. There were two pilots and two passengers – Vince’s girlfriend Rain Andreani and her friend – on the musician’s plane. Rain, 43, has suffered five broken ribs and her friend Ashley is believed to have sustained severe injuries and is in hospital.

Vince’s plane crashed against a parked jet as it arrived at the airport as 78-year-old pilot Joie Vitosky died. It has now been revealed why the iconic singer wasn’t on the doomed plane, which may have proved as a lifesaver. His close friend Lance Graves has shared how Vince and his friends were in Florida celebrating his 64th birthday.

Rain flew out to Arizona with her pal to check in for a gig at the Royal Crown barrel racing competition, Lance told TMZ. However, Vince didn’t need to be there until the Thursday and so stayed in Florida to soak up the sun. Rain will no longer be competing in the barrel race as she recovers from her injuries.

Vince and the pilot Joie had worked together for years, according to the pal, as the musician felt there was a loyalty between them. Joie had retired from commercial airlines and Vince wanted to support him. Mötley Crüe’s official social media account shared a statement following the news as they said: “Earlier today, a private plane owned by Vince Neil was involved in a crash near Scottsdale, AZ.

“The pilot was tragically killed; the co-pilot and other passengers were taken to local hospitals. Vince was not on the plane. Vince‘s girlfriend and her friend suffered injuries, albeit not life-threatening. While details are still emerging, our hearts go out to the families about the pilot who lost his life in the passengers who suffered injuries. Mötley Crüe will announce a way to help support the family of the deceased pilot -stand by for an announcement very soon.”

Joie’s daughter Jana Schertzer has since spoke out following the loss of her father as she believes her dad’s actions during the incident saved the lives of the others on board. Speaking to The Arizona Republic, she said: “I honestly, wholeheartedly believe that the reason those other passengers are alive — it’s because of how he handled it yesterday.”

Jana also said that despite her father’s age, he was still in perfect health and had “better than 20/20 vision”. His ex-wife Ann Vitosky had said he joined the Marine Corps in his early twenties because he wanted to fly. She said she believes he had been flying for Neil for ‘a few’ years. He had also piloted other celebrities and big names, including Ronald Reagan’s daughter Maureen Reagan and oil barons.

A statement from Worrick Robinson Law after the incident read: “At 2:39p.m. local time, a Learjet aircraft Model 35A owned by Vince Neil was attempting to land at the Scottsdale Airport. For reasons unknown at this time, the plane veered from the runway causing it to collide with another parked plane. On board Mr. Neil’s plane there were two pilots and two passengers. Mr. Neil was not on the plane.

“More specific details regarding the collision are not available as this is a rapidly evolving situation and there is an ongoing investigation. Mr. Neil’s thoughts and prayers go out to everyone involved, and he is grateful for the critical aid of all the first responders assisting today.”

It Ends With Us author Colleen Hoover has deleted all traces of Blake Lively from her Instagram page amid the latter’s legal battle with Justin Baldoni.

The leading actress from the book’s movie adaption, Blake, is currently embroiled in legal drama with her It Ends With Us director and co-star, Baldoni. In December, the 37-year-old Gossip Girl actress filed a lawsuit against him, accusing him of sexual harassment and allegedly causing severe emotional distress while working on It Ends With Us.

She also claimed the 41-year-old tried to “destroy” her reputation in a smear campaign. He strongly denies the allegations and, last month, countersued Blake and her husband, Ryan Reynolds, 48, for £321 million ($400m) for an apparent attempt to destroy his reputation and career.

Baldoni also alleged Lively used her A-list star power to try to get Hoover to side with her. When Lively first filed the lawsuit, Hoover shared a statement in support of her. However, she has been noticeably absent from her Instagram since December. According to Baldoni’s lawsuit, which can be found on a website with his latest court filings, Hoover previously had a better relationship with him and told him: “You are the right person to make this movie.”

Amid the ongoing drama surrounding the two leading stars, author Colleen, who wrote the hit novel, deleted the December statement she made supporting Lively. For a short period of time, she deleted her page but recently returned with all traces of the It Ends With Us stars removed. Colleen is still following Lively’s Instagram page but does not follow Justin Baldoni on the social media app.

Her most recent posts, all from December, included her review of the Swept Away musical as well as screenshots of articles revealing her books, Verity and Reminders of Him, were to be made into movies. On the day that Lively’s lawsuit became public, Hoover posted on Instagram a message of support for her.

The author wrote alongside a photo of her with Lively in a warm embrace: “@blakelively, you have been nothing but honest, kind, supportive, and patient since the day we met. Thank you for being exactly the human that you are. Never change. Never wilt.” Hoover also added a link to an article detailing the allegations Lively has made against Baldoni.

Her message of support is no longer on her social media page. The Mirror have reached out to Hoover’s reps for comment. In December, Baldoni’s team released a statement in response to Lively’s accusations, calling them ‘shameful’ and ‘categorically false’.

Sir Rod Stewart joked he’d enjoyed too many drinks while appearing on live TV.

The legendary rocker gave a rather amusing interview ahead of Celtic’s recent Champions League match against Bayern Munich on Wednesday. Sir Rod, 80, is no stranger to sharing his love for the team and is often spotted in the stands alongside his family. But one moment during an appearance on TNT Sports left pundits in fits of laughter.

Ahead of the clash which aired on the network, Sir Rod spoke with Peter Schmeichel and told the packed crowd of 60,000 fans to “shut up” as they began to chant during his interview, leaving Peter struggling to contain his laughter following the musician’s hilarious outburst.

But Sir Rod didn’t stop there. He left Jamie Carragher, Micah Richards, Thierry Henry and Kate Scott in stitches with his outbursts. During his appearance, he also referred to Peter as “Gordon Banks” and rather than calling Micah his nickname of Big Meeks, called him Big Knees.

When asked about how he was after his expressing his love for the club, Sir Rod told Peter: “I’ve had a couple,” which instantly saw the former Manchester United goalkeeper burst into laughter. Rod continued: “You better get me off the air now. I’m embarrassing myself.”

When asked by Jamie if Celtic could win the clash, Sir Rod said: “Yeah, it could be a big night… Whatever happens, I’m so proud of this club, and I’m proud to be interviewed by Gordon Banks!” But his drunken comments didn’t stop there.

Emma Dodds asked Sir Rod if he’d been having a good day, to which he replied: “It’s been wonderful. I’ve had a couple of drinks as you can probably see. Wahey! Celtic is the love of my life apart from my wife and children. As long as we stay in the competition, as long as we don’t get humped tonight.”

In true Sir Rod style, he went on to dance along to a chant from Celtic fans as his interview drew to a close. He later went on to burst out into an impromptu performance of Maggie May with Jamie. The moment did not go unnoticed as fans flocked to social media to react to the hilarious segment. “I’m not Rod’s biggest fan for obvious reasons but he was pretty funny there,” said one Rangers fan.

A second social media commented: “Top man Rod.” While a third tweeted: “Magnificent.” “Inject this interview into my veins. So good,” said another. Meanwhile a fifth X user added: “This is one of the greatest pre game interviews in Champions League history.” “Drunk Rod Stewart on the CBS broadcast this is the best sports coverage on earth,” exclaimed another.

This isn’t the first time that Rod has had a couple of drinks before going on live TV ahead of a football match. In 2017, he’d been roped in to help conduct the Scottish League Cup draw alongside ex-Celtic defender Alan Stubbs. Speaking about the moment in 2022, he told FourFourTwo: “[I’d] drank a couple of bevvies and Sky asked me if I’d like to do [the draw].

“I said, ‘Listen, I’ve had a couple of drinks’ and they said it was fine. I’m an ad lib guy and, lo and behold, I just p***** about a bit. I’m an ad lib guy and, lo and behold, I just p***** about a bit.”

Melvin Odoom won over the nations’ hearts during his stint on I’m a Celebrity, but there’s only one woman he’s after – Carol Vorderman.

The BBC Radio 1 star revealed his admiration for Carol while in the jungle, picking a pillow with the former Countdown host printed on it as his luxury item. Although months have gone by since he publicly stated his love for Carol, Melvin made it clear that she hasn’t brushed him off yet, and that he has a master plan to finally secure a date.

Speaking to the Mirror at the TV Choice Awards this week, Melvin blasted claims that Carol had “ghosted” him on Instagram. “She didn’t ghost me! I don’t know where this – she just hasn’t read my message yet! There’s this rumour going around that she ghosted me,” he jokingly protested.

The DJ then gushed over Carol, and shared that he had complete faith she’d get in touch with him when the time’s right. “Carol’s a lovely lady. I just want to put that in black and white right now. She is a wonderful lady, she’s hardworking, and she’s busy out here trying to look after people and take care of them,” he said.

“She ain’t got time to look at my DMs every five seconds! So when she sees it, I’m sure she’ll read it… when she’s ready.”

While Carol hasn’t yet read Melvin’s message, she did send him a message of her own while he was still in Australia. The Cambridge graduate appeared on I’m a Celebrity… Unpacked, and sent a voice note to Melvin.

“Melvin, I’m blushing redder than that leather red dress I’m wearing on your pillowcase. But I’ll be rooting for you all the way through, and see you on the other side,” she teased.

Carol also sent sent Melvin a DM while he was in the jungle, but unfortunately his Instagram was being run by his family and friends at the time.

“I’m about to check my DMs now and I’ve notice there’s a message from Vorders herself. So someone’s looking after my page and she goes ‘please give him my best. He’s done so well,’” he previously revealed.

“And they were like ‘she’s lovely, she was like replying to messages’. I was thinking ‘great. I’m in’. I sent her a message saying ‘thanks for being a great sport but y’know here’s my number, give me a little call’. She’s not read it. It’s been three weeks.”

Aside from his major crush on Carol, Melvin has always kept his private life private. However, he revealed that he’s open to love wherever he might find it. In a YouTube interview last year, he said: “Dating is hard. For me, don’t shut yourself off from anything because your potential partner could be anywhere. You have to chill and go with the flow, you can’t control love.”
