Victoria Beckham breaks silence on David’s knighthood as admits she’s ‘never felt prouder’

After receiving his knighthood for his contributions to sport and charitable causes, Lady Victoria Beckham has admitted that she has never felt prouder of her husband.

Victoria Beckham said she has “never felt prouder” of her husband David. The fashion designer, 51, met footballer David when she was at the height of her pop star fame with the Spice Girls almost 30 years ago, and they went on to have Brooklyn, 26, Romeo, 23, Cruz, 20, as well as 14-year-old Harper together and took to social media in the hours after David received his knighthood from the monarch at Windsor Castle for services to sport and charitable causes.

She wrote: “David, from the moment I met you 28 years ago, you’ve always been so proud to represent your country. Whether on or off the pitch, no one loves England or respects our Royal Family more, so to see you honoured by The King today is something I’ll forever cherish.

You are the most amazing husband and father, and you are still the same kind, devout, hardworking person I met almost 30 years ago. Never have I felt more proud than I am today. We all adore you dearly, sir @davidbeckham xxx “

Victoria, who was known as Posh Spice when she shot to fame alongside Geri Halliwell, Mel B, Melanie C and Emma Bunton, will henceforth be referred to as ‘Lady Beckham. ‘ This designation is granted to a woman married to a man who holds the title of ‘Sir’ and whilst it’s an optional formal adjustment the showbiz legend has chosen to accept it.

Following the announcement that the footballer player would at last receive the dream accolade, his partner shared a heartfelt message on Instagram. She wrote next to a photograph of her hugging her husband: “You’ve always been my knight in shining armour, but now it’s official. Sir David Beckham!

“What a honor, I’m not more proud of you,” I said. Your commitment to the things that matter most, including your family, your job, your passions, and most importantly, your country, has never faltered.

You have touched so many lives with kindness and humility over the years, which speaks volumes about the character of the man you are and continues to inspire us every day. But I’m so, so proud to call you mine before all else. I’m so in love with you.

David himself was also moved when the announcement was made, telling PA: “Growing up in east London with parents and grandparents who were so patriotic and proud to be British, I never could have imagined I would receive such a truly humbling honour.

He continued, “I’m so fortunate to be able to do the work I do, and I’m appreciative of being recognized for the work I do that gives me such great fulfillment.”

“It will take a little while for the news to sink in but I’m immensely proud and it’s such an emotional moment for me to share with my family.” The sports star had been widely tipped for the honour and was reportedly set to receive a knighthood in 2022, but leaked emails from 2017 in which he purportedly criticised the honours system and its committee scuppered those plans.

He allegedly addressed the committee at the time, calling them “unappreciative c***s” and allegedly saying he didn’t care about getting knighted. However, his team refuted these reports, accusing them of being false and of fabricating the facts.

David Beckham makes incredible vow to public as he is knighted

When David Beckham receives his knighthood, he makes an incredible vow to change the UK.

Sir David Beckham has vowed to use his knighthood “for the good of the UK” as he received the honour from the King. Friends of the star said he would not “sit idly back” and plans to accelerate his charity work, and “try and make a difference.”

The friend continued, “Some celebrities get a knighthood, and you don’t hear from them again. But David wants to use this incredible honor to promote the causes he supports and raise their profile. He is determined to return the UK.

The football star, 50, who was recognised for his services to sport and charity in a ceremony at Windsor Castle, has described accepting the honour as the “proudest moment” of his career. Sir David has supported a number of charity causes, including serving as a goodwill ambassador for humanitarian aid organisation Unicef since 2005.

He was appointed an ambassador for The King’s Foundation, a 1990-founded educational organization, last year. And he remarked about his charitable work after the ceremony, which included his wife Lady Victoria and his parents: “All the things I do, I do, I do out of love.”

“I don’t do it because I have to do it, I don’t because I have to because I have to do it,” said Sir David. My work, in my opinion, will never end. My job is enjoyable. I was raised with the right values to respect people, and that will continue.

When he was awarded the knighthood, the former England captain donned a grey three-piece suit made by his wife. Lady Victoria accompanied him while wearing a pointed-toed, ruched navy Bela Midi dress from her own collection.

The pair smiled together for photographs in the courtyard with Lady Victoria looking up proudly at her husband before posing with his parents, Ted and Sandra Beckham.

Asked whether he managed to speak to Charles during the ceremony, Sir David said: “He was quite impressed with my suit. “He’s kind of the most elegantly dressed man that I know, so he inspired quite a few of my looks over the years and he definitely inspired this look. It was something that my wife made me.

When I looked at old photos of him wearing morning suits when he was a young man, I said, “OK, that’s what I want to wear,” so I gave it to my wife, and she did. He claimed that he had always been a huge fan of the monarchy and that he had “always felt emotional about the knighthood” since he was recognized in the King’s Birthday Honours earlier this year.

“I’ve been very obviously lucky in my career to have won what I’ve won and done what I’ve done but to receive an honour like this, of a knight, is beyond anything that I ever thought that I would receive,” Sir David said. “To be honest, a young boy from the east end of London, born in Leytonstone, and here at Windsor Castle, being honoured by His Majesty the King – the most important and the most respected institution in the world – it’s quite a moment. This is without doubt my proudest moment.” He added that it was a “huge honour” to be recognised for both his sporting career and for the philanthropic work he has done since he was “probably 17”.

Sir David said that when he first described his drive, he soon realized how important it was for people to listen to him and how that aided in the development of charities. People listen to me, “he said,” and I believe that is primarily due to the careers I’ve had, the teams I’ve played for, the victories I’ve won, and the respect I’ve earned throughout my career. And I believe it to be a very useful tool for charitable work. I quickly realized that through things I said and things I got involved in, and I think that’s why it’s so important to me.

Sir David married his wife Victoria in 1999 and the couple share four children together – Brooklyn, Romeo, Cruz and Harper. Yesterday Romeo paid tribute on social media to his father. He said: “No-one deserves this more than you, love you so much…congrats Sir dad.”Sir David made his Premier League debut for Manchester United in 1995 and was part of the team that earned a dramatic Champions League final victory in 1999 when they beat Bayern Munich with two late goals.

Louise Redknapp’s tragic health battles including condition ‘worst doctor had seen’

Louise Redknapp rose to fame as a member of Eternals in the 1990s, but says she was struggling with a health condition at the height of music career

Louise Redknapp shot to fame as a member of the girl group Eternals before tying the knot with England midfielder Jamie Redknapp in the 1990s. But during the height of her career she battled a skin condition that doctors said was the “worst they’ve seen in a long time”.

Louise, who turns 51 today, says she was diagnosed with hyperpigmentation as a child. The condition is when areas of the skin darken due to an increase in melanin production.

It can result in dark spots or circles on the body. Louise says her hyperpigmentation was at its worst in her twenties, shortly after she gave birth to her eldest son Charley, who she shares with ex-husband Jamie.

She says she would have self-esteem issues whenever the condition would flare up. Speaking to the ECHO, Louise said: “I said that I looked like I had the world map on my face.

“The pigmentation that I suffered with after having my first child saw one dermatologist say it was the worst they had seen in a really long time. And it really affected my confidence, because on one hand, I was so happy having this gorgeous baby, and on the other hand, I didn’t know what I was going to do with my face.”

Mum-of-two Louise said confidence issues meant she struggled to live in the moment. She added: “There’s been lots of times in life that maybe being worried about how I looked has held me back from really living in the moment and enjoying things.

“Every moment being on the beach, worrying that somebody might take a picture of you from an unflattering angle. I spent most of my holidays lying flat in the hope that no one would spot me.”

Louise urged anyone else suffering from hyperpigmentation to try and remain positive. She says that while individuals may notice the flare ups, other people may not.

She added: “The things that we think are terrible – blemishes on our face, pigment on our face – people might notice it, but it’s not the first thing they judge you on, and if it is, you don’t want to know them anyway.

“Trying to keep a positive mental attitude is really tough but just remember that everybody’s fighting their own battles and believe you me, whatever you’re fighting at that time will not beat the forefront of their mind.”

Louise ‘desperately’ trying to ‘survive’

The Let’s Go Round Again singer has previously opened up about a time in her life when she was “struggling” and trying to keep her “head above water”. On Fearne Cotton’s Happy Place podcast, Louise revealed she had taken antidepressants to get her “head above the ground”.

However she found they made her gain weight, leaving her “hating” how she looked in pictures. “I always remember like going to…I think it was the BRITS or somewhere, and they’d made me put weight on, and it was the lesser of two evils,” she explained.

She continued: “For some reason, I put weight on. I was unconfident in how it looked to my body, yet at the same time, I was trying to keep my head above water. I was trying to desperately just survive in the world that we live in.”

Louise says she had wanted to “come out” and talk about how she was “struggling”. She told Fearne she also wanted to say “sorry” that she “wasn’t perfect”.

‘Really bad’ health battle after finding fame

Louise has also spoken about how she suffered with OCD when she was in Eternal. She said she felt it was the “the only thing I could control in my life” during an emotional interview on This Morning in 2020.

Louise said: “For many years I suffered from OCD in a really big way, looking back I think it most probably came from it being the only thing I could control in my life.

“Going on you do work and start to understand the illness a bit more, but I hope people out there that suffer might realise they’re not alone. I had it really badly. It used to take me 20 minutes to go to bed at night. I’ve come a long way since those days. And it has helped me to write it all down.”

While Louise admits she was “really lucky” to be in the band, she says she now feels like she “could have dealt with things” differently and “maybe not worried so much,” reports MailOnline.

She starred in Eternal alongside Easther and Vernie Bennett as well as Kéllé Bryan. As a four piece, their first album Always and Forever reached number two in the UK chart, selling over four million copies globally.

David Beckham’s intimate chat with King Charles revealed by lip reading expert

Victoria Beckham, David Beckham’s wife, Victoria, and Sandra and Ted Beckham’s parents also attended the King’s ceremony at Windsor Castle where he was hailed as the knight.

Sir David Beckham is now officially a knight of the realm, having been knighted by King Charles himself during a intimate ceremony at Windsor Castle. As the king knighted the former footballer, they shared a few words that have now been revealed by a lip reader.

The ceremony happened on 4 November. David’s knighthood was highly anticipated before it was announced in June, as the former England captain has undertaken a lot of charity work, including sports initiatives and campaigns for better research around malaria.

Lip-reading expert Nicola Hickling explained that David responded by telling him he was “proud” of himself and that David then revealed what he intended to do for his career after that.

King Charles praised Nicola’s efforts to support both of their sports and charitable endeavors while speaking on behalf of Betfair Slots. Amazing, you are beyond reproach. I’m pleased to knight you.

The King urged David to “do what you’re good at” when it had been a “great day.” David made it clear that he wanted to write a book at this point. If I’m honest, it’s been my greatest honor. I’ll write a book the following day. However, it has been incredible to be here today.

According to legend, the King allegedly told David that he could write a book but that he would have to “try not to forget those names.” David responded that he was certain that people would “be so happy to be mentioned in it.”

David was joined at his ceremony by his wife, Victoria. Paying tribute to her and her fashion label, David wore a suit she made him. He shared that the King was impressed with his outfit.

He told the PA, “He was quite impressed with my suit,” adding, “He’s kind of the most elegantly dressed man I’ve met,” which has led to a number of my looks over the years, including this one.

My wife made me do it, she said. When I looked at old photos of him wearing morning suits when he was still a young child, I thought, “OK, that’s what I want to wear,” so I gave it to my wife, and she did.

Sandra and Ted’s parents, along with Romeo, Cruz, and Harper Seven, also welcomed David and Victoria. Brooklyn was the only member of their immediate family who didn’t show up.

Likewise, while Romeo and Cruz both shared videos and pictures from the day, Brooklyn has not posted about his father’s knighthood. This is the latest in a series of snubs from the eldest Beckham child, as he also ignored his father’s 50th birthday and the premiere of his mother’s Netflix documentary.

Sarah Ferguson’s outrageous ‘Plan B’ as she ‘plots dramatic return from exile’

Sarah Ferguson, who was formerly known as Sarah, the Duchess of York, is reportedly looking ahead to an unanticipated Plan B as she transitions from the Royal Family, according to one critic who called it a “fun till you cry moment.”

Sources reveal that Sarah Ferguson, the ex-Duchess, is refusing to follow her defiant Plan B. She seems to be up for battle as she struggles to maintain her composure.

The Duke of York, Fergie, the former wife of Andrew Mountbatten Windsor, formerly Prince Andrew, is anticipating a completely different life from what she’s known as since joining the Royal Family in 1986.

Sarah, 66, has endured a number of agonizing experiences, including having her toes sucked by a Texan billionaire. However, the shame she and Andrew have experienced in recent months is palpable in comparison to these pitfalls.

Sarah must now begin forging her own life and home outside of the Firm after being kicked out of Royal Lodge, dropped by her charities, and fired by Loose Women. And commentators have become horrified by her allegedly eye-catching future plans.

The Sun reports that, with the encouragement of daughters Princess Beatrice and Princess Eugenie, Sarah, 66, is allegedly planning a rebrand, working with a pricey “brand rescue team” to reinvent herself as a leader in the “female positivity world”.

According to a source, “Sarah has always been a grafter and hard worker, and she always finds ways to make money and escape.” She always managed to make ends meet despite having expensive tastes and sizable spendings. She is still a big name and still receives calls from brands, though some of them may not be answered at the moment.

As a “mother and philanthropist,” Sarah now has her eyes on “a number of branding and commercial opportunities,” according to the publication. However, Sarah’s apparent plans for a revamp have remained unconvincing to the point of doubt, despite the fact that it appears as though she is optimistic about her uncertain future.

It appears that Sarah has told her advisers that she wants to be “a leader of the female positivity world,” writes columnist Amanda Platell in a piece for the Mail Online.

“Malala Yousafzai and the former First Lady Michelle Obama are currently taking up that space,” according to Malala Yousafzai and the former First Lady Michelle Obama, not to mention hundreds of other notable women who have tirelessly fought for their rights and those of women’s liberties from male abuse.

It’s truly a “funny until you cry” moment. It makes it even more astonishing that Fergie appears to have no regrets for her actions. She lacks any signs of self-awareness or indications that she is aware of her dislike.

Sarah was recently dropped by a number of charities for an email she sent to Epstein in 2011 after he was found guilty of prostitution in 2008. Sarah apologized in public about the criticisms she had made of Epstein in this exchange and called him her “supreme friend.” The email was sent out out of fear for Sarah’s safety and that of her family, according to Sarah’s team.

Kelvin Fletcher’s wife Liz drops to the floor at reality star’s five-word remark

His wife Liz, who was so perplexed by the idea, sat down laughing and thought of Kevin Fletcher’s suggestion for the pair’s ITV comedy Fletcher’s Family Farm.

Kelvin Fletcher left his wife Liz in fits of laughter during the latest episode of Fletcher’s Family Farm, thanks to a hilariously unexpected idea for their next big project.

In the new ITV episode, the former Emmerdale actor suggested turning their rural adventures into a sing-along feature. “You know what we could actually do?” Kelvin asked Liz with a grin. “We could create a farm musical.”

As her husband attempted to defend the idea, Liz immediately burst out laughing before stomping on her toes in hysterics. “I’m serious”! Liz pleaded, “Can you sing,” while still wiping tears from her eyes.

Kelvin responded, “No,” without skipping a beat, before chuckling and adding, “That’s the part I won’t be in.” He continued, “It almost might be our story,” keeping a straight face. Two actors — “

But he didn’t get far enough for Liz to laugh while spilling her tea onto the floor. “What? Why did you “pour your tea out”? Kevin chuckled. Two actors decide to buy a farm, according to the scriptwriter.

Liz reacted by saying, “Kelvin, we’ve got enough to do, we’re not creating a farm panto,” while still gasping for air between giggles. Kelvin resisted letting it go, saying, “No, it’s a musical! Someone could enter the theater to act it. Do you not believe that could be a wise decision, Babe?”

Liz gave in while gently reminding him, “It’s, but just one step at a time, okay,” while she was still smiling. Let’s get to the wedding, “” “The farm musical” Kevin resolutely refused to step down, declaring proud.

The light-hearted moment provided a welcome bit of laughter for the couple, who have faced a challenging year. In the first episode of the new series of Fletcher’s Family Farm, Kelvin and Liz revealed that a devastating fire had destroyed their 200-year-old Cheshire farmhouse while they were away on holiday.

The property was uninhabitable as a result of the fire that started late last year. Our farmhouse has stood still for more than 200 years, Kelvin remarked in a voiceover. However, sadly, a setback caused us to lose our home at the end of last year.

He explained that their neighbor, who was away on vacation, called their neighbor, Jilly, to let them know the sad news. It just kind of resembled nightmares.

She was simply in panic, and the fire erupted somewhat at that time. Because we were away in another country and there was nothing we could do, it was obvious that the fire brigade was called. It was also surreal.

“I’ve never, really, gone through something like that. Within eight minutes of receiving the call, the fire had already been burning for several hours. We are unable to live in any of the farmhouse because of the smoke damage.

“It’s gutting, isn’t it?” As they examined the wreckage, Liz cried out. The couple and their four young children have continued to run their family farm while temporarily residing in a rental property close by.

Fletcher’s Family Farm, which is currently in its third season, follows the couple’s struggle to balance their growing family and their animals. In recent episodes, the pair welcomed a handsome new cockerel into their flock and learned that one of their cows is pregnant, sadly miscarrying.
