‘I visited Charlotte Tilbury’s new mega store before it opened and took home 3 products’
Charlotte Tilbury has gone all out with her flagship store in London’s Covent Garden, giving it a major glow-up that’ll make any make-up lover feel like they’ve gone to heaven. What’s more? Before it opened to the public today (January 9), I had a look at it, and I can confirm that if you didn’t like the original Beauty Wonderland, you’ll be disappointed. It’s bigger, bolder and packed with more magic than ever before. I was on the verge of kicking and screaming myself out.
The revamped space is heaven for beauty lovers, blending Tilbury’s signature glitz and glam with an ultra-modern vibe. Think luxe gold finishes, glowing mirrors and chic pink accents. It’s not just a shop, it’s a whole experience—like stepping into Charlotte’s very own mind.
What’s new?
For starters, it’s now a whopping 1, 200 square feet—plenty of room to play with swatches and test out your fave products. A fancy new consultation space is available where you can schedule private consultations with expert artists to create your own beauty look. Plus, the store also boasts cutting-edge AR (Augmented Reality) technology. You can almost certainly try on products without even touching a brush, which is great. Want to test that bold red lipstick or dreamy highlighter? No messy testers necessary; simply scan through the digital magic mirror to find the perfect match.

Oh, and did I mention the Beauty Boudoir? This luxe private space is perfect for glam sessions, from make-up tutorials to group pampering with your besties. Hen parties, birthday treats, or just because—you name it, they’ll make it sparkle.
The downstairs Skin Spa is going to be my favorite feature of the new space and the one that I’ll be using the most. You can either choose from the express menu or one of the private treatment rooms where you can get full-on complexion pampering. Prices start from around £50 and, of course, all of the treatments blend the usual Charlotte Tilbury ingredients goodness. I have my eyes on the Brighten + Smooth Oxi-Revival Facial, which takes 30 minutes and can be done over make-up to boost hydration and your skin’s glow.
What to shop
I was really reminded of some treasures I’ve loved in the past when I was walking around the store and had the opportunity to see almost every single Charlotte Tilbury item on display. I’ve got three things you’ll love that you’ll also enjoy taking home with me…
Charlotte’s Magic Cream, £79
I’ve been using this product every morning for more than five years, but I don’t intend to switch it out. Anyone who asks me for bridal skin preparation products should definitely do it. The glow it creates is the next-level, and it also incorporates high-quality skincare ingredients like vitamin C and E and peptides.
It was Charlotte’s very first skincare product and, I’m told, the reason her brand was even founded. She made the decision to share the magic with everyone after creating the cream for use on models and celebrities backstage.
Charlotte’s Magic Serum Crystal Elixir, £65
it’s a total game-changer for my skin. From the very first application, I noticed how lightweight and silky it feels, absorbing instantly without any greasiness. Packed with powerhouse ingredients like niacinamide, vitamin C and polyglutamic acid, it’s like giving your skin a daily dose of glow-boosting goodness. My complexion looks brighter, smoother, and dare I say, more radiant than ever when I reach for this in the mornings.
Hollywood Flawless Filter, £39
Even on the busiest days, this is unquestionably my secret to glamorize the love of my life. It’s this magical hybrid of a highlighter, primer and sheer tint that gives my skin the most gorgeous, lit-from-within glow. It always leaves me looking fresh and dewy, whether I apply it to my cheekbones under foundation for a subtle radiance or apply it top of my cheekbones for that extra pop. It’s like an Instagram filter in a bottle, but better because it’s real life.
