Before it opened to the public today (January 9), I had a look at it, and I can confirm that if you didn’t like the original Beauty Wonderland, you’ll be disappointed. It’s bigger, bolder and packed with more magic than ever before. I was on the verge of kicking and screaming myself out.

The revamped space is heaven for beauty lovers, blending Tilbury’s signature glitz and glam with an ultra-modern vibe. Think luxe gold finishes, glowing mirrors and chic pink accents. It’s not just a shop, it’s a whole experience—like stepping into Charlotte’s very own mind.

What’s new?

For starters, it’s now a whopping 1, 200 square feet—plenty of room to play with swatches and test out your fave products. A fancy new consultation space is available where you can schedule private consultations with expert artists to create your own beauty look. Plus, the store also boasts cutting-edge AR (Augmented Reality) technology. You can almost certainly try on products without even touching a brush, which is great. Want to test that bold red lipstick or dreamy highlighter? No messy testers necessary; simply scan through the digital magic mirror to find the perfect match.

Oh, and did I mention the Beauty Boudoir? This luxe private space is perfect for glam sessions, from make-up tutorials to group pampering with your besties. Hen parties, birthday treats, or just because—you name it, they’ll make it sparkle.

The downstairs Skin Spa is going to be my favorite feature of the new space and the one that I’ll be using the most. You can either choose from the express menu or one of the private treatment rooms where you can get full-on complexion pampering. Prices start from around £50 and, of course, all of the treatments blend the usual Charlotte Tilbury ingredients goodness. I have my eyes on the Brighten + Smooth Oxi-Revival Facial, which takes 30 minutes and can be done over make-up to boost hydration and your skin’s glow.

Charlotte’s Magic Cream, £79

I’ve been using this product every morning for more than five years, but I don’t intend to switch it out. Anyone who asks me for bridal skin preparation products should definitely do it. The glow it creates is the next-level, and it also incorporates high-quality skincare ingredients like vitamin C and E and peptides.

It was Charlotte’s very first skincare product and, I’m told, the reason her brand was even founded. She made the decision to share the magic with everyone after creating the cream for use on models and celebrities backstage.

After splitting from David Harbour, Lily Allen has revealed how she is managing.

And that’s okay, when things in life are going well and you’re coping it’s really nice to have the kids around. They’re a joy.

In Los Angeles’ “unprecedented wildfires,” including those involving celebrities like Paris Hilton and Billy Crystal, have lost their homes.

The original Palisades fire, which nearly 16, 000 acres have already been consumed, is being managed by thousands of firefighters in southern California, along with seven other fires that are threatening to spread embers and cause more destruction and death. At least five people have died.

In light of Kaz’s experience, the Mirror asked two doctors to shed light on the main symptoms and treatments of alopecia. One of them is Dr. Gareth Nye, a lecturer in biomedical science at the University of Salford, who identifies two different alopecia types.

He explained that “alopecia is a general term for any condition that causes hair loss, including hair loss caused by chemotherapy, such as natural baldness in men and women.” Alopecia areata, a condition known as pathological alopecia, causes the body to begin to attack its own tissue, particularly the hair cells.

Once this process has begun, it is unlikely to be reversed because the body stops destroying the hair cells and prevents them from growing back. It has a wide range of severity levels and has a wide range of effects on body hair, eyebrows, eyelashes, and scalp.

According to Dr. Nye, about 50% of patients who lose small patches of hair will regrowth within the same year. However, “less than 10% of cases” of people who experience total hair loss recover.

Dr Lawrence Cunningham, a retired GP at Help &amp, Advice, also told the Mirror: “In my experience, it can be quite distressing for those affected, as it often leads to patchy hair loss on the scalp or other parts of the body. The causes of alopecia can vary, including genetic factors, autoimmune disorders, and environmental triggers.

I’ve seen instances where unpredictably high stress levels have increased hair loss, underscoring the value of stress management. Lifestyle modifications can have a significant impact on this area, in my opinion.

Thankfully, there are various treatments available to help individuals suffering from alopecia, including medical injections and natural remedies. Dr Cunningham continued:” There are several treatments available, ranging from corticosteroids to topical immunotherapy.

“I’ve heard that natural remedies like essential oils and dietary supplements can also support you, but I always advise talking about these options with your doctor.” It’s important to tailor treatments to the individual’s specific type of alopecia and overall health.

It is crucial to combine physical therapy and emotional well-being. Support organizations and professional counseling can be very helpful for people who struggle with hair loss-related self-esteem issues.

Despite this, Dr Nye also stressed that no therapies ‘ work 100% of the time’, so it’s crucial to explore your options. He added:” Triamcinoline injections are used to some success with 50% hair regrowth in 80% of patients. It has been demonstrated that anti-inflammatory and steroid medications have little effect on preventing additional hair loss.

Although hair transplants are frequently sought as a treatment for this condition, the immune system will continue to harm the underlying hair follicles after the transplant.
