Love Island’s Harry admits to being ‘unemployed’ as Shakira lands huge TV job

Harry Cooksley, the Love Island star, has admitted that he has been forced to return to his day job after failing to land TV roles since leaving the villa.

It is perhaps expected that Love Island TV stars will undoubtedly secure themselves huge endorsement deals and TV jobs once leaving the villa. And Harry Cooksley may have been of the same belief but reality appears to have put a mirror up to his face as the former TV star has claimed that he is still “unemployed.”

Before joining the ITV2 show, the 30-year-old TV hopeful had previously played for Farnham Town FC. Since he realized he was no longer going to be snapped up by TV executives, he has since returned to his former team.

However, the same can not be said for his girlfriend Shakira Khan who has now landed a role on Gary Lineker’s new ITV challenge show, The Box.

He took to Twitter to express his agony to the fans, saying, “It’s that time… the return to football.” Because it seems like I’m still unemployed and need to return to my day job.

This is the first time Harry has played football in five months, according to the reality TV star. Making fun of his situation, he added: ” I might have come second on Love Island but I am a winner.”

Meanwhile, it has been reported that his girlfriend has soared since leaving the villa and has since found a job on The Box.

Following rumors that ITV executives were hoping to capitalize on the growing demand for Love Island stars on its prime time TV programs, this comes as a result.

However, adding Shakira to the roster is a wise decision because she is still popular with younger viewers and is stoking the villa’s reputation. She’ll be friends with famous people, but executives are confident that she’ll stand out.

The Box, a new format and Gary’s first for ITV, is where everyone’s eyes are, according to the source. However, choosing Shakira is a wise choice because she is still popular with younger viewers and is wildly successful outside the villa.

Before joining the show, Shakira had previously worked in marketing. And she claimed to have been dating someone but had not yet found a husband.

She continued, “I haven’t found the husband in my busy love life.” I’m searching for “the one.” The ring is where I’m looking.

Despite their opposing careers, it appears that the pair are determined to make it work outside.

When a fan asked if Harry was a real person on TikTok, Harry responded politely with a “correct.”

The publication was then informed that “of course it’s new for both of us. Both of us are new to this, and I’m so happy to be collaborating with her.

Vicky Pattison, the Geordie Shore star, has candidly described her experience on the Strictly Come Dancing launch show as the “worst experience” of her life, making her “cripplingly aware of how s***e you are.” During an episode of the Get A Grip podcast with ex-Strictly star Angela Scanlon, Vicky didn’t hold back, sharing her brutally honest thoughts about filming the BBC show, humorously confessing that she felt like a “sausage in a skin.”

The reality TV star is set to join a star-studded line-up for the new series, including Dani Dyer, football legend Jimmy Floyd Hasselbaink, Good Morning Britain’s Ross King, and Neighbours actor Stefan Dennis.

However, Vicky has previously opened up about experiencing a “mini-breakdown” following a family holiday and dealing with an “unrelenting” schedule as she prepares for her stint on the demanding dance show.

With the launch scheduled to air on Saturday, September 20, at 6.40pm on BBC One and iPlayer, things are well underway, despite Vicky’s claim that the launch was the “worst experience.”

She continued, “We have recorded the launch show. No, it was my life’s worst experience.

Angela then explained that she’d sent her co-star a voice memo in an effort to set her “nerves at ease,” but she claimed Vicky didn’t read it and later admitted that she really should have listened to it.

Vicky confessed: “No, it was just because I was getting so overwhelmed in my own head. So, just for a bit of context, the launch show is everybody all together, all singing, all dancing, for anyone who doesn’t know. It’s the welcome to the series. It’s big guns.”

She noted that everyone was “at different levels,” which she said was accurate annually, and that some people were “quite good” and “better” than others.

Vicky continued: “And being around dancers of different abilities, it does just make you like cripplingly aware of how s***e you are if ya s***e, and I am s***e. And then, of course, the pros, who are all carved by angels – I’m so sorry, where do the women put their organs? They’re tiny.”

She claimed that they had to put a “special girdle” in hers, which she described as similar to a corset, and that she felt like a “sausage in a skin” in her outfit.

Angela then assured her friend that everyone should have one of these.

Vicky later revealed that Ross King, a fellow Strictly contestant, held her hand as he was aware of her nervousness while demonstrating what she called the “family.”

She also confessed that Dani Dyer, star of Love Island and daughter of Human Traffic star Danny Dyer, never left her side during the filming.

DIY SOS back for new series after three years and it’s launching very soon

Nick Knowles and the team will assist yet more people in a new series of DIY SOS, which was earlier referred to as DIY SOS: the Big Build, on the BBC starting next month.

DIY SOS is returning for a new series soon(Image: Instagram)

A new series of DIY SOS is about to be launched. It will see Nick Knowles and the team return, with viewers set to see them help bring communities together and transform people’s lives through various projects on the show.

The BBC show first aired in 1999 and later relaunched as DIY SOS: The Big Build in 2010. The most recent series was broadcast between May and June in 2022. Since then, a few special episodes of the show have been shown, like an EastEnders special that was broadcast in December 2023.

DIY SOS was first announced last year, and the BBC’s schedule now indicates that it will be back starting next month. On October 3, a new series, said to have four episodes, is currently scheduled to debut.

There will also be a new BBC Children In Need special of DIY SOS shown later this year. The special, made in collaboration with Morning Live, is due to air in November during the annual fundraising initiative’s appeal week.

The team reportedly travels to Leicester to assist Isla, who was born with a rare genetic condition, in the first episode of the new series of DIY SOS. According to the synopsis, she aspires to live more independently in her own home.

One of Nick and the entire organization’s “biggest logistical and emotional challenges” is ahead. It’s made fun of that they had to accommodate wheelchair users and a long list of bespoke adaptations for the project.

Last year, Nick confirmed that DIY SOS was coming back. In a post uploaded to Instagram in October, he shared a photo of himself and electrician Billy Byrne. Nick wrote: “@bbcdiysos is back! We’re looking for families from all over and especially keen to hear from people in Scotland and Northern Ireland. “

He has continued to keep fans informed of the show’s progress, and he announced the launch of a new series in March of this year. In his update, Nick shared a selfie with designer Gabrielle Blackman and other people.

Just to let you know that we are currently filming a brand-new series of @bbcdiysos all over the UK, Nick wrote in the caption. With the assistance of an army of kind trades, suppliers, and volunteers, we have already created some wonderful families in fantastic communities.

There are both new faces (especially mine), as well as old faces, and there is a significant rise in community spirit everywhere, he added. Keep an eye out for updates on the series’ release dates and when we’ll be in your area. However, I can tell you right away that it will be emotional and epic.

Fans expressed their excitement over the return of the show at the time. One person wrote, “Fantastic can’t wait, can’t wait.” Another person responded to Nick with, “Love this show. “I’ll look forward to watching,” a third person said. Another responded to the post with, “That’s great news, can’t wait.”

Bonnie Blue speaks out after Sheffield freshers night club ‘attack’

After participating in a covert incident at a nightclub meet and greet, Bonnie Blue has spoken out. The contentious influencer was posing for photos with fans at an early-morning brawl that appeared to be occurring at the Sheffield club’s Onyx nightclub.

Although initial reports suggested Bonnie had been punched, her security team now claim that Bonnie was “slapped,” and the culprit was promptly ejected from the building on Rockingham Street in the city center. As Missy Elliot’s song Get Your Freak On blares in the background, four hefty security guards escort someone across the late-night club’s dance floor.

Before a voice chimes in, “Bonnie Blue has just been punched in the face,” a woman was heard yelling. Bonnie has since kept a low profile about the situation, but a statement has been released following the shocking incident, according to the Daily Star.

Bonnie attended a newcomer’s event in Sheffield (Yorkshire Live/Lyra Auld).

She continued, “Quick update: there was a minor incident last night, but I’m still fine – big thanks to my A plus security for keeping things running smoothly.” No strain, no stress, or sluggishness in my progress. I’m anxiously awaiting my Nottingham homecoming in the next two days.

As Bonnie continues to work on her most recent project, where she intends to mingle with university students, her Bang Bus has been spotted all over the nation on social media. She affectionately dubbed her very own “Bang Bus,” and her choice of vehicle is a blue van.

As she aims to break more records, the vehicle is equipped with a bed, consent forms, and condoms. The nine-stop tour began in Glasgow on Saturday, and it wraps up in London about two weeks later.

However, she had trouble last night when a party started up where she was appearing. Before she allegedly “punched her square in the jaw,” a woman at the event is said to have been chatting to a friend while standing next to Bonnie.

A witness said, “I saw a woman standing next to Bonnie Blue talking to her friend. They turned to Bonnie, turned to their friend, and then struck her in the jaw.

A woman told Bonnie about how she was reinforcing feminism, another witness claimed to Yorkshire Live. We overheard Bonnie telling her security to “get those fat f**** away from me” while we were in the queue behind them. ‘”.

The controversial adult celebrity, who became well-known for sleeping with 1,057 men in a single day, is reportedly in good health, according to the police, who claimed there were “no injuries” related to the incident.

We were called to the Onyx nightclub in Portobello Street, Sheffield, at 1.22am today (Friday, September 19) for a disturbance report. A woman was allegedly assaulted at the nightclub, but she didn’t suffer any harm. At the scene, a woman was taken into custody before being released. In the interim, additional details have been released regarding the incident.

Bonnie will offer “interactive mini-games” and “high-energy DJ sets,” but there is no sexual behavior during her tour of the UK to meet with “barely legal” freshmen. She will also visit university cities across the country.

After a contentious documentary about the former Only Fans content creator, who claimed to have had sex with 1,057 men in 12 hours, the adult star and Channel 4 received a backlash.

Despite new stringent age restrictions designed to prevent children from accessing pornography, the shadow Home Office minister characterized it as “bizarre” that children were able to watch a TV documentary about sex marathon star Bonnie Blue.

Legislators and Ofcom, the broadcasting watchdog, were concerned about Channel 4’s decision to run the program. Despite the channel’s policy that requires at least 16 to register as a user, minors can merely enter their birthdates without using a robust age verification system.

Bonnie nude is depicted in explicit scenes in the program, along with other porn actors, and making adult movies. It appears to contradict the recently passed Online Safety Act, which mandates age verification to prevent underage users from accessing adult websites.

D4vd cancels American tour as murder investigation underway on teen found in car

D4vd has cancelled his tour as an investigation over the murder of a teen gets underway. Celeste Rivas, 15, was found decomposed in the boot of a Tesla registered to the musician.

Sources have claimed that a decision was made on Thursday to cancel the remaining two shows in the States. D4vd had been set to perform tonight in San Francisco, with a second show in Los Angeles on Saturday.

A representative confirmed he was working with law enforcement as they carried out their investigation. “D4vd has been informed about what’s happened. And, although he is still out on tour, he is fully cooperating with the authorities”, a spokesperson for the singer said.

The LAPD told The Mirror US in a statement, “On September 17, 2025, detectives from the Robbery-Homicide Division served a search warrant on the 1300 block of Doheny Place in connection with the death of Celeste Rivas Hernandez. Several items of evidence were recovered and will be analysed by detectives in the coming days.

” This is an ongoing investigation. Investigators are following up on several leads. Once additional information is available to share with the public, it will be released by the Media Relations Division. If anyone has any information about this investigation, they are urged to contact Robbery-Homicide Division (213) 486-6890 or LA Crime Stoppers at (213) 484-6700. “

Celeste was found decomposing in the boot of the vehicle, which was registered to the singer, whose real name is David Anthony Burke. She had been reported missing from Lake Elsinor, California, in April 2024.

Her mother claims she believed the body belonged to her daughter after police described the body, which included a tattoo on her finger reading the word:” Shh…, “as well as her outfit.

Social media sensation Emma Chamberlain has made a heart-breaking admission about her ‘biggest insecurity’.

The 24-year-old YouTube star held a virtual sleepover during her latest podcast episode called ‘Let’s Pretend We’re Having a Sleepover’.

During the 45-minute show, uploaded on September 18th, she played a solo round of truth or dare. As she was recording by herself, Emma looked up random questions and challenges online.

The podcast took a more serious tone when the influencer came across a question asking her to reveal her insecurities, reports the Mirror US.

Speaking on her Anything Goes Podcast, Emma said: “Oh my God, I just realised what my biggest insecurity is.

“My biggest insecurity is my sexualness. I feel insecure, this is so TMI (too much information), but this is what sleepovers are for.”

She went on to explain: “I feel insecure about my ability to be hot to a guy. I feel like I’m not naturally the type to be super flirty [or] super feminine. I’m not a super outwardly sexual person necessarily.

“That’s something that makes me insecure sometimes because I feel like that’s something that boys that I like probably desire.”

Rather than being “flirtatious” with her partners, Emma admitted that she “friendzones” herself.

“It’s almost a defence mechanism [where] I try to be their friend instead of being flirtatious and exciting,” she added.

Whilst the candid revelation might surprise her followers, many are already familiar with Emma’s romantic past.

Most recently, she’s been linked to musician Peter McPoland, with whom she’s been seen on occasion since May 2024.

The duo sparked further dating speculation after they were spotted in matching Wallace and Gromit Halloween costumes last year, but they’ve yet to confirm their relationship status.

Prior to Peter, the YouTube star was notably in a relationship with pop star Role Model, whose real name is Tucker Pillsbury.

The pair went public with their romance in February 2023, and confirmed their split later that year.

This remains Emma’s most high-profile relationship to date, with Role Model even penning a song for Emma titled after her middle name, Frances.
