Keith Urban and Nicole Kidman’s custody plan revealed(Image: Penske Media via Getty Images)
Nicole Kidman and Keith Urban have agreed to a unique custody agreement amid their shock divorce. The pair, whose split was revealed earlier this week, share two daughters – who Keith will only get to see for just under two months a year.
According to court documents, Nicole and Keith have come to terms on a parenting arrangement where the actress is the primary caretaker and has their daughters for 306 days a year while Keith receives them for 59.
Due to the division in these two cases, Nicole will have his children from 10am on Saturdays and 6pm on Sundays every other weekend, and Keith will have them both.
The country singer’s daughters will spend Father’s Day and Thanksgiving with them, while his soon-to-be ex-wife will celebrate on Mother’s Day and Easter.
The separated couple’s children must continue to make important decisions regarding their children together, according to the document, and they must not “speak negatively of each other or about other family members.” The agreement mandates that both Nicole and Keith encourage their children to “love the other parent.”
Within 60 days of the divorce, both parties must attend a “mandated parenting seminar.” Since Keith has “already prepaid all child support obligations,” neither Nicole nor Keith are entitled to monthly child support.
Together, the couple have two daughters, Sunday Rose, 17, and Faith Margaret, 14. Nicole also has two children – Isabella, 32, and Connor, 30 – from her previous marriage to Tom Cruise. Sunday Rose recently started modelling and walked the catwalk for Miu Miu in Paris Fashion Week.

She told the BBC: “I love raising kids. They make me feel good, I enjoy being around them, and I enjoy going through their ups and downs. I also enjoy learning from their experiences.
Nicole and Keith both signed this agreement at the beginning of September, and Keith did not until the end of August. Nicole only filed for divorce on September 30th, citing “irreconcilable differences,” and was seen wearing her wedding ring at a ceremony just days prior.

Nicole and Keith’s split, Nicole was told by the press, despite the couple’s ongoing separation, which they had been living apart for months.
Although Keith’s reasons are unknown, an insider speculated that the country singer was unhappy because of a lack of intimacy between the two. According to sources, Keith’s divorce was “inevitable” but not what the actress desired after she left their family home.

Joe Swash and Stacey Solomon have three children together and have been married for four years, but the couple has expressed their desire to travel together more.

Joe Swash has confessed “it’s difficult” to whisk wife Stacey Solomon away on romantic breaks as they balance their relationship with family commitments. The former EastEnders actor and television personality first crossed paths during the tenth series of I’m a Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here!.
Stacey claimed the crown as Queen of the Jungle in December 2010, twelve months after Joe triumphed in the popular ITV show. Romance flourished between the pair, who started courting in 2016 before tying the knot at their picturesque Pickle Cottage in 2022.
The couple are parents to Rex, Rose, and Belle, whilst Stacey has two lads, Zachary and Leighton, from earlier relationships, reports the Manchester Evening News. Joe is also dad to Harry from his previous relationship with Emma Sophocleous.
The brood recently offered supporters an insight into their world through the Stacey and Joe television programme. In it fans watched on as the busy parents enjoyed a fishing trip away together.
The comic questioned whether the duo had switched to taking breaks in the UK rather than romantic trips abroad while speaking on Alan Carr’s Life’s a Beach podcast.
It’s challenging to leave the animals and the children, Joe said. It’s simpler to just do something local since we only really get to spend the night together or spend the night and the day together.
We just need to get rid of the kids first, so I’d prefer to take her to Rome or Italy. Therefore, I believe there might be something in the future, so for the time being, a nice little staycation is what we should do.
Stacey continued: “We’re not in that era yet. We’ve got babies, ducks, chickens, and dogs. Whenever someone says they’re not doing anything on a weekend, we just say, ‘Do you want to have our kids? Do you want to take our kids out seeing as you’re free?'”
However, Joe believes that finding babysitters is difficult given their small number of children. He stated, “That’s the issue.”
We must send the children far and wide to various people because not many people will take them. It resembles a military operation.
Stacey and Joe do manage to escape with their young children, though.
They chatted about a recent holiday to Dubai, where Joe bumped into former England ace Rio Ferdinand and his missus Kate.
Joe, who was pushing baby Belle past the Manchester United icon, decided he would “disturb” Rio as he tucked into brekkie at their hotel.

A panicked Stacey demanded, “Where’s my baby, I’m sorry,” when he returned half an hour later.
Joe admitted, “I left Rio Ferdinand with the child.”
The dog lover, who rose to fame on Love Island in 2021, is taking a stand against something ‘devastating to witness’

Faye Winter spoke to the Mirror in an exclusive interview(Image: Getty Images)
Spot an adorable puppy advert on social media, and it’s hard to resist bringing one home. But former Love Island star Faye Winter has now urged Brits to think twice about doing so amidst a rise in cruel scams.
Faye has long considered herself a dog person, having worked in animal shelters and volunteered for Guide Dogs years before appearing on the ITV reality show in 2021. Now, using her platform to make a difference, she is determined to address an issue that breaks her heart.
“Backyard breeders are dominating the market, and it’s poisoning something that should be pure and joyful,” she told the Mirror. “I worry constantly about the welfare of the dogs, so many of them are exploited purely for financial gain, especially breeding dogs, bred over and over again with no thought for their health or happiness.
“Since Covid, when the demand for puppies exploded, it’s only got worse. Fashionable breeds are being produced under sickening conditions, with standards that make my stomach turn.
“These breeders will go to shocking lengths to fool people, scattering their breeding dogs across the UK, or even renting Airbnbs to create the illusion of being loving, family breeders. It’s calculated, it’s cruel, and it’s devastating to witness.”
Breeding dogs isn’t quite as simple as bringing two dogs together and letting nature take its course. In fact, anyone who breeds three or more litters in a year, or operates a business selling dogs is legally required to have a licence. They must also adhere to strict welfare standards.
‘Backyard breeding’ therefore regards the practice of breeding dogs illegitimately, and often within ‘inadequate conditions’ with ‘insufficient care’, according to the RSPCA. These operations, commonly known as ‘puppy mills’, often involve overbreeding dogs and subjecting them to unhygienic environments, which increases their risk of illness and long-term health issues.

In 2022, research from The Kennel Club revealed that around 25% of puppy buyers suspected their breeders were operating illegally. This finding coincided with a threefold increase in the number of people buying puppies on social media since 2017, and almost a third paying before ever seeing them in person.
“[When getting a puppy] we want them to be in a setup of a family home environment, we want them to be from people that care,” Faye continued. “We want them to have the best upbringing and the best breeding background, so we aren’t going to be breeding for fashion items, for example.
“You don’t want people breeding and making dogs ill, because ultimately, two bad dogs breed, and you’re making worse dogs. We want to be able to make sure that dogs are bred [well], but also the people that are breeding them, they’re not dotting themselves around and, you know, using Airbnbs.
“That they have got a UK home address, that they have got IDs. We want to make sure that these people are real, and you’re not being defrauded out of money…When it comes to litters being born, you’ve also got people that will take your money and then disappear off the face of the earth.”
In light of these concerns, Faye has now become a new ambassador for PetProov.com. Founded in 2024, this UK-based start-up works by verifying the identities of both buyers and pet breeders using ‘government-grade checks’.
To complete a transaction, either a buyer or the breeder pays a one-time fee of £4.99 per pet. The other party then receives an email invitation to download the app, which requires you to complete a live facial recognition check and to upload a copy of government-issued ID. PetProov claims this only takes a matter of minutes.
Once verified, sellers are then able to share key documents about their animals, including health and vaccination records. In turn, a prospective buyer can thoroughly evaluate a pet’s background before making any commitment.
Faye continued: “The more people that are signing up for PetProov, and getting their breeders to fill in the application, the more we can make sure we are streamlining it so that people can’t slip through the net.
“They can’t be allowed to change their addresses, they can’t be allowed to use fake names, they can’t be allowed to use Airbnbs to be able to sell puppies.”

In 2022, Faye, from Devon, welcomed home Bonnie, a Golden Retriever. Speaking of her own experience, she said: “My breeder, she didn’t care who I was, where I was from, my background, anything else. She wanted to know that I was the right person for her puppies. I got literally interrogated.
“I was given some downtime to go and have a think about the puppy. I was given huge documentation of how much Bonnie was likely to cost me over her years, how much she was going to likely cost me in vet bills, how much she was to insure, how much dog food it was going to cost me.
“I was then given a cooling off period. Obviously, I knew that my breeder was great, I had to sign a contract to make sure that if anything was to happen to her, or if I could no longer look after her, that she would go back to my breeder, she wouldn’t be sold on.
“She was so hot on it that I knew that she was my breeder, and I knew she was a very, very good breeder.” Later, she also added: “My biggest therapy was Bon, and, you know, my situation completely changed when I got Bonnie, and she got me through it.
“…Our dogs look out for us every single day of our lives, we are their favorite hello, and we are their worst goodbye. We need to make sure that we have that same level of respect for them.
“I just want everybody to know that there is now a platform that is going to help you make the best decisions when it comes to buying a dog.”

Five signs an online puppy advert is dodgy
A staggering 87% of puppy trade calls received by the RSPCA concern animals bought over the internet. Below are just a few of several warning signs it urges buyers to watch out for.
Article continues below
Descriptions may have been copied and pasted and used on more than one advert.
Words like ‘miniature’ and ‘teacup’ can be a sign of dealers trying to capitalise on popular terms.
Same contact number on more than one advert. Try Googling the number to see if it’s been used on any other puppy adverts.
Vaccinated early. If the advert says a puppy has been vaccinated, check how old he or she is. A puppy cannot be vaccinated before they’re four to six weeks old.
Promises of ‘free insurance’ and ‘puppy packs’. These don’t mean the advert is from a legitimate breeder.
Guidance from The Kennel Club also encourages people to:
Avoid buying a dog around Christmas time – most responsible breeders avoid selling during the festive season.
Do not buy from a third party/anyone other than a breeder.
Do not buy from a breeder who won’t show you the puppy interacting with its mother.
Do not pick up a puppy from anywhere other than the breeder’s home/premises.

One star sign discovers a hidden cost in their personal budget while another finds support from a creative friend.
There are 12 zodiac signs – Aries, Taurus, Gemini, Cancer, Leo, Virgo, Libra, Scorpio, Sagittarius, Capricorn, Aquarius, and Pisces – and the horoscopes for each can give you the lowdown on what your future holds, be it in work, your love life, your friends and family or more.
These daily forecasts have been compiled by astrologer Russell Grant, who has been reading star signs for over 50 years. From Aries through to Pisces, here’s what today could bring for your horoscope – and what you can do to be prepared.
Aries (Mar 21 – Apr 20)
A partner or housemate will admit to having had careless money spent. You don’t like how they kept this from you for a while. Clarifying everything step-by-step is crucial to preventing them from making the same error again. Make an effort to instill a sense of teamwork in the workplace.
Taurus (Apr 21 – May 21)
You are starting to make progress even though it hasn’t been easy. You should be proud of your accomplishments. It seems like romance is getting more promising. A relaxed evening outing with friends is something you can anticipate.
Gemini (May 22 – June 21)
You may be starting to find someone who is forgetful and disorganized. You had hoped for their assistance, but it turns out that their involvement in a joint project is more of a hindrance than a blessing. You can never truly rely on certain people, in my opinion. Unexpected news will be revealed to an evening visitor.
Cancer (June 22 – July 23)
Take your time, and you’ll succeed. Some issues with work and health will arise in the early afternoon. Even though you already have enough of your own to do, you might be asked to cover for a coworker who is ill.
Leo (July 24 – Aug 23)
You have some fantastic home and workplace cost-savings strategies. Your approach to handling a financial problem involving a social gathering or leisure activity will cause complaints. Stand your ground if you think you are doing the right thing.
Virgo (Aug 24 – Sept 23)
Do what is best for you first in every way, whether it is your life’s work, relationships, or family. You have recently made concessions in order to maintain peace. It’s great to be cooperative, but it’s equally crucial that others begin to treat you with the respect you deserve.
Libra (Sept 24 – Oct 23)
You find yourself juggling work and personal obligations with your family. You should probably prefer to reduce your load, but increasing demands seem to prevent that. You have a lot of work to do. Consider delegating small tasks to those who are capable of handling them.
Scorpio (Oct 24 – Nov 22)
Thanks to the assistance of a creative friend, personal plans are beginning to come to life. You anticipate success from your ideas. It’s unlikely that you’ll be let down by the right people in your place. A personal dream may be impacted by a domestic problem, but it will be resolved right away.
Sagittarius (Nov 23 – Dec 21)
If you take some time to talk about a shared budget, it can be solved. Accept an invitation to participate in activities you’d normally decline. You’ll be able to grow your social network thanks to this.
Capricorn (Dec 22 – Jan 20)
Important changes are being discussed. Maintain an open mind. You might not initially like or support some suggestions, but you should at least take them into account. Some concepts might be beneficial to you. A coworker needs to be reminded that it is wrong to take shortcuts when doing work.
Aquarius (Jan 21 – Feb 19)
In a domestic dispute, you might find yourself disagreeable with your partner or senior relative. It won’t be simple to reach a decision on a sensitive subject. Conversations are not straightforward, but you must find a way out as quickly as possible.

Pisces (Feb 20 – Mar 20)
You seem to have hit a deadlock with your partner, a child or a neighbour. Try to avoid the urge to skip wor k to focus on a relationship dilemma. Your boss is relying on you to fulfil obligations. It’s hard to know what to do for the best.

Stacey Solomon slammed her husband Joe Swash as he gave her a “terrible” present amid her fitness journey. The Loose Women star, 35, has been open about her weight loss journey and admitted she’s “so proud” of herself.
She revealed she has stuck to weight training since February, explaining: “I genuinely only do it because I want to be so strong.” The mum-of-five has been wanting to build her strength and showed off her impressive results while on holiday this summer.
However, Stacey clashed with Joe after he gave her a gift that he thought would help her journey. For Mother’s Day, Joe gifted her a calorie counting scale that was not well received by the TV star.

He said it was something that would help her on her “health kick,” but Stacey was far from impressed. She fumed: “I would never measure my calories!
“I would never measure my calories. Who the hell wants a calorie counter for Mother’s Day? What are you trying to say? And also, it’s the sheer audacity that you think that I have the time to weigh my food!”
The mum to Rex, five, Rose, three, Belle, two, with her husband Joe, 43, and also mum to Zachary, 17, and Leighton, 12, from past relationships previously shared her nerves about wearing bikinis.
Yet, this summer Stacey shared stunning photos as she took a dip under a waterfall. In her candid post, Stacey shared: “Feeling beautiful my sister hyped me up today & made me feel really pretty so I’m posting these.
“I love you Jem also my 3 day blow dry made it to the pool cave for at least 3 mins #buzzing.” Stacey opened up on her fitness regime as she added: “P.S my body looks a little different to last years summer holiday.
“I am actually so proud of myself because I’ve stuck to my weight training consistently since February. Kept quiet and just got my head down & kept going. I genuinely only do it because I want to be so strong.
“Like boss b**** strong. I want to forever be able to pick up my babies with ease & carry double buggies on my shoulder when necessary.
“I feel so much stronger this year which is so empowering & yes my body has changed but honestly I loved my body aesthetically last year as much as I do this year. I’ve always been beautiful no matter what shape or size.”
She concluded: “So I suppose what I’m trying to say is… Don’t commit to fitness just for the looks. Do it so you can wrestle your 17 year old & carry all three of your toddlers in 40 heat & you’ll enjoy the journey more.”
Stacey converted a barn at her Pickle Cottage into a gym following the birth of her daughter Rose in 2023. She has also had the love and support from her older sister Samantha, who is a personal trainer.
While Stacey has admitted she still finds exercising tough and like she is “going to die” when does it, she said the feeling she gets after a work out is worth it.
