When he appeared on Scott’s breakfast show this morning, the rarely-seen comedian Peter Kay discussed his quirks with BBC Radio 2’s Scott Mills.

Peter Kay openly discussed his struggles with nerves both on and off stage as he admitted to wearing a “mask.”

The comedian, 52, appeared on Scott Mills’ BBC Radio 2 Breakfast Show this morning, where he admitted he was nervous to meet the radio DJ as he discussed his anxieties. Despite being a hugely-popular stand-up comedian, Peter admitted showbiz and chatting on the radio ‘isn’t his comfort zone’ when quizzed by Scott, 51, about his nerves.

Peter, who made a rare TV appearance last night, revealed that he frequently “wears a mask” during live shows. DJ Scott Mills acknowledged that he had a job and that being an introvert was making up for his own nerves, and Peter said, “I can’t fathom it either at all.” You know what, I believe because I wear a mask when I perform on television and think it comes off as a little pretentious. I don’t mean literally. But I mean, but yeah, it’s still very much who I am at the same time.

I’m introverted, so that’s not a lot of miles away from where I am as a person. You don’t appear to be performing an act. You would probably be exactly the same if I bumped into you in the street because you were, oh, at home and you were introverted. You just feel more quiet, though. not miserable.

In a room with fewer people, the pair also agreed that they would struggle to do the same in front of millions of people. I don’t know why that’s, Peter said. Not miserable, either. Just not entirely at ease with it.

Later in the conversation, Peter revealed his stand-up, saying, “I always loved making people happy, and I still do… It sounds cliché, but it’s a vocation.” There is no way I’ll ever be able to make people laugh, despite the fact that I already enjoy doing it.

Peter announced a continuation of his UK arena tour after appearing on The One Show yesterday and appearing on The One Show with an unrecognizable face. Profits from this time will benefit 12 cancer charities.

Due to high demand, the tour, which began in 2022, has been repeatedly extended. Even though records have been broken, Peter has revealed that these dates will be his last.

He said to Scott Mills, “I’m not milking it, I do love it, but you’ve got to have summat to say!” He joked that he wasn’t going to do an Elton John or Torvill and Dean by going on a tour, before saying, “Oh, I’m not that bad, they’ve retired about ten times!” before joking about the skatin duo Torvill and Dean.

It comes after Peter stated on the One Show that his tour would be wrapping up next year and that all proceeds will go to cancer charities.

“They’re all 12 cancer charities: Children with cancer, UK Teenage Cancer Trust, Kidney Cancer UK, Blood Cancer UK, Bowel Cancer UK, Prostate UK, DKMS, Ovarian Cancer Action, Pancreatic Cancer UK, Anthony Nolan, the brain tumor charity, and Breast Cancer UK,” says the statement.

He continued, “Unfortunately, everyone has a friend on that list, and I just hope people support it.” I’m here because I’m watching the shows. You don’t even need to like me; it’s more important. It’s important to help those organizations.

A stony-faced Jeff Brazier has jetted back into Heathrow airport from Iceland – just days after the shock news that he has called it a day with his wife of 12 years, PR guru Kate.

The TV star, who was in Reykjavik filming for Good Morning Britain, looked downcast as he touched down in London. It comes amid reports that the pair, who tied the knot in Portugal in September 2018, “fell out of love after Jeff’s sons didn’t accept her”.

According to a source, “Jeff desperately wanted to portray the ideal family and had always hoped that Kate could fill the void left by Jade Goody,” but Bobby and Freddy never truly accepted her as “stepmum.” She was always “Dad’s partner,” according to them, not someone they truly felt a connection to.

However, TV presenter Jeff’s marriage to Kate, 35, had appeared strong after the heartache of raising two boys by himself following Jade’s passing, and his social media had brought up many happy memories.

On the same day news of his father’s split from Kate emerged, it was revealed that Freddy had ‘split’ from his pregnant girlfriend, influencer Holly Swinburn.

Freddy had taken to TikTok the day before to make a number of startling claims, including that he spent his 18th birthday “in a psychiatric ward” after “wishing to end it all.”

The clip includes footage of the 21-year-old walking in a dressing gown, blowing smoke at the camera, and taking mirror selfies of himself looking thin.

As the trial wore on, Kelly praised her brother for passing each section while Sharon’s mother, Sharon, was a witness to her daughter’s nervous tapping as she struggled to watch him complete it. Both were pleased that he had finished the trial, with Sharon celebrating by punching the air.

Sharon open up about her struggles with sleep in the wake of Ozzy’s passing as Jack and Kelly released their first episode of their podcast The Osbournes in a few months before Jack entered the jungle.

Sharon admitted to saying, “I detest going to bed at night.” Kelly then stated, “I slept with you for the first two months so that you wouldn’t be on your own.” However, I later realized you needed some space.

“I wake up and feel normal for the first three seconds.” Then I recall everything. I find the mornings to be the most difficult.

What does morning mean? because it occurred early in the morning. And I used to spend the majority of my mornings with Dad.
