Pete Wicks has set the record straight on what was viewed by one fan as an “aggressive” kiss with Strictly Come Dancing’s Jowita Przystal. In a recent chat with co-host and close pal Sam Thompson on the Staying Relevant podcast, Pete discussed his passionate on-stage kiss with his former Strictly dance partner, Jowita, during a dance at London’s O2 Arena.
In the episode, Pete read an email from a fan named Kyla, who dubbed the O2 event “great” but described how she’d been left feeling “slightly traumatised” as she revealed her 82-year-old nan’s reaction to the scenes.
She explained that her nan has always thought of Pete as attractive, and, having been shown Pete and Jowita’s dance on TikTok, she shared a surprisingly candid wish.
When Pete read Kyla’s email, he responded, “Why can’t he be that aggressive with me?” I’d like that Mr. Peter Wicks would give me. Although I understand your comments about MILFS, perhaps this is a step further.
In his response, Pete remarked that age is “nothing but a number,” but that he was likely to “break her” and even “snap her like a wishbone” if he had been acting aggressively with her nan. She would, he added, “die happy” of course.
Later, Pete stated that she was pleased that the moment was “nice” and that it was “nice” to appeal to various ages.
Sam then discussed the “aggressive” kiss in detail. He continued, “It wasn’t an aggressive kiss, though.” By the way, it was choreography, that kiss, I believe it resembled a choreo. That should be made known right away, in my opinion.
Pete responded, “Ok, that was a part of the choreography.”
The incident occurred on September 19 when Pete and Sam put on a live edition of their podcast at the O2. During the proceedings, Pete and Jowita performed a dance they’d planned for the Strictly final before they were sadly eliminated.
In the routine, performed to Kaleo’s Way Down We Go, Jowita fell into Pete’s arms after being held in the air by silks. Ultimately, the duo kissed three times during the performance, and the crowd burst into cheers.
Since then, the moment has been doing the rounds on TikTok, with fans reportedly dubbing it a ‘hard launch’ and confirmation of an official romance. Meanwhile, a clip of Sam and Peter waving was posted on the podcast’s Instagram page.
“From two guys who didn’t know each other to two best mates headlining the O2,” the title read.
Thank you for allowing me to participate in the show, Jowita replied. Love your team.
Although mother Paris may have been surprised by Veenezuela Fury’s shock engagement at her 16th birthday party, she is now going all in to make her daughter’s wedding the biggest and best it can be.

Paris was shocked at daughter Venezuela’s engagement but is now excited at starting some serious wedding planning(Image: Instagram/parisfury1)
Venezuela Fury was left stunned after her boyfriend dropped to one knee during her 16th birthday party and popped the question. But if the 16-year-old was surprised by the gesture, then mum Paris was even more astonished by Noah Price’s out-of-the-blue proposal.
The mother-of-seven is famous for keeping her cool, but later admitted she was “in shock” at the engagement. However, now the dust has settled, sources exclusively tell OK! that Paris is already looking forward to planning a lavish, no-expense-spared wedding.

Paris was shocked when the engagement took place, but according to our insider, she is thrilled and excited about the wedding. They “are throwing everything at it,” they claim. They don’t act in a coma, and their family is everything.
Despite Venezuela’s age, mum Paris, 35, and dad, Tyson, 37, are said to be unfazed by the prospect of their eldest daughter tying the knot. Marrying young is common practice within the traveller community and Paris herself was just 19 when she wed 21-year-old Tyson back in 2008. And as fans of the family’s hit Netflix reality show, At Home With The Furys, will know, Paris and her clan don’t really ‘do’ understated.
Our source claims that Paris wants to showcase the kind of party she can throw together. They don’t care what other people think, and it’s going to be the biggest event. They are unconcerned about whether people believe it to be overdone, tacky, or that they have spent too much on it. She wants the best and most glamorous knees-ups possible with the utmost glitz and glamour.
Venezuela and Noah can legally tie the knot when she turns 18; however, our insider says the couple won’t wait. According to our source, “they’re from the traveller community, and that’s how they do things,” and that’s how they encourage young people to get married and maintain their relationships with their parents, just like Paris did with Tyson.
She was raised in Paris, and she met Tyson when she was a young woman. It is a combination of family and cultural tradition. They are happy as long as Venezuela is happy, they are happy regardless of what others say.
Paris has previously expressed her hopes for the future of her eldest daughter. In 2023, she declared, “I want her to do whatever makes her happy.” I’d be proud of Venezuela if she pursued a business career. She continued, “I’d support her if she wants to have a partner in life and marry young.”
Little is known about up-and-coming boxer Noah’s background, although he is believed to be a little older than his new fiancée, who has 212k Instagram followers and a burgeoning social media career. The outspoken teen was a hit with viewers when At Home With The Furys first launched two years ago, with fans lapping up her fiery exchanges with mum Paris.
In one heated moment, when asked about her career plans, she memorably said she just wanted to “sit at home”, adding, “Being deadly serious now, I don’t have a plan. I don’t want to do anything, from the bottom of my heart.” During another spat, Paris branded her daughter “a privileged little brat” after she confessed she planned to “sponge off” the family’s fortune.
Venezuela, who still resides in her parents’ £1.7 million home in Morecambe, Lancs, has also engaged in conflict with her heavyweight boxing father, who forbids her from wearing short skirts, OTT makeup, and false eyelashes. She famously said, “Strict parents raise sneaky kids.”
Paris previously told OK! about the difficulties of parenting. No one has the ideal parenting solution, according to the magazine “Nobody’s Got It.” Only the way I go about doing things actually works for us.
Fans divided after Venezuela’s engagement video went viral, with many claiming that she was too young to settle down. However, her devoted father showed up to support her and clap back at the critics by sharing a clip about how marriage convention has changed over the years.
“Five hundred years ago, people got married at the age of 18 and lived together until death.” The voiceover for the video said that today, couples wait until 30 to get married and get divorced within three years.
In fact, Venezuela seems to be very much following in her parents’ footsteps. They first met when Paris was 15 and Tyson was 17 at a mutual friend’s wedding and began dating a year later.
In Doncaster, South Yorkshire, the couple wed in 2008 at St. Peter-in-Chains Catholic Church. And they have since recited their vows twice: once in New York in April 2013 and once more in the South of France in August.
Paris, who has three daughters and four sons with her husband, believes getting hitched early is a key component of their success after sharing the details of their 16-year marriage.
We met when we were young, and we fell in love, which is really heartfelt, she said, “but I think that’s what really helps.” My mother would say, “You’ll sort it out because you love one another,” if she saw our argument.
Wechatting is important, they say. Even if it’s about things I don’t like, I’ll listen to him talk about anything. And he understands my complaints. It’s crucial to have each other’s back when you’re fighting back against each other. I have no doubts that he will be there if I need him.
Let’s hope that Noah and Venezuela share a similar strong bond.
I tested the own-brand washing-up liquids from supermarkets to see how much foam they produced, how well they removed dirt and grime, and ultimately how affordable they were.

I found the best washing-up liquid was cheaper than Fairy(Image: Pawel Kacperek via Getty Images)
Washing products are a must-have item on many people’s weekly grocery list. They are designed to lift food particles and other debris, and they keep clean plates, cutlery, and mugs thanks to their antibacterial properties. I started to notice how expensive branded ones were, though, as I wasn’t purchasing the necessities every week.
I’ve always opted for Fairy in the past, but I decided to put supermarket own-brand washing-up liquids to the test to see how much they foamed, if they were any good at removing dirt and grime, and ultimately, how affordable they were. The supermarkets I tested were Lidl, Morrisons, Asda, Waitrose, Aldi, Tesco, Sainsbury’s and Marks and Spencer.
Lidl – 65p
The Lidl washing-up liquid had a lovely smell, with a subtle fragrance that wasn’t too overpowering. However, I didn’t find it foamed up well, which is what I love in a washing-up liquid, as a little goes a long way, reports the Express.
I wouldn’t be against using it again for the money, though, and because it’s reasonably priced.

95p washing-up liquid from Aldi Premium
Although the packaging was not particularly appealing, this washing-up liquid worked well, had a lovely scent, and had plenty of bubbles.
Although it removed some grime, I had to soak some items, which I wouldn’t normally need.
Score: 8/10
M&S – 70p
Although I didn’t really like the packaging or bottle, Marks and Spencer’s washing liquid was fantastic. It also produced lots of bubbles and foamed well, which furthered the business.
However, it wasn’t really my favorite. I wouldn’t be so reluctant to buy this washing-up liquid again because it was one of the more expensive products tested.
Score: 5/10
Fairy – £1
As a devoted Fairy user, I assumed I would be able to tell the difference between this liquid and some supermarket versions, but I genuinely couldn’t, demonstrating that their own products can perform just as well.
Sainsbury’s – 65p
My list of top-rated brands for washing-up products has included many of Sainsbury’s’ own-brand products. For the price, I thought this was the best, and it did everything you could want.
As I did most other supermarkets, where I shop, I chose the original scent, but I also like the apple scent.
Score: 10/10
Tesco – 65p
Even though Tesco and Sainsbury’s performed very similarly to one another, my opinion was that there wasn’t much of a difference.
Given that the costs were comparable, I suggest trying both to decide which to buy.
Score: 10/10
Asda – 62p
Although the price has increased over the years, I still think 59p is a respectable price for 500ml of liquid despite the fact that I’ve previously used Asda washing-up liquid.
Although it wasn’t as foamy as Sainsbury’s, Tesco, or Fairy, it was still a very good product, and I’d definitely use it again.
Score: 7/10
75p at Waitrose
I had to purchase this at Waitrose, one of the more expensive washing-up liquids, in a citrus scent, in addition to the original one.
Although the scent was a little too overpowering for me, it was a great washing-up liquid. I’d use this again, but I’d rather use the less expensive ones.
While The Lifetimes Tour is currently in progress, the public is still divided over one aspect of Katy Perry’s space journey because they are unsure about one aspect.

Fans of Katy Perry have been divided on whether or not she should become an astronaut after her spaceflight. Listeners of the pop star are still trying to determine whether her brief spaceflight places her among Neil Armstrong and Yuri Gagarin, with The Lifetimes Tour set to debut in the UK today (4 October).
Members of the public have vehemently disputed whether it does or not, with some claiming Perry is more of an “astropassenger” than an “astronaut”. In a furious post on the Reddit page for Spaceflight, passionate users debated whether or not Perry should be an astronaut.
Famous faces like Star Trek actor William Shatner and Amazon founder Jeff Bezos have also been to space in recent years. A post to the r/Spaceflight Reddit page reads: “Katy Perry is not an astronaut, she is an astropassenger.
She recently joined an all-female crew of three on an autonomous Blue Origin rocket that flew into space.
“These kinds of flights, which are frequently referred to as space tourism, involve passengers who are not members of the professional operating crew or who are primarily focused on conducting scientific research.
“Astronauts are typically defined as those who have undergone extensive training and are a part of a space agency’s program, frequently engaged in spacecraft piloting, conducting scientific experiments, or carrying out other mission-critical tasks,” although the term is sometimes used more broadly.
According to Taylor, “Astropassenger” is a more appropriate description of a suborbital flight that focused on experiencing weightlessness and looking at the Earth from space.
Others think Perry and the crew’s brief orbiting of this planet is better described as a “space tourist.”
Another suggested that those whose missions to space are for professional purposes should be exempt from the term “astronaut.”
They argued that calling famous people or wealthy people like Katy Perry “astronauts” after a brief suborbital flight with Blue Origin disrespects the dedication, risk, and professionalism of those who have endured years, if not decades, of rigorous training, education, and sacrifice.
Anything that draws attention to the space domain is fantastic, I don’t want to sound like I’m against Blue Origin flights in any way.
Let’s just refer to them as thrill rides, “let’s call them that.” Which is great, but being a rollercoaster doesn’t make you a better fighter pilot.
However, some people think Perry must be an astronaut by definition. Anyone who travels to space, according to them. The first astronauts were deserving of respect because it used to be difficult, and only those who worked hard and were dedicated could do it.
It’s now simple. Being an astronaut doesn’t mean you’re deserving of anything. That is acceptable. The entire purpose of the space program is in this.

Tesco shoppers are raving about a “gorgeous” new fleece they’ve spotted online. The supermarket’s F&F Clothing Range is known for its fashionable and affordable options, and the teddy fleece could be the latest crowd-pleaser.
TikTok user @lacey.louise.xo shared a video praising the F&F Active Fleece Textured Half Zip Pullover in Cream. In the video, Lacey showcased the fleece in a Tesco store, showcasing how it looks on the hanger. She captioned the post: “Girlies RUN to @F&F clothing for the cutest new teddy bear fleece.”
Her video received over 45k views and 1k likes. Additionally, savviest shoppers shared comments. One enthralled viewer said, “I need to go.” A second look fan said, “Oh, I need.” “Love” was a third-generation fashion fan.
However, another viewer claimed they preferred the fleece over the price. They argued, “This is gorgeous, but $35 for a fleece from a supermarket is bloody criminal.”
The F&F Active Fleece Textured Half Zip Pullover in Cream is £35. It comes in sizes X-small to X-large, though some sizes are currently unavailable online. It is available to buy online at Tesco.com or in stores now.

With this pullover, which is finished with a half zip fastening for a contemporary edge, stay warm and on-trend all season long. It’s a good choice for outdoor activities because of its high neckline and zipped side pockets, which are made of soft fleece material. Contrast color piping “adds additional style points”
It’s not the only F&F autumn style to go viral recently. Shoppers have also been loving the F&F Faux Fur Aviator Jacket in Cream. The full product description states: “Snug and stylish, this aviator jacket is a must-have layer this winter.
The oversized collar and buckle accents give it a bold edge, which is made of faux fur for a cozy finish. A practical, contemporary appearance is achieved by a front zip fastening, zip pockets, and contrast panels. Perfect for layering all of your wintertime outfits for added warmth.
It was highlighted in Alice (@alicedulka)’s well-known TikTok post. A fan responded to the video and said, “Tesco jackets are superior IQ-wise.”
A customer complained, “I just bought it because the quality of this is unbelievable.” The quality of Tesco’s products is excellent, and there are so many good ones at the minute. Another fan responded, “You bet I went straight to Tesco to get this!” utterly stunning. “My jaw is on the floor,” the praise reads more. “Obsessed” Someone wrote, “I need this, please.”
Sean ‘Diddy ‘ Combs, a hip-hop mogul, was given a four-year and two-month prison sentence after being found guilty earlier this year on charges relating to prostitution.
Sean “Diddy” Combs received a four-year, two-month prison sentence.
Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs broke down in tears while in court to face his sentencing, as he has been handed 50 months in prison. He has been sentenced today (October 3) by a federal judge in New York City after he was found guilty earlier this year on prostitution-related charges.
The judge imposed the highest sentence possible, which was a 4 year, 2 month sentence, as well as a $500, 000 fine. In July, the contentious music producer was found guilty of two counts of transporting former girlfriends for prostitution, including two of the more serious ones, including racketeering and sex trafficking.
The guilty verdict was delivered after 13 hours of deliberation by the jury. As the verdict came down, Diddy was seen kneeling in front of his chair and praying. He then turned to the gallery and clapped in front of his children and family who had turned out to to support him.

During the trial, torrid details emerged about his sex life and ‘freak off parties’ that involved ex-girlfriend Cassie Ventura. The music mogul was denied bail and has remained in custody until today’s sentencing. Federal prosecutors have argued the disgraced star should serve more than 11 years in prison for his conviction, claiming he is “unrepentant”.
Before rendering the verdict, Judge Arun Subramanian addressed Diddy directly. He wanted to make it clear that he was only sentenced for the crimes he had been found guilty of, not for the racketeering and sex trafficking charges.
The judge said he had taken into account Diddy’s self-made businessman and self-taught artist who “inspired and lifted up communities.” He noted that his work and impact are “celebrated and iconic,” which, in light of both his father’s violent death at the age of three, was more impressive.
The rapper’s family will spend “a lot of time in prison,” the Judge said, but he would still “have a life after that.”
The judge also paid tribute to Cassie Ventura and the other “braving survivors who came forward,” paying Diddy a $500, 000 fine.
He declared, “We heard you, Sean Combs will never be able to erase these terrible acts.” You weren’t just talking to the jury; you were speaking to the women who felt powerless; you gave them a voice, you stood up for them, and it’s not easy, I can only say. Your families are proud of you, and your children will be proud of you.
Even though the judge acknowledged that the Can’t Help Hold Me Down hitmaker was at the “dark place” right now, Diddy was also told that there is “light at the end of the tunnel” for both him and his family.
You will have a life afterward, according to Subramanian, who said, “This is hard time in prison, away from your family, friends, and community.”
Before his sentencing, Diddy made a direct plea to the judge, saying that “sometimes, no matter who you were, it just changes your trajectory, it just changes you, and it changes you for the better. You may have to go through life’s experiences occasionally.
These are not justifications, they say. I have the ability to alter both the past and the future. I ask for mercy from you. I ask for mercy out of honor.
Diddy responded to the judge and said, “I ask Your Honour for the chance to be a father once more.” I want to have the opportunity to become a son once more. I ask for another opportunity to lead my neighborhood in Your Honour. I ask Your Honour for a chance to gain the support I so desperately need to improve because I don’t want to disappoint God or my family.
He continued, “I have no one to blame but myself.” I am aware that I will never touch anyone else again. I am aware of what I have learned. I’m willing to abide by any demands that the court may place on me. When we discuss the possibility of sharing my story, we are given a chance to demonstrate that this is real and tragic, not just a scheme to pass the time.
I only wanted to be a shining example of what we could do as a child. I believe that people of color should be able to run their own businesses, care for their communities, educate their own children, solve their own issues, create wealth, and solve our own problems.
That was my goal, I thought. I lost my way. I’m not a bad person. I apologize to my neighborhood for letting me down.
