Liam Payne’s girlfriend took to social media to share how she is coping with the loss of the former One Direction star as she urged people not to judge how others grieve

Kate Cassidy got emotional as she opened up to her followers online while talking about grief. Kate has been open about her struggles since the death of boyfriend Liam Payne last October.

The former One Direction star tragically plunged to his death in a hotel in Buenos Aires. He had been in the country with Kate just days before his death, but Kate had headed back to the US when the tragedy occurred.

Now, as she continues to try to come to terms with his passing, Kate shared a candid Instagram upload to try to help others deal with grief. She revealed she is often asked on the social media platform about Liam’s death and how she copes with his loss.

And she decided to answer a number of the queries, getting emotional when she mentioned the singer’s name. She began by saying she was hoping to help others deal with their grief by sharing her thoughts.

She said grief feels like “a world that you wake up in and it doesn’t make any sense anymore, especially when you lose somebody so suddenly and unexpectedly you almost have such a hard time forgiving the world for ripping that person away from you.”

She went on to say she sometimes feels “numb,” while other times it can be emotional. And she admitted she feels as though her personal grief will last a “lifetime”. “Grief does not come with an expiration date,” she added. “It’s not something you learn to get over, it’s something you learn to carry with”.

Responding to a question regarding grieving in the right way, Kate said: “This question resonates with me a lot because there is no handbook or no guidelines to grief. Everybody deals with it a different way.”

She opened up on her own daily changes, admitting she often feels like different ways can help her. That includes “being in sweats” or “dressing up”.

Kate went on to urge people not to judge those who grieve differently. And she admitted she copes in a number of ways, including by “wearing my loved ones’ clothes to bed”.

She also said reading old letters and notes can help her. “It makes me feel so much more attached to him. Reading something in somebody’s handwriting makes you hear their voice in your head while you’re reading it so that helps me a lot.

“And looking through old photos and videos. It doesn’t always have to be sad. Grief is a reminder that you were able to experience love.”

As she tried to continue, Kate clearly got teary-eyed as she stuttered: “And I’m so lucky to have experienced that with um, Liam.”

Liam and Kate met in a scenario straight out of a rom-com, when the then-ordinary waitress served the megastar at a bar in Charleston, South Carolina, in 2022. For Liam, the attraction was immediate, and he asked for her number straight away.

She told fans of their sweet love story as she previously shared a TikTok of the moment. And Liam told his fans he “never felt a love like I do for Katelyn,” adding: “We make each other better people.”

Harry made matters worse by lying about how many he had done. He was meant to complete the set before pulling a switch.

The TV star’s exit from the programme comes following reports Harry had a bust up at the Brit Awards earlier this year with a TikTok star.

According to reports, the reality TV star had a “drunken scuffle” with social media star Moe Osman at the awards ceremony in March.

Speaking for the first time since his SAS axe and the brawl reports, Harry shared how he wanted to show viewers that he’s changed.

Addressing his cheating, he said: “Obviously I was so disheartened and so annoyed, but at the same time in the back of my head I was like, ‘but it’s all right though because I’ve made that switch, I’m here to stay’.

“I did exactly what I would do in the military. And that’s what annoyed me so much because it was like I just hit that switch, but they’d kicked me off for it.

“So it was like, well then how can I prove to you now that I’ve changed?” Harry added to the Sun: “But then at the same time, when I look back on it and I’ve matured a lot now, they’ve probably done me a favour because I know that the next big stage was the interrogation phase.”

Harry admitted he “hated” taking part in the show and thought they “didn’t like” him. He confessed it made him angry at the team and himself as he “wanted to get batter”.

This week, sources have claimed the alleged incident saw Harry retaliate after being “antagonised” by influencer Moe. A source told The Sun that Moe, who is known as Hellacreps online, and Harry clashed at the Brits.

They said: “Harry is clearly really enjoying being able to attend amazing events like the Brits but at the event he and Moe clashed. It got physical. It was a drunken scuffle. There is never a fight at that sort of thing so everyone was really shocked.”

Princess Andre has appeared to take subtle swipes at mum Katie Price as she continues to carve her own showbiz career. In her new documentary series, The Princess Diaries, the teen is showcasing her blossoming career, but the show has opted against airing Katie’s role in her daughter’s life.

Instead, dad Peter Andre is a mainstay in the production, showing his close bond with his eldest daughter. And in the latest edition, Princess, 18, has confessed to the things she will never do that her mum did.

Speaking to the cameras for the ITV show, Princess admitted she would never do glamour modelling like her mum did. The revelation came as Princess took part in a photoshoot to mark her 18th birthday.

As she wore a number of different outfits for the shoot, including a very sheer robe, Princess looked back at her mum’s success in front of the camera. She said her shoot reminded her of her mum Katie, 47, and her campaigns over the years.

However, she admitted: “But obviously she did topless. And I would not do topless.”

She later revealed how she goes to her stepmum for advice. Princess lives with her dad and Emily Andre and their kids and added: “I feel like, if I’m ever in a situation that I don’t want to talk to dad about, I’ll speak to Ems about it.”

It comes after Princess had revealed the impact her mum’s split from Kieran Hayler had on her. Katie, 47, married Kieran, 38, in 2013 but they separated five years later after he cheated on her, including with one of her “best friends”.

After saying she didn’t feel as though she recovered from the split, Kieran has since apologised. He said: “I am as sorry as I can be to Princess witnessing us go through such a horrible separation.

“Leaving them was one of the hardest things I ever had to do.”

Despite the turmoil and apparent swipes, Princess did gush over her friendship with her mum. Addressing rumours of a rift, Princess told Closer ‘there’s no rift’.

The teenager said: “At the end of the day, it’s my show – it’s not really about any of my parents. Mum was actually featured in it, it’s just that I live with my dad. There’s no rift between anyone.”

And on the show, she revealed: “I love her, she’s like my best friend.”

Princess made her modelling debut last year with PrettyLittleThings. She has now moved into the reality TV spectrum in her own light and the influencer is set to make thousands and take after her famous parents by becoming a reality star.

Liam Gallagher made sure to dedicate Oasis hit Stand By Me to none other than Susan Boyle as they wrapped up their Scottish shows. The Britpop icons headed to Edinburgh’s Murrayfield stadium this weekend and last night as they performed to 210,000 fans.

As they prepared to bid farewell to the Scottish capital, Liam revealed the band has an unexpected fan. He made sure to mention Britain’s Got Talent star Susan before performing the 1997 hit.

Liam quipped: “This one is for Susan Boyle,” before he launched into the song. It comes after Paul Weller reveals the unusual reason he refuses to watch Oasis concerts.

The clip of Liam’s shoutout quickly went viral online as one said: “Wee SuBo getting a mention.” Another added: “Hahaha Mon the Susan”.

Someone else commented: “He makes me laugh!!” It seemed Susan was more than impressed by the dedication from Liam as she shared a snap of her all kitted out in Oasis merchandise.

The opera singer stood in her home and gave a thumbs up to the camera as she rocked an Oasis T-shirt and Liam Gallagher bucket hat. Alongside her post, Susan expressed her delight at the shoutout and revealed she’ll be seeing Oasis soon.

She said: “Thanks so much for the dedication @liamgallagher. You’ve made this old girl’s day. Hope to see you and the rest of @oasis at Wembley in September for a wee bit of poznan. Big love to you all.”

The love for Susan didn’t stop there as the official Oasis Instagram account shared snaps from the Edinburgh show on Tuesday and wrote: “THIS ONE’S FOR SUSAN BOYLE.”

Oasis’ huge reunion tour is set to move onto Dublin next, followed by the US, Asia, Australasia and South America. Rumours have already started to emerge that the band could carry on playing into next year.

Fans are hoping Oasis will return to Knebworth House next year as they mark the 30th anniversary of their two historic shows there. According to the Sun, Oasis has been offered four dates at Knebworth along with a possible residency at their beloved Manchester City’s Etihad Stadium.

Fake posters of a 2026 tour have already appeared online as fans hold out hope for a chance to see the brothers back in action. However, it all boils down to whether Liam and Noel are really up for carrying it on.

“They’ll be having a well-earned holiday as soon as this tour finishes later this year,” a source told the publication. “As for 2026, they’ve seen the speculation, they’ve heard about the offers and they know what the fans want. But it’s ultimately up for them to decide.”

Oasis’ manager, Alec McKinlay, previously said that the current dates are the only ones that the band will be performing. He said in May: “This is very much the last time around, as Noel’s made clear in the press.

“It’s a chance for fans who haven’t seen the band to see them, or at least for some of them to. No, there’s no plans for any new music.”

But Liam later hit out at the comments while replying to a fan on X, as he fumed: “Neither do I and the only people that will be making any kind of decisions on the future of OASIS will be ME n RKID [Noel] so let’s just take it one day at a time.”

Yungblud has shared the devastating text message Jack Osbourne sent him after Ozzy Osbourne’s death. The singer, whose real name is Dominic Harrison, had forged a strong bond with the Prince of Darkness and his family before the star died aged 76 last month.

The 28-year-old rocker had been a part of Ozzy’s epic Back to the Beginning concert at Villa Park last month just weeks before the Black Sabbath frontman passed. And he even gave him a unique and personal gift on the day, repaying his loyalties.

Now, he has described the “weird” couple of weeks that have followers Ozzy’s passing. “You get to know someone personally, who you love. And then they leave,” he said.

Speaking to the Sun, he added: “I was texting him, then his son Jack texted me and said, ‘He’s gone.’ I’m like, ‘What?’ “Being around the family and being at the funeral, the amount of love there. That family are real as f***k.”

And Dominic revealed his dream would be to echo the Osbourne family away from the cameras. “The dream is to have kids and a family like that,” he confessed. “There’s no gimmicks. It’s authentic.”

He had previously admitted he has found the death of his mentor “overwhelming” after previously declaring the star as “the greatest of all time” in a touching tribute. The chart topping singer candidly explained that the sudden death of his friend has been hard to process.

He told The Times: “I told a friend that I thought Ozzy had another five albums in him. And then he did the show and then he died. It’s so overwhelming.”

“I just love him and right till the very end he supported me. I get emotional, because I’ve loved him since I was about two.”

And he added: “He taught me self-belief and so I’m going to take his spirit and make sure everybody knows for the rest of my life who Ozzy Osbourne was – he meant everything to me.” The report also explained that the singer learned of Ozzy’s death while he was on a remote island without internet access where he had been recording new music.

Yungblud took to Instagram to shares candid photos of himself chatting to and smiling alongside wheelchair bound Ozzy in a touching tribute online following his death. He wrote alongside the snaps: “I didn’t think you would leave so soon the last time we met you were so full of life and your laugh filled up the room. But as it is written with legends, they seem to know the things that we don’t.

“I will never forget you – you will be in every single note I sing and with me every single time I walk on stage. Your cross around my neck is the most precious thing I own. You asked me once if there was anything you could do for me and as I said then and as I will say now for all of us the music was enough.

“You took us on your adventure – an adventure that started it all. I am truly heartbroken. You were the greatest of all time.”

Kerry joined relationship expert Anna Williamson alongside sexpert Dr Tara Suwinyattichaiporn to talk through her previous relationships. As Dr Tara wasn’t familiar with Kerry, the former Atomic Kitten star recalled her whole relationship history – starting with the breakdown of her marriage with Brian McFadden.

However, it was Kerry’s recent breakup with Ryan that moved her to tears. The pair were engaged in 2020 and split in late 2024 after she cited a “breach of trust”. It comes after Kerry Katona reveals devastating her health condition after split from ex-fiancé.

Explaining in detail why the pair decided to call it quits, Kerry said: “We were arguing quite a lot because he wasn’t there for me emotionally and that used to get to me. It’s the little things, just the little things that I want – I don’t want diamond rings,” as relationship coach Anna agreed.

“So I kicked off, ‘That’s it, we’re done’, and he said, ‘Look, I just don’t know if I love you anymore,” the mum of five revealed. Clarifying, Anna asked: “He said doesn’t think he loved you?”

“He said to me he doesn’t think he loves me anymore, he doesn’t know what he wants,” Kerry confirmed. “I was devastated.” A shocked Dr Tara then told Kerry it seemed like she had gone through “10 lifetimes of trauma”.

“But I’m really proud of myself because I got through it,” the star responded. Expanding even further to the camera, Kerry announced: “It’s all well and good being resilient, but it makes me quite sad that I’ve had to be so resilient.”

As the camera panned back to Kerry, Anna and Dr Tara in Ibiza, the star broke down in tears as she revealed: “I’ve never had anyone to look after me. I’ve had to be my own hero which I’m really proud of. But yeah, I struggle with that.”

However, it looks like it was second time lucky at the agency for Kerry as she appears to have found love in the agency this time around. Kerry struck up a connection with Paolo Margaglione while on the hit E4 show, and now, it looks like the pair have taken the next step in their relationship.

A source told The Sun : “Paolo is already living in Kerry’s home – they’re together 24/7 so it just made sense for him to move in. Things are going really well between them!”

While filming for the series, Dr Tara told the Mirror that we can expect to see Kerry ‘tell all’ about her former relationship.

“Lovely Kerry has an amazing story. People will really get to hear what has been happening since she last joined the agency. A lot has happened since she last joined,” she said.

“She really is able to use our agency as a platform to tell us what truly happened and her narrative. She has had a very traumatic life but is in a very good place now to move forward with romance and dating.”
