BBC Strictly Come Dancing star says they ‘should bring back the robbed’

A former Strictly Come Dancing contestant has stated that they want to return to the BBC program.

Anita Rani, the Countryfile star and former Strictly Come Dancing contestant, has confessed she’ll “never get over” her time on the dance show. The 48 year old telly favourite took part in the BBC competition a decade ago, narrowly missing out on the final by just two weeks.

During her time on the show, Jay McGuiness and his partner Aliona Vilani won the coveted Glitterball Trophy, where she worked with professional dancer Gleb Savchenko.

Soap stars Georgia May Foote of Coronation Street and EastEnders’ Kellie Bright were the runners-up that year. However, Anita is still convinced she was “robbed” of a place in the final alongside Aliona.

She shared a message to The Sun’s TV magazine that she wanted to do it again and that they should bring back “the robbed”! I should have reached the final, but I’ll never get over it.

During the semi-final, Anita found herself in the dreaded dance-off against BBC presenter Katie Derham. Despite giving it her all, it was Katie and her partner Anton Du Beke who progressed to the grand finale, reports Wales Online.

Anita admitted to turning down reality TV shows like Strictly but has since changed her mind to say “yes” if the “offer arises.” Since then, she has appeared on popular programs like Blankety Blank, The Chase, and Celebrity Gogglebox.

If the BBC decides to produce a second series, she even made hints that she might consider joining the Celebrity Traitors cast. In the meantime, Anita and her father, Bal, are getting ready to make their celebrity appearance on Race Across the World.

She added: “I used to say no to other reality shows, but now I’m like: ‘If an offer arises, why not?’ The Traitors, I’m A Celeb… But I’ll tell you what me and Dad want to do next – Antiques Road Trip. Let’s put that out there!”.

Anita acknowledged prior to participating in the travel program that she wanted her father to have “an adventure.”

She told the BBC, “We get on, he makes me laugh, and dad is the one I call if I ever need advice making a decision.”

I also want my father to have the knowledge. My dad has never had an adventure before, so it’s about him. Although I believe we are competitive, I believe we are just really eager to have an amazing experience and give it our best shot.

Following the confirmation of her new romance with partner Alex Lavery, the Woman’s Hour presenter reveals that she is currently in a “new era.”

Two years after her separation from Bhupi Rehal’s partner, she received this news. Before their marriage was ended, the former couple had been married for 14 years.

Paris Fury gives intimate insight into Tyson marriage as he sends sweet message

As she proudly displayed her most recent business venture, Tyson Fury has gushed over her wife Paris, praising her support, and offering rare insights into their 17-year marriage and extended family.

Tyson Fury has gushed over his wife Paris in a rare admission. The pair, who have been together since 2008 and married for 17 years, share seven children and are known for their playful dynamic on their hit Netflix show At Home with the Furys.

Paris, 35, has now made a rare admission of her own about her boxer husband, 37, revealing how supportive he’s been of her latest business venture. Tyson sent Paris a sweet message while she was on set filming for the upcoming launch campaign of Eternal Collagen.

In a video for her upcoming campaign, Paris stated, “Tyson has been nothing but supportive. He actually sent me a message today. So, as we were talking today, and I was explaining everything, he said, “Just to let you know I’m proud of you for being a good mother, wife, and businesswoman. Keep up the excellent work.

Speaking of the touching moment, Paris adds, “I love being a mother and a wife, it’s my joy and purpose in life. But stepping into my new business era with Eternal Collagen has been so exciting and empowering. To hear Tyson say he’s proud of me means the world. I tell my children every day that they can be anything they want to be and I hope I’m showing them exactly that. I’m juggling mum’s life, our wonderful relationship, and my business ventures, including Eternal Collagen, and I feel really proud of that..”

Only their children were present as witnesses during a private ceremony in the South of France this summer, which the couple had recently renewed their wedding vows for a third time. She continued, “Tyson, I told him I wasn’t doing it this time for anyone else.”

We did it to reaffirm our love and acknowledge how significant our children are to us now. Just for us, really.

It was a far cry from their first lavish wedding back in 2008. Then, as teenage sweethearts who had met years earlier, they tied the knot in Paris’s hometown of Doncaster in front of more than 300 guests in a traditional, no-expense-spared celebration.

The couple’s previous vows have since been renewed in New York, but this time, the attention was firmly on family as the intimate ceremony took place in southern France.

Although their lives appear to be perfect, Paris has previously said that getting married to the heavyweight champion isn’t always simple.

She acknowledged that some of Tyson’s habits are “insane,” saying in an exclusive video, “Tyson loves to wake up at 6 am because he is an early bird and I cannot stick it.” He rises, cheers, claps, and lights up while doing it for me, not in the morning.

He is extremely spontaneous, she continued, “Really, really, really random things.” However, I do enjoy it on some days but not others, so there’s a 50/50 situation. Tyson’s crazy wardrobe, “she revealed,” would be the final word. Tyson believes he dresses quite nice but occasionally a little too flamboyant for me, and I like to think that I like to dress quite nice.

Venezuela, their eldest daughter, recently turned 16; Paris has also been busy planning a significant milestone. When Venezuela’s boxer boyfriend, Noah Price, proposed during the celebration, a surprising turn occurred.

* “We’re all really happy for her and Noah; they’re a great match and genuinely excited about this next chapter in her life,” Paris continued.

She’s young, yes, but we all know that’s in line with our traditions and values. We are not far along in terms of age since I got married to Tyson at age 17; therefore, we are still close.

In the 1990s, Phillippa Forrester was a well-known face on British television, starring in programs like Robot Wars and The Broom Cupboard, but she has since experienced heartache and significant acting change.

The former children’s BBC presenter, now 57, was also known for her roles in shows like Tomorrow’s World, Barking Mad, and The Heaven and Earth Show. Her stint as the captivating pit reporter on Robot Wars also captured viewers’ hearts.

She and Charlie Hamilton James, a wildlife documentarian, married in 2004 and together founded Halcyon Media, a production company specializing in wildlife documentaries. Halcyon River Diaries, which aired on BBC One in May 2010, was one of their productions.

The couple moved to Wyoming, USA, to support Charlie’s work with National Geographic after giving birth to three children. What was intended to be a temporary stay turned into a six-year stay where former TV star Philippa embraced life in the American wilderness.

Fred, the family’s eldest son, was diagnosed with a brain tumor in 2016, a difficult time for the family. Philippa told The Telegraph, “His entire body became rigid. His head was slammed against the wall, and his eyes went into the back of his head.

My husband ran to get help after I tried to hold him, but I was unable to hold him. We were taken to a medical emergency room in a rush.

Thankfully, Fred recovered completely from surgery and ongoing monitoring. However, Philippa and James separated in the summer of 2020, causing her to re-enter the country with their three children.

She wished a bear would eat her because she was so devastated by the breakup of her marriage. She remarked, “My return to the UK was utterly depressing, in the middle of lockdowns.” A grizzly bear incident would have been wonderful, but south Gloucestershire’s wilds have provided no such luck.

Philippa described this time as particularly difficult because she had to balance raising her children and rebuilding her career. She promoted women who work for environmental causes with her book Wild Woman: Empowering Stories from Women Who Work in Nature, which honors conservation stories and personal journeys.

She has also collaborated with Crowdfunder UK to produce the Podcast on Purpose series, which highlights impactful crowdfunding campaigns and how they have impacted communities. Her commitment to green causes is evident in her social media posts, which frequently feature articles about green initiatives, electric cars, and personal viewpoints.

Made In Chelsea’s Sam Vanderpump admits ‘I don’t want to die’ in heartbreaking admission

Sam Vanderpump, a reality star, will begin testing next month to determine whether he will receive a liver transplant, but the actor has already shared the heartbreaking reality of his condition.

Sam Vanderpump, 28, claims he “doesn’t want to die.” The reality tv star is currently awaiting confirmation that he qualifies for a liver transplant.

He admitted earlier this year that he “nearly died” from liver and kidney failure. He was born with congenital hepatic fibrosis and polycystic kidney disease, but they did not show up in him until the flu struck him in December.

He now acknowledges that there is no chance for his liver to recover, and he will have his liver evaluated to see if he can receive a transplant. On Monday’s Made in Chelsea episode, he told Ollie Locke, “There is no chance of my liver getting better, and he said I wouldn’t be having this call with you if I thought you could make it through the next four or five years.”

The nephew of Real Housewives icon Lisa Vanderpump has revealed his condition and how he has been dealing with the devastating news in a new interview.

The actor claimed he was “sobbing” as he revealed his condition to his pal Ollie a few days before the emotional episode was filmed. Sam currently has a 50-50 chance of surviving after he reaches the age of 53. Although it was the “scariest thing ever” for him to learn that a woman had a transplant when she was 40 years old, he was comforted when he learned she needed one.

Sam was given antibiotics as doctors battled to save him when he was admitted to a hospital earlier this year because of his sepsis. “I was crying and sweating, and I didn’t know where I was.” It was terrifying in those first few days. You want to pass away. He told the Daily Mail, “It was terrifying.”

His fiancee Alice Yaxley, who is expecting their first child, said: “I never for a second thought he was going to pass away. Sam is a strong, tenacious person. Sam, anyone who has met you knows that you will always be fine because of something. “An energy”

Sam was filming the E4 reality show with his aunt, Lisa, when he received a notification on the NHS phone app, stating he needed a liver transplant. On August 21, he received a message reading: “Dear Samuel Vanderpump, we reviewed your latest CT scan and the findings are keeping well within your known diagnosis… We feel the best way is for us to organise a liver transplant assessment.”

Sam was informed that he needed a transplant through this process. Sam is unsure of when his transplant will be at this time because he acknowledges that other patients are “higher up on the list”.

Sam revealed earlier this year that despite having a terrible battle with sepsis, he was close to passing away due to the failure of his liver and kidneys. Sam openly discussed his terrifying experience while also providing insight into their relationship.

He said, “Over Christmas, we went through a small episode where I got really, really ill together.” bringing up his illness’s sudden onset. He explains that a genetic disorder caused an infection that quickly turned into sepsis. I contracted sepsis due to a genetic condition that caused it to turn out to be quite bad. I had a close call while I was in the hospital; I had already passed away.

Sam’s ordeal began with severe back pain and dehydration, which he initially thought were symptoms of the flu. His condition, however, quickly deteriorated, giving him delirium. Alice took the situation seriously and recognized the severity. My fiancee literally saved my life by calling the ambulance, Sam says.

Doctors later informed him that if he had been admitted just 24 hours later, it might have been too late, as his liver and kidneys had begun to fail.
