The Morning Show star Jennifer Aniston has spoken about her choice of “comfort food”. She gave an insight into her lifestyle, including also sharing that celebrity pals provide an “instant pick-me-up,” whilst promoting a project.

Early this month, Jennifer, 56, released Cook with Clydeo, which is said to have “kid-friendly recipes.” The canine character Clydeo, who was based on Jennifer’s rescue dog Clyde, who first appeared in Jennifer’s debut children’s book, Clydeo Takes a Bite Out of Life, is back in the new cookbook.

Whilst promoting the cookbook recently, Jennifer spoke about how she lifts her spirits in an interview released this week. The Friends star teased that she likes hosting gatherings at home and going out for food with her closest pals.

Speaking to People magazine, Jennifer said: “Honestly, having a group of friends over is always an instant pick-me-up.” She added in the interview that if she’s not at home “making some sort of comfort food like pizza nights, burgers or Mexican food,” she will be at a restaurant with her pals.

Jennifer said she will accompany them to her “favorite” restaurant, where she will have “some delicious meal” and choose a beverage of choice, a ha martini. In the interview, she continued to name some of her closest friends.

The Golden Globe winner named former co-stars Courteney Cox and Lisa Kudrow as two of her favourite people to call. The three actors had worked together on NBC sitcom Friends, which ran for ten seasons from 1994 to 2004.

Jennifer also mentioned Jason Bateman’s wife Amanda Anka, Andrea Bendewald and Jennifer Meyer as some of the pals she feels “very lucky” to have in her life. She teased that if you can’t reach any of her friends on occasion, someone will “eventually” call her back.

Further speaking about her life, Jennifer told the outlet that she will watch a documentary and “turn off the news” when she wants to lift her spirits. It’s teased that her rescue dogs Clyde and Lord Chesterfield, whom she said are “spoiled” and described as her “babes,” provide comfort to her too.

Jennifer mentioned that one of the 35 recipes includes a savoury snack, making it her “personal favorite” dish when she talked about her new cookbook. She explained that because they are “little bites,” they are “guilt-free,” before adding that they are “yummy.”

In the picture book Clydeo Takes a Bite Out of Life, Jennifer introduced the character Clydeo. The first book in a series featuring the canine was published last year.

It follows the dog on a journey to discover what he enjoys most, according to what he calls a “heartwarming story.” Everyone in the Clyde family is aware of what their “thing” is, aside from Clydeo, according to a synopsis.

Two more recent books featuring Clydeo have already been announced. Clydeo versus Peanut Butter is scheduled to be released later this year, while Clydeo Makes a Friend is scheduled to be released the following year.

Award-winning Hollywood actress Claudia Cardinale – whose film career spanned more than 60 years – has died.

Federico Fellini’s 81102 and Luchino Visconti’s acclaimed screen adaptation of the historical novel The Leopard in the 1960s were both praised for Cardinale’s portrayal of youthful purity in. In Sergio Leone’s spaghetti western Once Upon a Time in the West in 1968, which served as the launchpad for larger Hollywood productions, she played a reformed prostitute.

However, her earlier films, including the Berlin Film Festival’s 2002 lifetime achievement award and the Best Actress award at Turkey’s 47th Antalya “Golden Orange” International Film Festival in 2010, were also in Italian and French cinema. Cardinale, 87, passed away on Tuesday at her Nemours, France, surrounded by her children.

The actress was born in Sicilian parents who had immigrated to North Africa when she won a beauty contest in Tunisia and started her acting career at the age of 17. She was introduced to the Italian film industry at the Venice Film Festival after winning the contest. She had hoped to work as a teacher before entering the beauty contest.

However, confident Cardinale was soon hailed as Italy’s takeup of French actress Brigitte Bardot, who rose to fame in the 1960s for her portrayal of characters living hedonistic lifestyles. Cardinale worked with the best directors in Hollywood and Europe, but he never quite achieved the level of success that the French actor had.

And in the 1958 comedy classic Big Deal on Madonna Street, she appeared as a black-clad Sicilian girl. Franco Cristaldi, who oversaw her early career and whom she married from 1966 to 1975, produced it.

In her 65 years of acting, Cardinale appeared in a variety of roles, including Lee Marvin, Jack Palance, Robert Ryan, and Burt Lancaster. In the 1960s, she and Rock Hudson co-starred in the comedy Blindfold and another comedy Don’t Make Waves with Tony Curtis. And she joked about uncomfortable situations in which she called it “part of life.” She continued, “My entire life I thought humor was just this, and it wasn’t even always humor,” adding that she thought it was primarily just a wit that kind of saved me.

In the message shared this week, she continued, “This year you might hear my voice more than ever because I will give my full energy to help all my Strictly family.” I’ll be cheering for them wherever they go. For the first time in five years, Nancy hasn’t had a partner on the main series. However, she’s only ever seen again with another celebrity from a Christmas special because her partners from the previous two have both made it to the main show with other actors in the process.

Nancy was a runner-up in last year’s special with Gladiators star Harry Aikines-Aryeetey, who is now competing with Karen Hauer on the main series this year. Similarly, Nancy won the Christmas special in 2023 with former EastEnders cast member Jamie Borthwick, but he was then partnered with Michelle when he competed on Strictly last year.
