Alison Hammond is “happier than ever” after her incredible 13 stone weight loss. The This Morning star embarked upon her new healthier lifestyle after receiving a receiving a pre-diabetic diagnosis. Alison, 50, says that she didn’t choose to use any form of drastic diet to undergo her transformation, instead opting to work with a personal trainer and eating everything “in moderation”.

While Alison did try intervention methods to lose weight when she had a gastric band fitted on 2007, she had to have it removed again just three years later after her body rejected it. A source told the Mirror that Alison is also feeling happier after learning to put herself first instead of always trying to please others.

She has worked so hard since she first started working in television, according to them, and she has always had work as her top priority after Aidan, but that has changed. She has a better balance. Both her love life and her own needs are top priorities, which is evident in the pictures.

The news comes as it was also revealed that Alison’s relationship with her 28-year-old boyfriend David Putman has her feeling “on top of the world.”

Allison is reportedly “on top of the world” right now, according to the source, “she just couldn’t be happier.” David has been a major factor in her recent ear-to-ear grinning, and she has done it all.

Alison previously acknowledged that Aidan, her son, played a significant role in her successful relationship with David, who gave her valuable tips on her romantic life. On Romesh Ranganathan’s Parents Evening alongside Aiden, the pair was asked who had the best advice to give.

Alison responded, “You’re very good when it comes to relationship advice!” by directing her remarks at Aiden. However, I’m not sure what to say about career advice.” Allison, who is well-known for her loud demeanor, also admitted to having a tendency to talk too much.

Alison and David had a massage together in 2023, so the couple eventually got married in April of last year. The pair made their red carpet debut two months later at a party for Jamie Laing’s sweet brand Candy Kittens, which they were joined by Aidan.

These daily forecasts have been compiled by astrologer Russell Grant, who has been reading star signs for over 50 years. From Aries through to Pisces, here’s what today could bring for your horoscope – and what you can do to be prepared.

Aries (Mar 21 – Apr 20)

By recognizing that you have taken on too much, you are not a failure. Reach out for assistance if you’re having trouble meeting a deadline. Who intervenes to assist you might be surprised. Someone who appeared distant or patronizing is now embracing their inner self.

Taurus (Apr 21 – May 21)

You excel at being organized and practical. People frequently turn to you for help with their lives. Do something for yourself rather than donating all of your time to friends and coworkers. You are doing it for you, which is what counts, even if you’re just going to a nearby park or museum.

Gemini (May 22 – June 21)

You are not the only one. You may feel isolated due to financial difficulties. Find support instead of focusing on these emotions. Talk to a friend who is compassionate about your situation or speak with a friend who is a good financial advisor.

Cancer (June 22 – July 23)

A great time to organize your surroundings is now. Prior to beginning anything else, arrange your files according to how frequently you use them. Why not store documents in a box that is out of the way if you only need them once a year? You should be able to access items that you require frequently.

Leo (July 24 – Aug 23)

Sometimes you and your partner have financial disagreements. Consider being more budget-conscious if money is tight and you want to avoid focusing on expensive brands. Your top priority should be to increase your profits if you’re starting a new company. You’ll be able to buy yourself more expensive goods in a year or two.

Virgo (Aug 24 – Sept 23)

When someone asks for it, you don’t mind, but is someone starting to take advantage of your kindness? Start putting a caress in your life over a controlling neighbor. Don’t let your lost loyalty make you feel unworthy of your care.

Libra (Sept 24 – Oct 23)

Maintaining a positive outlook is essential to unlocking your potential. It becomes simpler to think creatively when you are optimistic about the future. While allowing yourself to dwell on your past mistakes will prevent you from achieving your goals.

Scorpio (Oct 24 – Nov 22)

Your job is causing conflict between you and a loved one. You’ve run out of ideas about your failure. It is crucial to strike a better balance between your personal and professional life. If your partner or close friend could understand your ambition, that would be helpful.

Sagittarius (Nov 23 – Dec 21)

You’ve always embraced adventure. You don’t care about a life that is routine, you. You occasionally engage in things that seem foolish on other people because of this. At least it has the potential to worse. You might be putting all of your effort and effort into a dull, uninspired existence.

Capricorn (Dec 22 – Jan 20)

Your progress is being evaluated. The people in charge’s trust will be earned by demonstrating your abilities and commitment. Once tasks are finished, you can relax at any time later. Don’t be hesitant to ask friends for assistance if you’re looking for a job. Someone might be aware of a job opportunity close to your home.

Aquarius (Jan 21 – Feb 19)

You don’t get the overall point across when you’re too focused on your work. You have been neglecting your spiritual needs. Your fatigue and anxiety are made worse by a lack of quiet time for yourself. You won’t find true tranquility until you become alert.

Pisces (Feb 20 – Mar 20)

Due to the fear of offending those with opposing viewpoints, it has been challenging to express your thoughts, beliefs, and ideas. For trustworthy feedback, speak with people you trust. You might want to consider presenting some of your ideas in a different, less contentious way.

Jeff Brazier tells son Freddy ‘I hope you come home tonight’ after sweet reunion

Freddy appears to be burying the hatchet with a sweet social media post in honor of Jeff, despite recent tension between the Brazier father and son.

Freddy Brazier has made a public display of filial affection after months of family tension, by sharing a heartfelt post about watching his father perform on stage.

The aspiring model, who is the younger son of late reality TV star Jade Goody, posted a montage of photos on Instagram after seeing Jeff Brazier in 101 Dalmatians: The Musical.

Freddy praised his father’s stage debut, saying, “I’ve watched 101 Dalmatians three times.” Some people would say that Fred, you don’t have much time on your hands? I do have way too much time on my hands, I guess!

But I just adore it when my dad is at work, having fun, and smiling. I’ve loved talking to everyone I’ve ever spoken to or gone with, as well as my father and the rest of the cast. If you haven’t seen it, you have until the 30th, so hurry up! “What a great show.

Jeff, 45, responded to the tribute to his son with an upbeat statement that implied a potential for more intimate reunification at home. He remarked, “This is beautiful, Fred, I appreciate your time.” I’m there for you through every storm, and I’m forever with you. Hopefully see you home tonight.

The father and son’s relationship, which is said to have been strained in recent months, has been hit by a difficult time.

Freddy left his family home to live with his maternal grandmother Jackiey Budden this spring, making headlines.

According to reports, Jeff expressed concern that Freddy was pictured smoking and spending more time with Jackiey, who Jeff has a long-standing feud with, and that she was to blame.

He has previously claimed that Jackiey would spoil his sons with “unsuitable” presents, including a hamster, without first checking if that was okay.

Freddy revealed in June that he planned to go to rehab in Spain to treat his smoking addiction after a personally turbulent year.

He acknowledged that I’ve been smoking since I was 12 years old. I relied on it to make me feel sane and somewhat okay, and it was a bad coping mechanism that led to an addiction.

He continued, “I want to be happy and be in a healthy relationship and have a healthy relationship with my Nana and my father,” adding that he wanted to be “clean” in order to repair relationships within his family, particularly with Jeff and Jackiey.

Freddy’s struggles have reportedly been compounded by feelings of being overshadowed by his older brother Bobby, 22, who has enjoyed major success with EastEnders and Strictly Come Dancing.

A source previously claimed that Freddy felt like he had “fallen into the background”, leading to his rebellious streak.

Despite the rocky patch in their father son relationship, Jeff has continued to publicly support his son. During an appearance on Loose Women earlier this year, the presenter admitted Freddy was “eager” to watch him perform in 101 Dalmatians.

“Our goal is to become the UK’s quickest-growing, casual dining hotspot and the sexiest place to eat for pasta lovers of all ages”…

He continued, “We are confident that our business model is robust and dynamic, but the hospitality industry is currently going through tough times.”

The trend has already been reversed by us with the confirmed opening of five additional restaurants in the next three months and more to come.

In 2018, Alessandro and his business partner Finn Lagun requested a £75,000 investment and a 2.5% share of the company at the show. Jenny Campbell called Finn “delusional” and “a disaster,” and they rejected their pitch.

Anshu brought DabbaDrop to Dragons' Den
Anshu Ahuja also failed to get the Dragons to invest(Image: BBC)

Anshu Ahuja, who entered the Den in an episode that aired, hoped to get £100, 000 for 3% of her business, DabbaDrop, was one of the many people who received rejection on Dragons’ Den.

The founder and her business partner had completed their sustainable takeaway venture in 2018, which had been inspired by Mumbai’s dabbawala system, in 2018, and had already raised more than £3, 000.

The entrepreneur was looking for investment from the likes of Peter Jones, Sara Davies, Touker Suleyman, Deborah Meaden, and Steven Bartlett to help upscale DabbaDrop and encourage its growth outside of London.

Anshu was unable to persuade the Dragons to invest despite the inspiring ethics behind the sustainable product and the fact that DabbaDrop had already generated more than £800,000 in its most recent year.

She stated in a statement about the show that, given our extensive work before Dragons’ Den and our own fundraising campaign, the £4 million valuation was independently determined based on our £850,000 in revenue and the 1,500 subscriber lifetime value, which is close to £400 per subscriber. We also had a 1, 000-person waiting list at the time, which is currently, even before airing, at 4, 000 people.

Anshu was aware that pitching her business on national television was a “risk,” but she was willing to take it because the team was raising money for DabbaDrop when the show was approached.

Huge BBC star and Olympian to disappear from coverage after almost three decades

Michael Johnson, a former Olympian, will not be appearing on the BBC’s coverage of the Tokyo World Athletics Championships next month. The American sprinter, who won the Olympic and World championship titles four times and eight times, won’t be a reporter in their Tokyo studio from September 13 to September 21.

He has featured on the BBC as a regular pundit over the last few decades, and the corporation confirmed he won’t be part of the punditry team for next month. His absence comes amid ongoing financial difficulties regarding his newly launched Grand Slam Track league, which still owes money to athletes in prize money and appearance fees.

The sprinter, according to a representative, “has other commitments, unfortunately,” but he looks forward to working with the BBC in the future.

Michael stated last week that Grand Slam Track is having financial difficulties and that athletes aren’t getting paid enough.

Less money was made from broadcast deals and sponsorship agreements as a result of the league’s inaugural event in Jamaica in April, which did not attract the anticipated audience numbers.

In order to win their respective events in each of the four planned competitions, Grand Slam Track had initially promised athletes around $ 74, 000 ($100, 000).

Additionally, Johnson vowed to win more than £8.7 million ($12 million) in addition to the additional payments athletes received for their appearances.

He stated to the BBC in April that “we’re doing that.” “Our athletes deserve to be paid more,” he said. However, he stated in a recent statement regarding the unpaid fees that “we promised that athletes would be fairly and quickly compensated, but we are struggling with our ability to compensate them.”

Gabby Thomas, an Olympian, and other athletes spoke about their dissatisfaction with the payment process. Lord Coe, the president of World Athletics, has acknowledged that the organization is keeping an eye on the situation.

The final Grand Slam Track competition in Los Angeles was canceled, according to Michael at an urgent meeting.

There won’t be a 2026 series until the debts are settled, he claimed, and called it “one of the most challenging challenges.”

Meanwhile, in a powerful open letter to the Prime Minister, Olympic champions, global medallists and rising stars recently called on the government to back the bid to host the 2029 World Athletics Championships at the London Stadium with £45million of funding.
