Former Corrie star Helen Flanagan has taken to social media to hit out at mum-shamers who have told her to cover up in front of her kids, as they state her kids would be ‘ashamed’ of her. Helen first jumped on the camera to show off her sparkly suit, which she revealed she was wearing to Manchester Pride. Under the suit, she donned a stylish Prada bralette, which accentuated her cleavage.

Helen warned her followers, “I will probably receive nasty comments because I’m exposing my cleavage.” She then explained why she wanted to get implants and claimed that she used to be able to tie her boobs “in a bow” after breastfeeding for three more years.

She said: “I actually get comments, all the time, like ‘oh you’re a mum, you should cover up, your kids would be ashamed of you’, like this is actually my body. Even though I have had surgery from breastfeeding my children, which caused lots of excess skin to my boobs, and put an implant in to make them up again, these are actually their natural size so should I be ashamed of how I look because I am a mum?”

The mother of three continued, “I don’t think there is anything shameful about being confident and attractive, and I don’t think that makes you a bad mother.” Don’t get me wrong, I try to teach my children the value of kindness, even though I’m not perfect. Never let go of another woman.

Helen continued, “I don’t feel 35, I don’t feel like a mature person,” and that she prefers to dress “young.” She claimed she will still dress however she wants even at the age of ten.

Helen spends a lot of her time on social media, and her followers recently praised her for making an honest video about how difficult it is to parent when her son is overly energetic at night.

As she called her son, “come to mummy,” she was captured on video lying on the floor in her pyjamas. She tried to calm her son Charlie down, but he was wildly circling the room.

Kate recently revealed that despite their current strong bond, she had recently moved in with Rio and her three stepchildren and spent the night crying after not receiving a card on her first Mother’s Day.

She stated on the couple’s podcast, “I wasn’t a biological mother.” We had our first Mother’s Day, in my opinion, and it was probably around six months ago. And even though I wasn’t a biological mother, I kind of assumed the role of mother.

I felt like a mother when I went from living alone to taking the kids to school and cooking them dinner.

I really thought I might get a card from you, and I didn’t get one from you, Rio said in a statement. He also lost his own mother Janice in 2017.

Because you guys lost your mother and the kids have lost theirs, I felt bad about telling them that in front of you.

I went into my room and sobbed my heart out, seriously.

How dare I want a card, I thought, “And then I felt selfish for wanting one?”

“So anyone that’s kind of new in this situation might feel like that because it’s a weird one – ‘I wasn’t a biological parent so how could I expect that?’ But I felt like a mum.”

Kate, who met Rio in Dubai in the year after meeting the sports pundit, opens up about her family life and recently teased fans by revealing that they had all relocated to the United Arab Emirates.

The mother-of-two shared a sneak peek of their new family home with her followers on Instagram, saying it was a “new chapter” for the family.

Fiona Phillips’ husband Martin Frizell has shared a heartwarming update on the former GMTV host amid her Alzheimer’s diagnosis. The presenter, 64, was diagnosed with the progressive brain disorder in 2022.

Since then, former This Morning boss Martin has been by her side caring for her. He has continued to share updates on Fiona and last month the couple released Fiona’s book Remember When: My Life With Alzheimer’s.

With their book currently sitting at number four on the prestigious Sunday Times Bestsellers’ List, Martin has celebrated a significant accomplishment. He took the time to update his followers on Fiona’s status and.

He added that when the two of them listen to The Police together, they frequently sat together to look through their photo albums. In a conversation with the Loose Women earlier this month, Martin shared an emotional update on Fiona’s condition.

The good news is that her mood has improved, according to Martin. Not so much in terms of Alzheimer’s disease as having better appetite and sleep.

He claimed that Fiona’s frustration is her current main issue with her Alzheimer’s. She’ll watch TV and become irritated that she’s not working.

She’ll become enthralled or afraid after thinking about it. A fearless woman was this. She accomplished this for decades. He said it’s terrible to see her in that anxious state right now. As such, Alzheimer’s is a terrible disease.

She’s still very much with us and sharp as a tack, Martin added, adding to a happier note. Fiona was described as the “nicest person I’ve ever met” by Martin when he met her while working at GMTV in the 1990s, and she continues to do so today.

Mackenzie and Nathaniel, both sons of Fiona’s and Martin’s sons, are doing great, according to Martin.

It comes as Ruth praised her and Eamonn Holmes’ 23-year-old son Jack for his maturity during a tough ordeal for their family. The star revealed in an exclusive interview that Jack frequently accompanies her to visit her 94-year-old mum, Joan, who lives in a care home, and “just deals with it” when his grandmother “says the same thing over and over again” due to her Alzheimer’s battle.

Discussing her collaboration with Amazon and UK charity Dementia Carers Count, Ruth shared: “He goes to see my mum. I have to kind of remind her who he is, so I say, ‘oh Mum, Jack’s home tomorrow, and he’s going to come in on Sunday with me’. And she goes, ‘Oh yes, lovely’.

She will have forgotten that as soon as I leave, I know. So when we do enter, I say, “Oh, look who’s here, mum, it’s your grandson, Jack.”

She kind of looks at him, and he says, “Hello, Grandma,” and then her brain says, “Oh no, it’s him,” and she says, “Oh my goodness, you’re so tall” – he’s been that tall for, say, seven years. But it’s lovely.”

Jack previously spent time with Ruth’s late dad Dennis, who was also diagnosed with Alzheimer’s disease, but he was too young at the time to fully understand his grandfather’s behaviour.

She recalled that Jack simply managed to handle it while I took him to see my dad while he was in a care facility. And that’s challenging because some care homes have people who behave in challenging ways with dementia.

Ruth continued, “My dad got very young, and he was sat there blowing a raspberry at Jack. Jack thought it was hilarious. He should be included, I wanted to. But I made an effort to keep him from getting scared, or, should we say, I would sort of remove him from the situation and didn’t want him to get scared.

But I genuinely wanted to be a part of my dad’s life. And you are aware that life is not always perfect. People experience challenging circumstances. The fact that Jack just deals with it and that he now sees my mother, she repeats it over and over again, makes him great.

Ruth went on to say that “it’s really difficult” to explain Alzheimer’s symptoms to young children, and that Jack will occasionally say the same thing. You must be kind, and you must pretend that he hasn’t said the same thing to you five times.

According to the NHS website, Alzheimer’s disease is the most common cause of dementia in the UK. Dementia is the name for symptoms associated with an ongoing decline of brain functioning, which can affect memory, thinking skills and other mental abilities.
