.

Gemma, you look incredible. How is your weight-loss progressing?

I’ve actually lost four and a half pounds. I’m feeling fantastic. I’ve been increasing my exercise, but it’s just going to be a long way? However, I don’t put too much effort into it. You have to be kind to yourself, because I love myself as I do. Making those wise decisions and being mindful is about the only thing that needs to be remembered. I don’t put myself under any pressure. You didn’t have to wait five minutes for it to gain it, and you won’t have to wait five minutes for it to lose.

These days, you seem very at ease. Do you believe your life has more of a sense of balance?

Yes, these days, I can combine my family and my career. Because I hadn’t had that for so long, I just enjoyed being a stepmum and a normal girl for a while. Now, everything has come full circle. Because I was so focused on my career, I put off starting a family for so long. Then my family intervened, and I now have Rami. It’s a life experience, and I’ve chosen that path from my life. I’m now prepared to return, so I can bring back both my true self and my career, not just another fake.

Are you currently planning your wedding, Rami?

Oh my goodness, that will occur in 2026. I’ll have a planner for my wedding. They will handle it. I’ll just say, “Yes, no, yes, no, yes, no”. That is it. But I’m actually very excited, which I am.

Will you soon be back on television?

Yes ! I just recently produced two significant television programs for the first time this year. So I’m already very much back. Next year, I’ll already be smashed out. I’m in 2027, a year and a half ahead of schedule. I have the ability to make up my mind as to what I want to do right now. Only when I believe it will be entertaining and people will like what I do.

Do you have a show you’d never watch?

I wouldn’t do Celebrity: SAS Who Dares Wins – hell no! They wouldn’t get The GC near that. I think people forget my age – I’m nearly 45 now, hon. I need an English breakfast tea and my country walks, not pretending I’m in the army! The Traitors called me about a year-and-a-half ago and I didn’t do it, but I’d maybe do that one. It better be warm in that castle though.

Would you ever go back to TOWIE, then?

Oh no, I’m always ringing them. Look, I really enjoyed the show, and that’s what inspired me. We all move on in life, but that’s the show that gave me my gorgeous home. And I’ve left.

You’re collaborating on Paddy Power’s newest advertisement…

Oh, it’s all about glamour and being loud and proud. I’ve always loved Paddy Power because the games are all so fun – and I’m really lucky, especially on roulette. I’m in the advert with Peter Crouch, Coleen Rooney and Danny Dyer, so we had a blast. It’s all about having fun with your friends. A lot of people do their gaming alone, but you don’t need to do it alone. Make it super fun. I’m going to have a Paddy Power casino evening at my house with a poker table, fake money, the lot!

What are your Christmas plans now that you’ve always gone big?

My house is always so festive. However, I have no idea what I’m doing this year, which is funny. Let’s see if we can get an invitation to one of their events because Rim says he wants to leave, but since I’m so good friends with Coleen Rooney, Danny Dyer, and Peter Crouch, we can’t wait. They must have a very fancy Christmas at the Rooneys, I bet! It’s who I’m with, in my opinion. Christmas isn’t about the best dinners and champagne; it’s about having the people you enjoy spending the most time with.

Does having children now make it more special?

Oh definitely. My stepson, Tristan, is coming up for eight now so he keeps asking if Father Christmas is real. I’m telling him, “Of course he is.” I’m taking him to Lapland this year to prove it. And I’ve got two older nephews who I’m trying to keep young for as long as possible. I’ve got a new baby nephew too, so I’ll get to enjoy it all with him. It’s the kids that make it for me. But it’s Christmas every Sunday at my house because I do a big dinner for all of the family. It’s all about who you spend it with. We live in a world now where everything is so accessible and everyone has everything they want, so it’s about quality time.

Jeremy Clarkson ‘baffled’ by pub goers’ disgusting habit in latest rant

In his most recent social media post about living as a pub landlord, Jeremy Clarkson has revealed that some of his customers have questionable toilet habits.

Jeremy Clarkson is never one to hold back when it comes to getting something off his chest. So it’s no wonder he recently took to his social media account to reveal the unhygienic habits of some of the customers at his pub, The Farmer’s Dog.

It has been just over a year since Jeremy, 65, took over the pub as landlord alongside running a farm and being the main attraction of his Amazon Prime TV show titled Clarkson’s Farm.

He took to social media to express his frustration, saying, “People go to the toilet, sit on it, and somehow miss the bowl, and I cannot understand how they’re doing it” (forgive me for this).

And frustratingly, the TV host will most likely never discover the culprit because installing CCTV cameras in toilets is against the law.

He continued, “And you’re apparently prohibited from installing CCTV in the cubicles so we’ll never know.” Simply put, how did you get it all up and down the walls? There are many things that irritate me.

However, he is particularly proud that all of the food produced in his restaurant comes from British farmers.

The former Top Gear host is best known for his occasionally harsh opinions, which do seem to have waned as the years go on.

In fact, he argued that those who don’t have food allergies should be allowed to patronize his bar in one of his columns for The Sun. A customer who is gluten-free complained to the servers at Jeremy’s pub about making them sick after receiving the incorrect beer.

The TV personality backed up this claim, writing, “Food intolerance enthusiasts will claim after they leave that you poisoned them and that you must now give them 50, 000 pounds.” I’m considering seriously outlawing those who have food intolerances. They are just so annoying, even though I am aware that it would be commercial suicide.

After seeing an increase in Chinese tourists, Jeremy’s farm appears to be a hit worldwide. However, when he explained to one visitor why they were interested in his TV show and farm, he was shocked and humiliated by the response.

Why are they watching, he wrote in his Sunday Times column. One of the visitors to the farm shop asked me the following question. His response was incredible. We can’t believe how incompetent you are, so we’re in trouble.

He continued, “Over there, they are bombarded with stories of successful people doing things well, so it makes a nice change to watch a fat man screw everything up.”

Loose Women star Kaye Adams ‘taken off air’ following internal complaint

Kaye Adams, the broadcaster who hosts her BBC Radio Scotland show, is best known for her broadcasts, but she has reportedly been fired from the air as a result of an internal dispute.

Kaye Adams has reportedly been taken off air from her BBC radio show following an internal complaint. The 62-year-old has allegedly been told to step back from her Mornings With Kaye Adams job while BBC bosses look into the complaint.

The broadcaster has hosted her three-hour phone in show on BBC Radio Scotland, which she gets paid £155,000 for, since 2010. However, Kaye has not been heard on the airwaves since October 6.

Adams has not left the organization permanently, according to BBC Scotland, who has declined to comment on the claim. Concerns like these are handled according to the BBC, which it described as having “robust internal processes.”

The BBC said: “We would not comment on individuals. If any complaints or concerns are raised, we have robust internal processes in place to manage these.” The Mirror has reached out to representatives for Kaye Adams.

According to legend, the complaint was brought in as part of the BBC’s Call It Out initiative, which was created in response to the scandal involving former MasterChef presenter Gregg Wallace.

Adams has also been a long-standing presenter of ITV’s daytime show Loose Women which she hosted last Friday. She also works for the BBC as a freelance presenter as well as hosting her show on BBC Radio Scotland show.

She now offers a 9am to midday slot on several days a week. Adams’ representative refuted the allegations and told The Sun that the BBC had not yet received any complaints from her.

She has also worked for BBC Radio Scotland for more than 15 years, and no issues have been raised about her.

Kaye has been replaced on air by Connie McLaughlin while investigations are ongoing. This comes as Kaye recently opened up about her recent health scare after attending a Pilates class that left her “really scared” she was having a stroke.

Kaye explained that she lost her balance after being struck by a wave of dizziness during a reformer Pilates class over the weekend.

She shared that the “horrible” physical feelings made her fear the worst was happening when she spoke about the experience on the How to be 60 podcast. The funniest thing that I’ve recently had, “she started,” is, do you know what I mean? Because of the abundance of bright lights and music, I practiced my Pilates on Sunday, which I call disco Pilates.

“My goodness, the world started to spin as soon as I got off the reformer.” When the head is surrounded by birds, it’s like a Tom and Jerry cartoon. I swore, “Oh my God, I’m having a stroke.”

She continued, “I was actually very scared; it was horrible. My body was struggling to maintain its balance. Kaye continued to make it “really weird” what was actually happening. She came to the conclusion, “I’ve looked it up, and it seems to be vertigo.” You can be prone to crystals in your ear, according to what they say. It’s incredibly strange.

Helen Flanagan opens up about ‘brave’ new move after feeling ‘powerless’

Helen Flanagan, a star of Coronation Street, has revealed details of her most recent, “brave” career move after years of illness that left her feeling “powerless.”

Helen Flanagan has shared some news about the next step of her career and how “brave” she’s had to be to get it going. This comes after the former Coronation Street star suffered ill health that left her feeling “powerless”.

Earlier this month, Helen, who first shot to fame as Rosie Webster in Coronation Street, revealed she’s adding ‘author’ to her list of accomplishments. The actress is getting ready to release her first “tell-all” biography, titled Head and Heart: Break-ups, Breakdowns and Being Rosie.

The book is intended to be a “powerful, honest, and moving memoir” that follows Helen from childhood to the present.

She said at the time, “I’m so happy to tell you about my book.” Writing a book about motherhood, mental health, and everything in between has been something I’ve wanted to do for a long time.

I became incredibly ill in January 2024. I felt extremely powerless because I couldn’t work or look after my kids, but writing down what I was going through helped. Some of it didn’t make sense, but some of it did, so I wanted to use that knowledge to inform my decision-making. So we are now.

Since then, Helen has revealed that the book is now available for pre-order and has updated it with a new update. She shared a video of a photo shoot she did for the book, and said, “I’m going to put the link in my bio to pre-order it.”

She added that writing about her mental illness was “therapeutic” for her and that she needed to be brave, but that she hopes readers will share her experiences with it.

Writing so openly and honestly about heartache and mental illness has been very therapeutic for me. It was difficult at times, and it required revisiting some difficult life experiences, but it feels like I’ve finally done it.

I’ve discussed topics I’ve never discussed before. I’ve been keeping so much secret until now. I’ve had to be brave because I don’t take myself too seriously and a lot of my life has been, well, a bit crazy, so I think it will make you laugh. I’ve been in a few hilarious situations over the years.

Clare Fitzsimons, the commissioning editor of Mirror Books, who are publishing the memoir, said: “Helen Flanagan has grown up in the public eye, having played Rosie in Corrie for 12 years, and documents her life to her million-plus followers on Instagram.

For the first time, Helen will reveal her full, unrefined story, starting with her courageous battles for her gorgeous family. Helen’s powerful, honest, and moving memoir is a joy to be releasing.

Strictly star Vicky Pattison’s secret battle that has left husband terrified

Vicky Pattison, a former Geordie Shore star, is currently competing on the popular dance competition Strictly Come Dancing with Kai Widdrington.

Vicky Pattison’s husband has been left terrified as he supports his wife as she competes on Strictly Come Dancing. The former Geordie Shore star has been taking part in the popular BBC show but she has also been fighting a secret battle at the same time.

The TV personality has been under a lot of pressure recently because she has been practicing all day to ensure she can perform on Saturday nights. Ercan Ramadan’s husband, however, claims Vicky is afraid the pressure is too much.

Vicky tends to lead a healthy, active lifestyle, but Ercan worries that she’s “overworked.” Strictly actors typically practice for at least eight hours a day before performing their routines on Saturday, a well-known fact.

Vicky feels good when she leads a healthy lifestyle, eats well, and takes care of herself, according to a source who spoke to The Sun. However, overwork, stress, and fatigue are all things that worry her. Who is aware of the potential triggers?

“Ercan is of course very worried that the gruelling Strictly ‘regime’ could tip her over the edge so he’s having to make sure she’s slowing down, she’s eating enough, she’s eating healthy food and she’s getting time to rest and also do what fills her cup – quiet time with him where they can just be together and the dogs.”

Following a five-year search for a diagnosis, Vicky first discussed her diagnosis of Premenstrual Dysphoric Disorder (PMDD) publicly in 2023.

She has previously stated that anxiety, among other symptoms, can result. In the week or two leading up to a menstrual period, PMDD, a severe form of PMS, results in intense mood and physical symptoms that have a significant impact on daily life.

Extreme symptoms include depression, anger, irritability, and fatigue. They can also be caused by physical issues like bloating, breast tenderness, and fatigue.

Vicky previously shared an emotional post on Instagram where she spoke about struggling with anxiety. She wrote: “There are a few things that exacerbate my anxiety.

When I’m exhausted, overworked, or simply not taking care of myself properly, I don’t feel like I have the energy to stop having intrusive, dark thoughts. I also believe that being low and/or burnt out makes me more prone to that negative self-talk.

She added: “My condition [PMDD] can cause panic attacks, anxiety, insomnia and exhaustion. In some moments there can be suicidal thoughts.”

Vicky and her partner Kai Widdrington, both of whom are professional dancers, are currently competing on Strictly. The pair performed a Samba last night, scoring 29 of their final 40 points.

They were thrilled to have gotten the series’ highest score thus far. Lead judge Shirley Ballas even informed them that she had a chance of winning the show.

Olivia Attwood hints that ITV star ‘should be worried’ over ‘blood-sucking’ ex friend

After liking a TikTok comment that warned one particular star to watch their backs, Olivia Attwood has further aggravated her feud with her ex-friend Ryan Kay.

Olivia Attwood has publicly warned another ITV star to be careful of aligning herself with a former close friend following a bitter fall out. The 34-year-old TV star took to TikTok recently and slammed an ex-friend who she likened to being a parasite who jumps from one person to another, like a “tick”.

In her rant, Olivia certainly did not hold back as she also went on to claim that people similar to her former friend can not maintain a friendship for more than a year or two years. It comes after Olivia’s public fallout with one-time BFF and stylist Ryan Kay.

A fan of the video posted the following comment: “Ryan … Grace ought to be concerned. Olivia made the comment, which appeared to confirm that she was referring to former friends Grace Keeling, aka GK Barry, who is currently associated with Ryan.

Earlier this week, Ryan posted a picture of Grace, who he dressed for an appearance on Loose Women. Ryan captioned the photo: “It’s A Loose Kinda Friday.”

In her video clip, Olivia, who is also a panellist on the ITV daytime show, said: “We all know this person who, they can’t keep a job, they can’t keep a friend, they have no long term friends. Like, they have no friends they can keep for more than a year, two max. But it’s never their fault, they’re always the victim. This is a professional victim.”

She continued, “And you watch the cycle play out, you can now piece together the people who were before you, you can see your contribution to the cycle, and you can now see who they moved on to next.”

Olivia, who goes by the name Olivia, said, “I always believe that these types of people move on to new hosts rather than new friends.” like a tik . A tick must consume your blood and possess a host body in order to survive. So it will travel to another body once it leaves your body.

Despite neither Olivia or Ryan confirming the reason behind their fall out, it has been reported that it stemmed from him allegedly siding with her husband Bradley Dack, following her holiday with close friend and work colleague, Pete Wicks.

Olivia remained a liar about the cause of their feud at the time. When a fan inquired about Ryan on September 7, she responded, “I’m just very hurt if I’m honest. I had to respect myself and draw a line before you could have read what I might have written.

She continued, “It was a process that lasted a few months. I guess I should have seen something else. I think?? I give friendships everything, in every way, and I don’t let many people in, which stinks. I won’t be able to fully explain it in a story, but I will at some point.

She thanked her “small circle” of friends who “don’t feed the press with false narratives” just a few days earlier.

She continued, saying that she had been warned about Ryan by industry professionals but that she had not heeded their advice, but that she will never forget it.

She ended her remarks by explaining the reason behind her post, saying, “I know you have questions, but not this week because I’m kind of busy.
