As his eldest child prepares to reunite with his family in a matter of days, David Beckham’s relationship with his sons Romeo and Brooklyn has reportedly been strained by the conflict.
Brooklyn Beckham is ready to reunite with his famous family as they attempt to put their rumoured feud to bed. The 26-year-old and his model wife Nicola Peltz, 30, are expected to join the Beckham clan at dad David’s 50th birthday bash.
With his milestone birthday looming, football icon David is keen for his family to come together and mend the rift between his sons Brooklyn and Romeo. The tight knit family have been rocked by a reported divide that has left David to come up with a grand plan the pair surely won’t be able to resist. He is expected to bring his sons together at triple-Michelin starred restaurant Core in west London next month. Amid the rumours of an upcoming family reunion, it seems Brooklyn is on board.
He and Nicola have reportedly shared a meal at the Mountain Restaurant in Soho while he is back in London. Dan Martensen, Brooklyn’s friend, posted a photo of him in the capital, which could give a hint that he is ready to attend David’s party with his family.
Following the numerous reported snubs, this will be the first time the family has been married. Romeo’s family reportedly had a devastating impact on the Beckham clan when they welcomed her as their new girlfriend, Kim Turnbull.
Unfortunately for Romeo, Brooklyn’s older brother, who was once extremely close to her, dated Rocco Ritchie, is also very close. Kim and Nicola are accused of not liking her and of snubbing family occurrences to show their emotions.
David and Victoria’s eldest son failed to attend the England ace’s pre-birthday bash in Miami last month, which included guests such as football legend Lionel Messi and former supermodel Cindy Crawford.
The rest of the family were also there to celebrate, including Brooklyn’s siblings Cruz and Harper. Speculation mounted once again when neither Brooklyn or Nicola publicly wished Victoria a happy 51st birthday.
In another twist, neither Victoria or David, commented on Brooklyn and Nicola’s third wedding anniversary. And according to reports, Cruz and Romeo failed to congratulate the couple as well.
David is said to have developed a master plan to reunite his sons amid the tense relationships in the Beckham family.
According to a source, David is “going all out” for his 50th birthday. It’s a true family affair, with Romeo, Cruz, Harper, his and Victoria’s parents included.
A source who spoke to David about the stresses he felt as he prepared for his occasion, according to the Daily Mail. They remarked, “Family is everything for him.” He is a working-class boy who had strong ties to his parents and grandparents, and he adores Harper and his boys for being so close.
While the location will be ideal and stunning, he wants his family to be there and enjoys getting along with him. However, things aren’t doing well right now. Everyone in the group hopes that they can resolve any problems before David’s big day.
