Britain’s Teagn Stott and Emily Asquith will fight for World Championship gold on Sunday after winning their respective semi-finals.
Sheffield’s Stott beat Ukraine’s Danylo Zhasan 4-1 on points at the M&S Arena in Liverpool and will face Uzbekistan’s Akmaljon Isroilov in the men’s 85kg final.
Bridlington’s Emily Asquith defeated India’s Pooja Rani 4-1 on points in her semi-final and will take on Australia’s Eseta Flint in the women’s 80kg showpiece.
Liverpool’s Odel Kamara and Derby’s Chantelle Reid had to settle for bronze after losing their respective last-four bouts.
Kamara was beaten 4-1 on points by Kazakhstan’s Torekhan Sabyrkhan in the men’s 70kg division and Reid lost out by a narrow 3-2 verdict in the women’s 70kg category.
The event is the first elite-level global championships to be hosted by World Boxing, the new international federation for Olympic-style boxing.
