Amanda Holden, a judge for Britain’s Got Talent, co-host of Heart Breakfast with Jamie Theakston, had a language misunderstanding. Fans were questioned about Amanda’s pronunciation on the Thursday broadcast when she attempted to say “trounced,” but instead gave the word an Aussie twist.
Jamie didn’t let the situation pass, telling listeners about Amanda’s error the following morning. Amanda assured everyone she knew what she was talking about when she admitted her trademark humor and obedient humor. Believe it or not, I have an A-level in English.
Jamie returned to the radio after receiving a stage one Laryngeal cancer diagnosis, for which Amanda had partnered up with Jason King for the duration of Jamie’s five-month break.
Audiences were able to catch Amanda on the set of Britain’s Got Talent this past Saturday for the show’s premiere on ITV, where she will compete alongside Simon Cowell, Alesha Dixon, and Bruno Tonioli, whose role has since grown since its 2007 debut.
Amanda has guest-presented on numerous ITV shows, including Lorraine and This Morning, as well as her judging duties on Britain’s Got Talent and her co-hosting duties on her Heart Breakfast show.

According to the Liverpool Echo, she and comedian Alan Carr recently made a comeback with their television series Amanda and Alan’s Italian Job, which aims to restore worn-out Italian properties.
Last month, the well-known pair showed off their renovation skills in Spain, and they made a comeback to our screens.
Meanwhile, ITV is scheduled to air Britain’s Got Talent at 7pm tonight (March 1), March 1.
