Andrew Johnston, a former member of Britain’s Got Talent, allegedly raped two women while attending the Royal Academy of Music for three months.

According to what the court has learned, Andrew Johnston allegedly sexually assaulted two women.

Two women allegedly raped by a former Britain’s Got Talent star just months apart. At the time of the incidents, Andrew Johnston, 30, was allegedly studying at the Royal Academy of Music. When the former choirboy finished second on Britain’s Got Talent at the age of 13, he was 13.

He then signed a £1 million recording deal with Simon Cowell’s Syco Music. During sex, Johnston allegedly gripped his victims by their throat and refused to use a condom, according to the court. Johnston denies two rape counts and one sexual assault count.

As he listened to Maryam Syed, a former singer, who was pursuing a two-year opera diploma, the former singer put on a black suit. Mr. Johnston performed quite well on the television program Britain’s Got Talent, according to Syed, who also appeared as a singer.

Mr. Johnston was a student at the Royal Academy of Music (RAM) in London at the time of the allegations. Mr. Johnston was pursuing an opera diploma for the next two years. The defendant removed the condom he was wearing, and the complainant noticed the change in perception, the prosecutor said, quoting the first alleged account.

“Mr. Johnston made no attempt to withdraw his penis despite her repeated pleas to him to stop having sex with her. The complainant then told the police that Mr. Johnston had then, she claimed, pinned her down while placing one hand on her neck.

She managed to free her hands and slam them onto her chest after repeatedly telling Mr. Johnston to stop. He, Mr. Johnston, was not listening to her, she told the police, and she began to panic. She then goes on to say that the defendant, Mr. Johnston, slammed the headboard into the wall, making a more obnoxious claim.

Syed testified to the court that the complainant had already explained to Johnston that she had had bad experiences that made her dislike certain things during sex. She specifically referred to things like her hands circling her throat.

The court was informed that Johnston allegedly “groped” a woman’s bum at a bar in central London just three months later. He dragged her by the arm, dragged her by the arm, and refused to leave while he was there, according to Syed.

She had led him out of the bar onto the street to help her move him. He then continued to touch her, verbally abuse her, grab her shoulders, and forcefully kissed her on the lips. After taking the second complainant to a “sex club” in London, the singer later claimed to have raped the second complainant.

According to Syed, the defendant explained that she had requested the defendant wear a condom and that the vaginal sex immediately occurred without any prior pretension. She continued, “She described how she began to feel the defendant’s hands around her neck, and no matter how many times she removed them, he continued to place his hands around her throat.”

She allegedly made numerous unsuccessful attempts to get rid of his hands, she told the police. The condom was then stopped and taken. Johnson is said to have continued to engage in unprotected sex with the women. He denies the accusations.
