Fans have a surprisingly quick and simple recipe for breakfast that Joe Wicks has made. The 39-year-old body coach said his dish could even be popped in a lunchbox and tastes good hot or cold.

“Quick, easy, simple and healthy,” he wrote in a recent Instagram post. “But don’t do what I did and overegg it. They will rise & they will get ya. These tomato, spinach and mozzarella breakfast muffins taste amazing.

” I baked them for 20 mins at 180°C. In a lunchbox, either hot or cold, they also taste great. He advised grabbing the following ingredients for anyone who wanted to try Joe’s dish:

  • Six eggs
  • a few tbsp of freshly chopped spinach
  • Some baby tomatoes that have been sliced
  • a few fresh basil leaves
  • mozzarella cheese
  • sprinkle with salt and pepper

Joe first added a few sliced baby tomatoes, fresh basil, and a bowl of six eggs to his recipe. He then added some delicious Italian mozzarella and a dash of salt and pepper to the flavoring.

He added, “Lightly grease some muffin tins with some oil or a little butter, fill them up, and bake them.” Joe waited 20 minutes at 180 degrees to bake his egg muffins.

They “smell very hot,” as is obvious after coming out of the oven, but they also taste really good when they are steamed and eaten later in the day. So, yeah, win. Enjoy. “

Joe’s breakfast muffins also have a number of healthy ingredients, besides their delicious taste. Spinach is a renowned nutritional powerhouse known for its potential benefits for blood sugar.
