Former TOWIE star Bobby Norris alarmed fans with his snap in the back of an ambulance and it’s claimed he will remain in hospital for the ‘foreseeable’
Bobby Norris has been admitted to hospital and is undergoing tests for a suspected heart attack. The TOWIE star, 38, scared fans on Tuesday when he uploaded an image of him in the back of an ambulance.
The Instagram post had fans fearing for the reality star as he showed himself strapped onto a stretcher in the back of an ambulance. Only his legs were showing in a pair of tracksuit bottoms and a pair of trainers.
A source has revealed the dash was due to the star feeling “intense crushing pains” in his chest. It’s said he is now undergoing tests for a possible suspected heart attack.

A source told the Mirror: “Bobby was admitted immediately and has been the in The Princess Alexandra Hospital, in Harlow, as doctors continue to carry out a range of tests since he arrived on Tuesday.”
They added: “Bobby was suffering from intense crushing chest pains and was struggling to breathe; so he did the right thing and called 111 for their advice. Within 20 minutes he had paramedics at his Essex home and was transferred by ambulance to hospital.
“He is still currently being tested for a suspected heart attack and remains in hospital. It’s been a terrifying time and he’s not sure what has caused his symptoms but is desperate for answers.”
The insider went to confirm Bobby will remain in hospital for the “foreseeable” as the “cardiology consultants and expert team get to the bottom of what is causing his heart and chest issues”.
The news isn’t the first health scare Bobby has had this year. Ealrlier in the year, the star, who appeared on the ITV reality show between 2012 and 2021, revealed to his fans that he’d discovered a suspicious lump which he said had been “sore”.
He said at the time that he had been “scared” but urged people not to “ignore” any lumps and to instantly seek medical attention. Taking to social media to share his scary news, Bobby said through tears: “I’m currently in hospital and about to have an operation today.
“Some of you might remember that a few months back I found a lump and had gone to my GP and was then referred to a specialist to have further tests on it and was told to keep an eye on it. And we’ve kept an eye on it… sorry, I don’t think I’ve kind of explained.
“So I found a lump on one of my testicles and um… yeah. So we’ve kept an eye on it. Not great. Um, so yeah. I’m in hospital today having an operation on it.”
After returning from surgery he shared a follow-up message to thank everyone for their kind message of support.
