Pete Burns was broke when he passed away and had to ask mates for cash, according to his friend.

The beloved 80s legend, who died from a heart attack in October 2016, formed a close bond with George Galloway after they met on Celebrity Big Brother in 2006.

However, Galloway claimed that Pete was short on cash and repeatedly requested financial assistance from the former MP after more than 300 cosmetic procedures and a costly legal battle over botched surgery.

Galloway told the Daily Star, “Pete was really tough up, and I myself had to help him out of a couple of jams.”

“He, without a doubt, faced many difficulties in his life.” He bankrupted himself after having a terrible operation in Italy and was suing for compensation for the expenses associated with the lawsuit.

Pete, 57, revealed that he had undergone more than 300 procedures to correct botched surgeries on a TV program the month before his passing, but he remained enamored of his appearance.

After one operation to repair a failed operation, the You Spin Me Round hitmaker even came close to passing away.

Pete revealed that his cosmetic surgery journey started 20 years ago when he became famous on Channel 5’s Celebrity Botched Up Bodies. He then underwent numerous lip procedures, including four rhinoplasties, and cheekbone enhancements.

When he spoke about his initial operation, he said, “I realized I had to look good because I was going to be a visual entity.” My nose was broken. In Liverpool, a headbutted me in the early days, and it went over the side.

Can we turn his head to the left when he is young, self-conscious, in front of a camera and the photographers are yelling at you? You decide, “I’ll do something about it.”

He had surgery to correct it, but it went horribly wrong. I awoke bleeding profusely. He shared that there was so much blood that it was unbelievable.

Up my nose, there were tubes. My nose was only two obliterated and had a small bone in the middle after he removed the majority of my nose. I nearly passed away.

Then, Pete had to have additional surgery to correct it; this was only the first of “probably 300” to occur.

In contrast to the reconstructive procedures I’ve undergone, I’ve had “absolutely nothing.” The star acknowledged that it was probably 300.

Pete also recalls a time when he noticed something wrong with his lower lip, which was initially filled with filler, while performing with Scissor Sisters. After that, he had the excess fluid drained and went back to the surgeon.

The singer said, “He punched two syringes in and held me down on the operating table.” The lip was drained at least a pint and a half of the yellow steaming fluid.

Even worse, Pete revealed that the filler started accumulating on other areas of his face, causing skin to leak yellow fluid.

He sued the surgeon and won a $45,000 settlement in an out-of-court settlement after the infection spread throughout his body and his lips were threatened with amputation.

He recounted the nightmare, “I’ve had a major operation a week for two years to remove it from my cheeks, my Adam’s apple, and the back of my eyes.” They were unable to control both the liver and the kidneys. That had to be extracted, I had to.

Doctors had to insert a new lower and upper lip into a patient’s stomach to create a new lower and upper lip. I experienced severe depression. Your life has been a long time, two years.

However, Pete’s situation was about to change. He revealed that I had pulmonary embolisms and blood clots in my legs, heart, and lungs.

I initially assumed that my skin had black marks from a bruise. When my driver next arrived, I was unconscious and unable to breathe.

He was immediately taken to a hospital where he had a survival rate of less than two percent. The star received blood thinners right away, and the medical team immediately saved him after ten days.

However, Pete remained unaffected despite the near-death experience.

My personal satisfaction is what I’m attempting to achieve with my surgery. He said it was narcissism at its worst.

I have everything, including staples, bolts, nuts, and stitches. I’m Frankenstein. I’m feeling fantastic. I have total freedom and none of the tightness.

Although some people might believe that I’m the ugliest son of a b**ch alive, I want to keep this appearance.
