Will.i.am fumes social media ‘must change’ in wake of Liam Payne’s death

Will a musician. After Liam Payne’s death, i.am has suggested that there needs to be a significant change behind the scenes at social media companies regarding hate speech and trolling.

The Voice UK judge will.i.am is blaming social network bosses for allowing hate speech and online trolling on platforms. The Black Eyed Peas star, 50, believes social media giants, not the music business, hold the key to young stars’ welfare.

He asserted that the algorithm is the source of the hate that is most prevalent. People will say and be the worst if the algorithm amplifies hate. What we do on these platforms is shattered and used to sabotage everyone.

He was speaking at the 11th Breakthrough Prize ceremony, which honoured science and mathematics luminaries. He made his plea to key players at Silicon Valley’s biggest brands – Google, Facebook, X and YouTube.

31 years old, Liam Payne passed away.

He continued, “They need to change the algorithm to be more mindful, especially as AI is developing.” Do we want an AI that reflects how cruelly treated people are by humans? The worst possible configuration would be that.

In recent weeks stars like Robbie Williams have proposed that record labels offer greater support to young artists dealing with the challenges of fame and fortune in today’s digital world.

Liam died aged 31 in Argentina after falling from the third floor of a hotel in Buenos Aires in October. An autopsy on his death states this was consistent with a fall from height, located on the third floor of the Casa Sur hotel on Godoy Cruz Street.

The Sistema de Atencio Medica de Emergencia said in a statement on October 16: “British musician Liam James Payne, composer and guitarist, former member of the band One Direction, died today after falling from the third floor of a hotel in Palermo.”

According to the government, Liam’s death was caused by “polytrauma and internal and external bleeding.” His death was caused by both Liam’s internal and external hemorrhages in his skull, chest, abdomen, and limbs. A UK coroner’s verdict revealed that he died from “polytrauma” from a number of traumatic injuries.

During his time in the country, the musician turned out in support of his former band mate, Niall Horan. In what was his final appearance in public, Liam was seen in a VIP box alongside the crowds at the Movistar Arena in Buenos Aires.

Reality star Ashley Cain is on the BBC’s Strictly Come Dancing wishlist. Show bosses are keen to get the 34-year-old tattooed TV hunk in sequins for the next series of the hit show, we can reveal.

The former Ex On The Beach star has caught their eye as they pull together a list of big names for later this year. A source said: “He’s a proper character with a very interesting background that looks the part.

“He would be a great addition to the Strictly line up. He’s presented a couple of BBC shows and has really impressed.” Insiders say execs work from a list of around 30 names before whittling it down to the final 15.

Former footballer Ashley rose to fame on the MTV dating show in 2014. He later went out with dental nurse Safiyya Vorajee and the couple had daughter Azaylia. The baby tragically died aged just eight months in 2021 after being diagnosed with a rare form of leukaemia. The pair split the following year.

So I would love to dance in a way that resembles Strictly, in which case, Lion King-themed music would be appropriate. I’d really like to be able to share my story on such a fantastic platform that can reach out to so many amazing people.

Katy Perry reveals ‘struggles’ as she speaks out on backlash over Lifetimes Tour

Fans criticized the singer for her lackluster performance in Mexico City after she failed to give a diagnosis before her first Lifetimes Tour performance.

Katy Perry has been desperately trying to get her fans back onside after being slammed for her lacklustre performance while on her Lifetimes Tour. The 40 year old mum of one has been struggling to sell tickets for her US shows that start in two weeks time in Houston, Texas.

The singer, who has been dating actor Orlando Bloom since 2016, was at the centre of fans’ frustration as they blasted her for her awkward choreography while on stage in Mexico City.

However, Katy now explains that she is dealing with Mexico City’s 7, 000-foot elevation and that she is also dealing with the unwell.

Taking to Instagram, Katy posted a backstage picture of her dressed in costume. She explained to fans: “Struggling for the past few things with my voice, having a flu-cold thing.”

Following the public’s furious social media posts, viewers took to the show to voice their grievances. Not the mother moves, according to one person.

Another person remarked, “Maybe she should have devoted more time to rehearsing rather than spending space.” A third person remarked, “My cat when she’s cleaning herself,” continuing the fans’ sentiment. A fourth was added as well: “straight up soulless vessel.”

She was also compared to Taylor Swift as another took to X and wrote: “Girl wtf is this, even Taylor dances better than this.” And it didn’t appear to get any better as another person said: “Please retire gracefully.. dont do that to yourself.”

In order to promote her most recent studio album, 143, which was criticized for its September release, Katy is scheduled to play a number of tour dates throughout North America.

Ticketmaster claims that many venues still have rows of seats available. Katy hoped to emulate Taylor Swift’s success on the Eras Tour, according to those who are involved with the tour’s production.

But according to reports, it looks as though her decision to jump on board Amazon chief Jeff Bezos’ Blue Origin flight to space could be a contributing factor for a lack of ticket sales.

Tickets are still on sale for the first US date in Houston on May 7 and tickets are still on sale for dates in Minneapolis, Minnesota, Denver, and Colorado.

Rows and rows of empty seats are left over for her May 9 show in Oklahoma, again, with ticket sales being low. Although it’s not known how many VIP packages have been sold, there are still tickets that could be purchased.

Before Blue Origin, there were already concerns about subpar ticket sales, according to a source. They were a lot worse. Taty genuinely believed that Taylor’s tour would succeed.

They continued, “Some Live Nation employees were skeptical right away. If the venues don’t fill up further, there are discussions about what to do.

Women’s Six Nations

Scotland (12) 26

Cons: Nelson (3) Tries: Skeldon, Orr, Malcolm, McGhie

Ireland (7) 19

Scotland won the Women’s Six Nations game in dramatic style thanks to Francesca McGhie’s late try.

Ireland started the second half dominating and scoring first with a try from Amee-Leigh Costigan, but scores from Emma Orr and Lana Skeldon gave Scotland a 12-7 lead at half-time.

Before McGhie’s score in the final play sealed an extraordinary win for Ireland, Linda Djougang and Emily Lane both scored for the hosts on either Rachel McLachlan try and the hosts’ try.

Before Italy hosts Wales on Sunday, Scotland moves up to fourth place while Ireland are still in third place.

The Irish made the perfect start to the championship, winning three games away against Italy and Wales.

After finding Costigan for a brilliant try, Molly Scuffil-McCabe noticed a gap in the Scotland fringe defence and turned the burners to break free.

Scotland’s only chance to win the game was when they were battling to get back into it.

After touching down for her 19th try in Scotland colors, hooker Skeldon was left holding the ball as the rolling maul rumbled over the line.

Scotland were clinging on, and Ireland seemed to be going to burst the dam until second row Sarah Bonar pounced for an interception and kicked the ball past the Ireland 22.

In the final minute of the second half, Ireland scrambled back but was unable to remove the ball.

Orr slalom through for a superb score to give the home side an unlikely five-point lead at the break thanks to the Scots’ incredible composure and engineered space.

When Rhona Lloyd was sent to the sin bin for head-to-head contact with Costigan in the lead-up to the score, Djougang was not denied her try and went on to level things at 12-12. Further, Scotland’s cause was further hampered by this.

The Scots persevered throughout the game, even when there was some accuracy, and excelled when they had a chance to make a special entrance into Ireland.

Chloe Rollie fended off a tackle before sending a stunning pass over the back door for McLachlan to dive over in the corner.

The home team now had a 19-12 lead in a game in which they had endured prolonged periods of cosh dominance.

However, Ireland remained unaffected and continued to exert pressure on Scotland, particularly during rush hour.

When another player received a yellow card, this time for an infringement at a ruck, the home side were barely able to recover from their defeat as the Scots fought more valiantly to defend their try line.

When substitute Lane dived over and O’Brien slotted over the conversion to make it all square again, the pressure eventually came to an end.
