‘Devastated’ David Beckham shares unseen snap of son Brooklyn Beckham amid family ‘rift’

David Beckham has posted an unseen photo of his eldest son Brooklyn Beckham as he has reportedly been left ‘devastated’ by the rumoured feud between his sons ahead of his birthday

David Beckham is said to be devastated by the family fallout

David Beckham has shared a telling post amid the rumoured family feud with his son Brooklyn Beckham. The football icon took to his Instagram to share an unseen photo of his eldest son following reports of strain in the famous clan.

They have long prided themselves as being a tight knit family as David and wife Victoria’s children have a tight bond. However, with David’s 50th birthday looming there have been reports of a fallout between Brooklyn and brother Romeo.

The rift is believed to be centred around Romeo’s girlfriend Kim Turnbull, who reportedly dated Brooklyn nearly nine years ago. It has got so deep that there are fears Brooklyn may even miss his dad’s milestone celebration next month.

However, David has appeared to try and squash any rumours of fraction in his family as he marked Easter. The dad-of-four shared a series of throwback snaps of his children celebrating the occasion over the years.

David included a black and white photo of Brooklyn when he was much younger as he held onto a large chocolate Easter bunny. The former England ace also shared similar snaps of his other children Romeo, Cruz and Harper.

Rumours of a rift in the family came after Brooklyn and wife Nicola Petlz skipped a number of family gatherings and David’s landmark birthday may be another family occasion to add to the list.

Nicola and Brooklyn failed to attend David’s pre-birthday bash in Miami last month, which included guests such as football legend Lionel Messi and former supermodel Cindy Crawford.

Adding insult to injury, neither Brooklyn or Nicola publicly wished Victoria a happy 51st birthday last Thursday, which is highly unusual when compared to previous years.

Brooklyn and Nicola allegedly believe Romeo’s new girlfriend Kim does not have the right intentions when it comes to dating him. However, Victoria is said to adore Kim and Cruz’s girlfriend Jackie Apostel.

In another twist, neither Victoria, who is known for using social media to praise her children and celebrate milestones, or David, commented on Brooklyn and Nicola’s third wedding anniversary.

And according to reports, Cruz and Romeo failed to congratulate the couple as well. Instead, Brooklyn shared a picture of a bouquet of flowers sent to them from his in-laws Nelson Peltz and Claudia Heffner.

Speaking to the Daily Mail, a source said: “David adores his sons and he is so, so proud of how close they are. He loves having a happy family that loves spending time together. “

They added: “Family is everything to him. He is a working class boy who grew up with strong connections to his grandparents and parents, and he loves nothing more than to see his boys, and Harper, being so close.

“While the location will be perfect and stunning, what he wants most is for his family to be around him, happily getting along. Right now, though, things aren’t great. All everyone around them hopes is that they can mend any issues in time for the big day – for David. “

Another friend revealed: “It would absolutely destroy David if any fall-outs carry on and become big deals. It would be the best birthday present ever for David to have all of his children and their partners happily having a wonderful time together. That’s what really puts a smile on his face. “

Leicester Relegated From The Premier League After 1-0 Defeat To Liverpool

Leicester City were relegated from the Premier League as Liverpool moved to within one win of the title on Sunday with a 1-0 victory at the King Power.

Trent Alexander-Arnold came off the bench to score the only goal 14 minutes from time as the Reds moved to the brink of a record-equalling 20th English top-flight title.

Liverpool could be crowned champions on Wednesday should Arsenal lose at home to Crystal Palace.

If the Gunners avoid defeat, Arne Slot’s men have the chance to seal the deal when Tottenham visit Anfield next Sunday.

Leicester have not scored a single goal at home since December as nine consecutive defeats at the King Power have taken Ruud van Nistelrooy’s men down.

A Liverpool cruise seemed in store when Mohamed Salah hit both posts with a glorious chance inside the first two minutes.

But after storming clear of the chasing pack in Slot’s early months in charge to build a near-unassailable lead, Liverpool have slowed in recent weeks as the finish line approaches.

Wilfred Ndidi came close to ending Leicester’s barren run with a low strike that came back off the post.

Liverpool struggled to create from open play in what remained of the first half.

Ibrahima Konate came closest to breaking the deadlock when Ndidi hooked clear his goalbound header from a corner.

The visitors upped the tempo at the start of the second period.

Kostas Tsimikas should have done better when he fired straight at Mads Hermansen.

At the other end Leicester did finally have the ball in the net but Patson Daka had fouled Alisson Becker before Connor Coady headed into an unguarded net.

Slot introduced Alexander-Arnold for the final 20 minutes on his return from a five-week absence due to an ankle injury.

The right-back took just five minutes to score his 23rd and potentially last goal for his boyhood club.

Salah and Diogo Jota somehow contrived to hit the woodwork rather than the net from point-blank range as Leicester struggled to clear a corner.

The loose ball broke to Alexander-Arnold, whose shot went straight through the grasp of Hermansen.

Alexander-Arnold ripped off his shirt in a wild celebration in front of the Liverpool fans.

Unlike Salah and captain Virgil van Dijk, who have signed new contracts to remain at Liverpool for the next two years, the England international still seems set to depart after reportedly agreeing terms of a free transfer move to Real Madrid.

Leicester still had a chance to snatch an unlikely point.

But Facundo Buonanotte’s wasteful finish with just Alisson to beat summed up their season to forget.

Champions of England just nine years ago, the Foxes have found life back in the top-flight far too much of a step up in class after romping to the Championship title last season.

They join Southampton, whose relegation was confirmed with a record seven games to go, in an immediate return to the second tier.

England’s Pope and Lawrence hit tons for Surrey

Rothesay County Championship Division One, 1st Central County Ground, Hove (day three)

Sussex 435: Haines 174, Alsop 63, Hughes 62; Atkinson 4-120

Surrey 390-3: Lawrence 117*, Pope 103, Sibley 82; Seales 1-57

Surrey (5 pts) trail Sussex (4 pts) by 45 runs

Dan Lawrence and Ollie Pope both made attacking hundreds before bad light halted Surrey’s rapid progress on day three against Sussex at Hove.

When the players came off ten minutes after tea Surrey were 390-3, only 45 runs behind with Lawrence unbeaten on 117 after Pope had made his first Championship century for two years.

The loss of 36 overs could be crucial to Surrey’s hopes of making it an awkward final day for Sussex by going past their first innings’ 435.

After Pope scored 103, Lawrence made the most of a reprieve on 35, when he was badly dropped by sub fielder George Thomas. He hit six sixes in his first hundred of the season, off 92 balls, including two in an over when Ollie Robinson opted to bowl short to a packed leg side field.

Sussex should still be able to save the game on a surface which has offered little assistance for seam or spin, but after drawing and winning their first two games since promotion this was a reminder that Division One cricket represents a big step up.

Curiously, it was Pope’s first County Championship century away from The Oval since his maiden effort at Southampton eight years ago. The 27-year-old had a lean time in the competition between England matches last season when his top score in ten innings was 63. But he made 65 against Hampshire last week and carried on here in ideal batting conditions.

He ruthlessly punished any indiscretions in length and scored on both sides of the wicket. There were 11 boundaries and he also lofted James Coles’ left-arm spin over mid-wicket – although Jayden Seales running around the boundary nearly took what would have been a stunning catch.

Pope’s 22nd first-class century was his first in the Championship for more than two years, but frustratingly he was dismissed two balls after getting there when he gloved a short ball from the persevering Seales, who was the pick of Sussex’s attack.

During the morning session Pope and Dom Sibley took their second-wicket stand to 179 in 42 overs. Sibley was cruising towards his third successive hundred when he chipped up a tame return catch to slow left-armer James Coles, having earlier hit him over long-off for six and ten boundaries. Both batters will have departed feeling they had left runs out there.

Lawrence was soon into his stride, although Thomas will have nightmares about the straightforward catch he dropped at backward square leg off a disconsolate Robinson. The 27-year-old certainly made the most of his reprieve. Five of his sixes were hit into the leg side but the other, a sumptuous straight drive off Coles, was probably the best of them.

At the other end Ben Foakes was happy to play a supporting role, although he did swing Coles over the boundary on one knee.

Lawrence reached his 18th first-class hundred with a somewhat streaky thick edge over the slips off Robinson for his eighth boundary as Surrey scored 162 between lunch and tea in 29 overs.

But just two more were possible in the evening session and with Danny Lamb out of the attack after injuring his shoulder on Saturday, Sussex were probably glad of the opportunity to regroup and come back tomorrow with a new ball only six overs old.

Sabalenka beats Paolini to reach fourth Stuttgart final

Getty Images

World number one Aryna Sabalenka reached her fourth Stuttgart Open final with a hard-fought 7-5 6-4 win over Italy’s Jasmine Paolini.

The 26-year-old is targeting a first title, though, having lost to Ash Barty in 2021 and Iga Swiatek in both 2022 and 2023.

Sabalenka held her nerve to take the first set despite almost throwing away a 5-2 lead, before Paolini started strongly to win the first three games of the second.

“She makes me work for every point. It was hard to get the win,” said the Belarusian of Paolini, 29. “I was just trying to stay aggressive, to put as much pressure on her. “

Sabalenka has won all three of her previous meetings with world number 24 Ostapenko.

The 27-year-old Latvian, who upset world number two Swiatek in the quarter-final, comfortably overcame unseeded Ekaterina Alexandrova 6-4 6-4 in her last-four tie.

Elsewhere, Elina Svitolina picked up her first title in nearly two years with a 6-4 7-6 (10-8) win over Serbian Olga Danilovic in the final of the ATP event in Rouen.

The Ukrainian, who returned to competing two months ago after taking maternity leave, last won a title in Strasbourg in 2023.

“I feel confident about my game,” said Svitolina, who did not drop a set all week.

Bianca Censori returns to social media with nude snap after Kanye West split

Bianca Censori left little to the imagination as she returned to Instagram as speculation surrounding her apparently rocky marriage to rapper Kanye West remains

Bianca Censori made a revealing return to social media following reports of a split from husband Kanye West. The Australian architect, 30, took to her Instagram Stories to upload an image that left little to the imagination.

Bianca, who only follows her musician hubby on the platform, shared a snap of what appeared to be her standing and the steps of a swimming pool. The image, which didn’t show the person’s head, saw what looked to be Bianca leaning on the bars at the side of the pool. Her outfit was see-through due to the water, leaving it all on show.

Bianca’s last post on her grid came four weeks ago as she seductively posed in a similar outfit. She perched back against a wall after earlier images showed her in the same outfit on roller skates.

Bianca married rapper Kanye – who is now legally known as Ye – in December 2022, weeks after his divorce from Kim Kardashian was finalised. Bianca and Ye were first snapped together in early January 2023, spotted at the Waldorf Astoria Beverly Hills. They enjoyed a lunch date at the hotel, strolling around hand-in-hand.

The pair have regularly shared controversial looks on social media and in public. In many, Bianca’s body is almost fully on show. One of their most outrageous appearances came earlier this year at the 67th Grammy Awards when Bianca wore a completely see-through outfit on the red carpet.

At the time, some fans were calling for her to face jail time, labelling her nude appearance “disgusting”.

Despite their seemingly close bond, Ye appeared to indicate time had been called on their relationship. The controversial star announced the news in the form of lyrics from his new song.

In the lyrics for the track, which is part of his new album WW3, Ye claims his wife had “ran away” after she tried to have the troubled star “committed”. In the chorus of the tune, according to lyric website Genius, he pleads for the couple to rekindle.

Ye says: “Bianca, I just want you to come back/Come back to me/I know what I did to make you mad”, implying Bianca was the one who ended their romance.

Elsewhere, in Ye’s lyrics of his new track, he claims: “She’s having a panic attack and she is not liking the way that I tweeted/Until Bianca’s back I stay up all night I’m not going to sleep/I really don’t know where she’s at. “

The Gold Digger star also claims his wife’s family got involved. He rapped elsewhere in the song: “Her family, they want me locked up/They want me to go on retreat/They want me to run and meet/They want me to [? ]”.

It came after a number of vile rants by the rapper on social media. Neither has made an official statement as of yet regarding their relationship.
