Ant McPartlin, the co-host of I’m A Celeb, took a few days from the jungle to participate in a sweaty boxing match with one of his bodyguards, which occurred just before his 50th birthday.
Ant McPartlin, one half of the dynamic duo hosting I’m A Celeb, stepped away from the jungle to take part in a brutal boxing session with one of his bodyguards. The star, who celebrated his 50th birthday recently, was seen enjoying the sweaty workout at a local boxing club in Australia.
During a boxing match on November 20th, Ant was caught allowing the hooks and uppercuts to fly while wearing a black workout top and silver boxing gloves.
The star, who turned 50 just two days prior, also wore black shorts with white trainers and socks, which had blue stripes across the ankles. At several points, the workout seemed to tire Ant out, as he looked weary and short of breath in some images, but in others, he was full of smiles, clearly enjoying his down time from I’m A Celeb.
One of his bodyguards, who was wearing a drenched cream vest, teal shorts, and black trainers, took him to the boxing club. Ant went for red tape, while he also had purple wraps around his fists.
Cabarita, Australia, was the boxing ring’s location. When Ant and his hosting partner Dec Donnelly are filming I’m A Celeb, the beach town, which is located in northeastern New South Wales, is where they spend their days.
The hit ITV show is in its first week. Nightly, Ant and Dec are seen on screen, presenting the show, as campmates, including Jack Osbourne, Martin Kemp and Kelly Brook, try to survive in the wild.
Kelly and Jack have already engaged in a heated exchange on the program, which some viewers have referred to as “potato-gate.” Kelly was on the receiving end of Jack’s fury after she apologized for cutting the potatoes for dinner the way Jack had desired.
After the incident, Jack made the decision to delegate his cooking duties to Alex Scott and Shona McGarty. Jack also expressed his grief over the death of his father in another episode of the show, which took place in July of this year.
Following the two incidents, some wondered if it was too soon for the star to be on the show. Alison Hammond said: “I just think maybe he should’ve waited a little bit. I have found it quite painful seeing his pain on camera.”
