I’m A Celeb winner AngryGinge was snubbed at the 2025 Streamer Awards, missing out on the Best Sports Streamer prize. However, IShowSpeed took home the big win for Streamer of the Year and shared a touching five word message.

YouTube star IShowSpeed, real name Darren Jason Watkins Jr.,was crowned Streamer of the Year at the 2025 Streamer Awards, held at Los Angeles’ Wiltern Theatre. The annual awards ceremony announced its 2025 winners on December 6, honouring standout creators across the streaming world.

IShowSpeed’s victory marks his second consecutive Streamer of the Year title. Other major winners included CaseOh, who claimed Gamer of the Year, and Cinna, who received The Sapphire Award for best female or marginalised gender streamer of 2025.

Celebrating his win, he took a moment to praise fellow nominee and close friend Kai Cenat.

“That’s really my brother, man,” he started. “He’s maturing into another person, and I’m excited to see where that takes him. He really made streaming fun and exciting for me.”

Kai Cenat himself enjoyed a big night, taking home multiple awards including: Best Just Chatting Streamer, Best Streamed Event for Streamer University, Best Marathon Stream for Mafiathon 3 and Best Collab, for LeBron James’ surprise appearance during his marathon stream, where the NBA star gave him a live haircut.

Producer, rapper, and Twitch streamer PlaqueBoyMax won both Best Music Streamer and Best Streamed Series for In the Booth, while YouTuber and Twitch streamer Emiru secured Best Creative Arts Streamer.

In the genre-specific gaming awards, Caedrel won Best MOBA Streamer for his League of Legends content, and Peak took home Stream Game of the Year.

I’m A Celebrity Get Me Out of Here winner AngryGinge was nominated for Best Sports Streamer, but the award ultimately went to flight23white.

During a nail-biting I’m A Celeb final, the 24-year-old from Salford, Greater Manchester, was declared the winner with Celebs Go Dating’s Tom Read Wilson finishing in second place.

But it’s now been predicted that Ginge and fellow Mancunian and his pal Aitch could be set to become TV’s golden duo thanks to their unbreakable bond and likability in the jungle.

A whopping 13 million people tuned into the final and voted for their favourite to win. Aitch and Ginge are now placed at 7/5 to land their own reality show following their jungle antics.

The odds are also stacked at 20/13 to present Soccer Aid next year, and the pair are no strangers to the UNICEF match, having both played over the years. But they’re also at 11/7 to become the new hosts of Sky Sports’ Baller League – marking huge potential for both of their careers.

“TV producers will no doubt be preparing for a bidding war to secure AngryGinge and Aitch as a joint act,” celebrity PR specialist Kayley Cornelius said.
