Reality TV star Amy Childs has dropped a huge hint about when her wedding with fiancé Billy Delbosq will take place – and she’s set to be a bride this year.
Taking to her Instagram stories on Tuesday evening, brunette beauty Amy, 34, shared a stunning picture of herself and her fiancé posing side by side in a glamorous photo which saw her model a blue patterned maxi dress with a feather-cuff detail. Meanwhile, Billy looked dapper in a navy blue suit.
Announcing that she’s set to become a blushing bride sometime this year, the reality TV icon captioned the loved-up snap: “Mrs Delbosq pending 2025 wedding. ” The star who found fame on The Only Way Is Essex took to her social media to reveal that Billy had proposed to her on the set of a photoshoot while filming her own reality show back in April 2023.
At the time, her post featured a montage of photos from the engagement as well as a snap of their twins. The twins’ onesies read: “Mummy, will you marry my daddy? ” Amy captioned the post: “I said YES… Future Mrs Amy Delbosq,” alongside a red heart emoji.
Her post was flooded with messages of congratulations, with Lauryn Goodman gushing: “Congratulations beautiful. ” Gogglebox star George Baggs penned: “Congrats. “
“Omg I love it. What a way to ask! ! Congratulations to you both. To happiness and beautiful memories,” added Ella Rae Wise. Her cousin and co-star Harry Derbidge wrote: “I’m still crying with happy tears. couldn’t wish it for a better couple. love you both xx. “
Amy also shared the post on her Instagram Stories, writing: “We’re getting married. ” The proposal came just a few weeks after Amy and Billy welcomed twins. Announcing the new arrivals, a source told the Sun: “Amy’s welcomed boy and girl twin babies. She’s overjoyed, but exhausted after a long labour. Amy and Billy are over the moon by their new arrivals. ” The star’s representatives also confirmed the arrival of Amy and Billy’s twins.
Amy and her partner Billy got together in 2021 after she split from ex-boyfriend Tim, who she was in a 14-month long relationship with. Over a week later, she finally revealed the names the parents chose for the twins. Amy shared a video of her twins on her Instagram page and revealed their chosen monikers in the caption.
The reality star mum and her boyfriend Billy called their twins Billy and Amelia – or Millie for short. At the time, she wrote: “Billy River Delbosq. Amelia Mae Delbosq. Billy & Millie – 06/04/23”.
