Reports say Caroline Peaty has been uninvited from her son’s wedding as more family members get involved in the ongoing feud with Adam Peaty and his fiancee Holly Ramsay
Adam Peaty’s mother, Caroline, has taken what appears to be another brutal dig at her son on social media, as reports that she has been banned from his wedding circulate.
The mother of the groom was not invited to his fiancee Holly Ramsay’s hen do, even though her father Gordon Ramsay was invited to Adam’s stag. The snub was branded “divisive and hurtful” by Adam’s aunt in a public Instagram post, and her harsh words online are said to have pushed the soon-to-be newlyweds to ban Caroline from the big day.
Throughout a rumoured ongoing feud between Caroline and the couple, she has been posting cryptic messages to Instagram about how hurt she is. After she was thought to have been uninvited from Adam’s wedding, she posted another message, taking a fresh swipe at her son.

Caroline posted a picture to Instagram of a quote, which read: “When you love someone, you protect them from the pain, you don’t become the cause of it.” In the caption she added: “The ones I love are the people who hurt me the most.”
Fans jumped in the comments to continue to dig at Adam and the growing animosity with his mother. One wrote: “You only get one mother in life, some people need to remember this.” Another said: “Hold your head up high; not many Mums would’ve got up at 4am for those pool runs. Adam should be so proud.”
A third posted: “How awful for you! Hopefully one day he will realise that loving mums should be held in high regard. No woman should try to stop that.” Caroline liked the comment.
This isn’t the only post Caroline has uploaded about the situation. After she was not invited to the hen do, she posted: “Crying is a way your eyes speak when your mouth can’t explain how broken your heart is.”
While Caroline was looking after Adam’s son George, both the stag and hen dos were in full swing. Caroline’s sister, Louise Williams later posted to her own Instagram about the situation, branding Holly “divisive and hurtful” for not inviting Caroline.
Though her account is now private, the post was originally able to be seen publicly. In the caption, Louise wrote: “@hollyramsayy I’m so glad that you had a great hen do. As a bride, you deserve that. However, as a person you were divisive and hurtful towards a woman, who I have loved and continue to love deeply.
“A woman who opened her home and heart to you. You decided, for whatever reason, not to invite her, your prospective mother-in-law to your hen night yet Adam invited his father-in-law, your dad, to his stag night.”
She continued: “You invited your mum (quite rightly) and even your mum’s assistant, your sisters, your friends, my niece, but not my sister, your future mother-in-law.
“I have also seen messages passing between her and Adam about this and other matters and, quite frankly, I expected better of you and definitely of Adam. You have inflicted a hurt on my sister that will take a very long time to heal if ever.”
The Mail reported that the post upset Adam and Holly so much that they now want to cut ties with the entire Peaty family and have banned Caroline from attending the wedding. Neither follows Caroline or Louise on Instagram anymore, and Adam’s sister, Bethany, is thought to be the only one of his family still invited to the wedding.
A source close to the family told The Sun: “It’s at a point now where Caroline has been told she should not come to the wedding. There is a feud rumbling on and it’s been absolutely devastating for everyone involved.”
