Kate Ferdinand, the former TOWIE star, is enjoying the sun in Dubai with her family as she prepares to move big with her children and husband Rio Ferdinand.

Kate Ferdinand has been lapping up the sun in her soon-to-be new home as she looked stunning in a blue bikini. The former TOWIE star, 33, showed off her gorgeous figure as she enjoyed a day at the beach with her family.

In the scorching heat, she posed on a two-piece set while lying on a sun lounger. Kate enjoyed the crystal clear water while making sure to top off her tan before going back to England.

The reality TV star, who is married to former footballer Rio Ferdinand, made precious memories with her children in Dubai, which could be their permanent home very soon.

Earlier this month it was revealed Kate and Rio are looking to start a brand new life for their family by quitting the UK for good. They are eying up a life in Dubai and have already started looking at lavish properties to house their entire family.

According to reports, the couple has decided now is the right time to relocate. They are reportedly going to return to the UK to fulfill their work obligations. Additionally, Rio’s business developments will greatly improve if it relocates to Dubai.

Rio and Kate started dating in 2016, and they got married three years later. In 2023, they welcomed both their son, Cree, and their daughter, Shae. With his first wife Rebecca Ellison, who tragically passed away from breast cancer in 2015, Rio also has three children: Lorenz, 18, Tate, 16, and Tia, 13, who is also his first child.

Kate and Rio even met in Dubai and have enjoyed plenty of special holidays there. Following the recent trip, Kate gushed: “Dubai recap with my specials.”

Their two young children, who play together in the sea and hold hands as they stroll through the opulent streets of Dubai, also seem to thrive there.

They have lots of friends there and enjoy the lifestyle and the weather. It’s a very safe place for families and offers a healthy lifestyle that works for them.

Both could easily travel back and forth for their work commitments in the UK because that is where they met.

As they soaked up some winter rays, Kate and Rio spent New Years Eve in nature. Kate wrote, “Rio &amp, I met 8 years ago yesterday, showing their love for the place.

Who would have imagined that, with two more stunning children, 5 in total, and a marriage, we would be back where we were?

She continued, “It’s crazy to think that a family of seven (just missing our Lorenz) would be ready to see in the new year.”

Gemma says she’s feeling more confident than ever since taking the weight loss and diabetes drug Mounjaro, claiming she’s “saving the NHS” with her new weight. “I’ve lost so much weight, you wouldn’t believe it,” she told The Mirror.

Being overweight is bad for your health, so it’s unfortunate that I had to wait until I was 44 before taking this life-changing drug. It’s just so lovely now that I can live like a normal person. No more food-related noise is present. Because I don’t think about food constantly, I feel much better and more free to focus on other things.

They were originally developed for type 2 diabetes, and they’ve since been approved for weight loss in the UK and beyond. They help users feel full for longer and, as Gemma points out, reduce mental fog surrounding food consumption. Dr. Jack Moseley, whose father Michael Moseley was diagnosed with type 2 diabetes in his 50s, just published a book that explores the effects of weight loss medications on cravings and how to stop it.

He stated in a statement to Good Housekeeping that “one of the effects of weight-loss drugs is that they reduce your appetite and lessen the noise from this food. They come to mind as soundproof ear protectors, as I like to think of them. You can go about your life without being distracted by temptations by wearing your soundproof ear defenders after taking the drugs.

Gemma acknowledges that the weight-loss medication has changed her life. The Romford-born actress said, “I’m wearing everything oversized, because all of my clothes are now too big.”

“As the weather gets warmer, I am just gonna start being able to wear tighter stuff and things like that, but I’m not quite there yet. I’ll put some pyjamas on and a nightie, and I’m like, ‘God, these are massive’. I can’t believe they used to fit me and now they’re hanging off.”

“It’s just a shame I had to wait until I was 44 for this life-changing drug to come out because being overweight isn’t good for your health, and it’s just so lovely now that I have been able to live like a normal person. There’s no food noise anymore. I feel so much better and free as a person to concentrate on other stuff because I’m not constantly thinking about food.”

Speaking to Good Housekeeping, he said: “One of the ways weight-loss drugs work is to reduce your appetite and cut down this food noise. The way I like to think of them is as soundproof ear defenders. When you’ve taken the drugs, you have your soundproof ear defenders on, so you can go about your life and are mostly able to avoid temptations.”

For Gemma, she admits the weight loss drug has been a game changer. “All of my clothes are too big now, that’s the problem, I’m wearing everything oversized,” the Romford-born star said.
