A Wicked fan has shared footage of the wholesome moment she reunited the movie’s joint-lead, Cynthia Erivo with one of her most prized possessions. The actress, who starred alongside Ariana Grande in the Box Office smash last year, was approached by 23-year old fan, Clara as she left an event in London.
“For real?” asked Cynthia in shock after being told of the find. “You found my hat? Oh my God.” Showing proof on her phone, Clara clarified: “I have it in my house! I don’t have it on me.” It prompted a delighted Cynthia, 38, to ask: “May I have it back please? I thought I had lost it forever!”
The viral clip, which has been viewed more than four million times in less than 24 hours, continued with Clara advising the hat had been left at a Wicked premiere last year.
Cynthia’s helpers subsequently came up with a plan with Clara for the hat’s swift return.
The actress, meanwhile, took time out for a photo with Clara, before declaring: “Can we please get this lady’s number? She is a lifesaver.”

Writing in response, one TikTok user exclaimed: “She seems very grateful and willing to make arrangements that benefit both of you. You better update us on if she got the hat tomorrow!”
A second person pondered: “Maybe it holds sentimental value? She’s clearly shocked somebody has found it.”
A third declared: “This is so cute. I am glad you found her and were able to make arrangements to get it back to her!”
Whilst a fourth TikTok user praised Clara’s actions: “I’ll be sat for the reunion with her hat haha. You’re a gem for finding it and being genuinely as generous returning it to her!”
Earlier this month, Cynthia and Ariana revealed they’ve got matching tattoos in time for the release of sequel, Wicked: For Good on November 21.
Ariana took to her Instagram page to share a photo of her and Cynthia’s hands with the inscription ‘For Good’ written in a simple black font under their thumbs.

New Zealand’s men came from behind to beat Samoa in the Pacific Championships final – while Australia retained the women’s title in dominant fashion.
The Kiwis scored 30 unanswered points in the second half to triumph 36-14 in Parramatta, Australia – and provide a fitting send-off for Kieran Foran in his final match as a professional.
Veteran half-back Foran, 35, was playing his 34th and final Test match as he brought a 16-year international career to an end.
And he played a key role as New Zealand won the men’s title for the second time in three years.
Julia Robinson starred with two of Australia’s seven tries as they beat New Zealand 40-8 in the women’s final at Parramatta’s Western Sydney Stadium.
The Jillaroos – who started their year with a 90-4 victory over England in Las Vegas in March – underlined their status as world number ones.

World champions Australia were not involved in the men’s Pacific Championships because of their commitment to touring England.
And Samoa – beaten by the Kangaroos in the World Cup final at Old Trafford three years ago – were hopeful of a first international trophy when they led New Zealand 12-0 thanks to tries from Brian To’o and Simi Sasagi.
But the Kiwis responded through Naufahu Whyte to trail 14-6 at the break, and then produced five unanswered tries in the second half.
Interchange forwards Whyte and Erin Clark were key to the comeback, along with Foran and man of the match Dylan Brown.
Foran and stand-off Brown combined to send over Isaiah Papali’i for the first of his two tries shortly after half-time.
After a Jamayne Isaako penalty levelled the scores, New Zealand stepped up the pace and Clark, Casey McLean, Papali’i and Charnze Nicoll-Klokstad ran in tries against the tiring Samoans, to the delight of the retiring Foran.
“I wanted it so badly for New Zealand,” Foran said. “It has meant so much to me playing for my country.”

Australia’s women conceded only four points on the way to winning last year’s Pacific Championship title – and no-one has been able to shake their dominance this time.
New Zealand did test them in the group stage, only losing 10-4 in a tight match in Auckland.
But the Jillaroos, who began the tournament with a 60-0 over Samoa, were comfortable 40-8 winners in the final.
They led 24-0 after 33 minutes, and were never seriously troubled even when Shanice Parker and Tysha Ikenasio pulled two tries back for New Zealand after half-time.
Olivia Kernick’s third-minute try set Australia on their way, with Robinson leaping spectacularly to pull a Jesse Southwell crossfield kick out of the air to go over for the first of her two scores.

Strictly Come Dancing professional dancer Amy Dowden has returned home following her second surgery after her breast cancer diagnosis in time to watch the show with her family

Strictly Come Dancing star Amy Dowden returned home from surgery in time to watch the show on Saturday. The professional dancer underwent a second mastectomy this week after she was diagnosed with breast cancer in May 2023.
Since her diagnosis, Amy, 35, has already had a mastectomy and chemotherapy, and almost died when she fell ill with sepsis. She explained earlier this week that she would be undergoing the second operation, before updating fans sharing a picture of herself at home in her pyjamas with a lymphatic drain attached to the operation site, sipping a cup of tea.
Amy also shared a second picture where she was surrounded by her family and friends for a selfie as they watched the TV. She captioned her post: “Home, resting up, still got my drain in but rrrrrready for the best entertainment and medicine there is for me…..
“Good luck everyone. Cheering you all on from home! Lots of luck and love xxxxx.” Amy was flooded with comments from well-wishers on the post including a message from Strictly host Claudia Winkleman who added three red heart emojis.
Earlier in the week Amy shared a post from her hospital bed following her surgery as she was watching the Celebrity Traitors final. Her husband, Ben, was at her side along with other members of family as she began her recovery.
At the time she shared: “Surgery went well and lots of sleep and resting up. Hubby & Family have been looking after me and the besties have turned up with the goods and nothing is stopping us from watching the traitors …keeping the tradition going.”
Amy announced in February 2024 that she had no evidence of cancer in her system anymore after her gruelling treatment regimen, but the all clear would not come for five years as she continued with hormone therapy. She then shared that she would be getting a second mastectomy on Monday.
She wrote: “As you all know I’ve always been very open about my health and the care I receive. So I’d like to start by being clear what I am about to share is not to treat a new cancer diagnosis. However following a recent appointment with my incredible medical team, we’ve decided that I’ll be having another mastectomy this week. They’re confident that, all going well, I can expect a straightforward recovery.
“Once I have healed I look forward to rejoining my Strictly family. Of course I’m going to miss not being there so much but I will be watching from home and look forward to cheering everyone on. Thank you always for all the support. Welsh love Amy xxx.”
Last month Amy admitted feeling she was “letting down” fellow cancer sufferers after she and Apprentice star Thomas Skinner were the first to be voted off this series of strictly.

Speaking at the Women of the Year Awards at the Royal Lancaster hotel in London she said: “I’m gutted to be out of the competition because I really wanted to represent cancer survivors – and I feel like I’ve let them down.”
She added to the Daily Mail: “I wanted Thomas to go far but, selfishly, I wanted to do it for the cancer community. Since my diagnosis, I came back, got pulled out, came back again and then finished last.”
Lionel Messi scored two goals and assisted on two by Tadeo Allende to spark Inter Miami in a 4-0 rout of Nashville on Saturday to advance in the MLS Cup playoffs.
Argentine icon Messi opened the scoring in the 10th minute, added another goal in the 39th and set up compatriot Allende’s goals in the 73rd and 76th that sealed Miami’s triumph.
“I want to congratulate Leo for the game he played,” Miami coach Javier Mascherano said. “He was the first one who guided us in high pressure. To see him press like that at 38 years old is crazy. We all know about Leo with the ball, but what happened with Leo without the ball today was impressive.”
Inter Miami won the best-of-three Eastern Conference first-round series 2-1 to book a second-round match against FC Cincinnati, who defeated Columbus 2-1 in another series-deciding encounter.

“The team played an almost perfect game,” Mascherano said. “There are always things to improve, but we were at a very high level in all lines, very intense from the first minute, very organized and very good in high pressure.”
Eight-time Ballon d’Or winner Messi ensured Miami would avoid a third first-round exit in four seasons after having fallen to Atlanta last year and New York City in 2022.
“It would have been very unfair to be eliminated at this stage,” Mascherano said. “What happened last year it had remained a bit in the atmosphere and you could feel that fear that it could happen again. And now there is nothing better than looking forward.”
In the night’s other match, 10-man Minnesota United rallied to eliminate Seattle 7-6 on penalty kicks after playing to a 3-3 draw in a Western Conference thriller, booking a second round match against Sunday’s winner between Portland and San Diego.
Miami striker Luis Suarez was absent, suspended one game by MLS for violent conduct in last week’s loss at Nashville.

MLS season goal-scoring leader Messi took a deflected ball, ran to the top of the box and fired a left-footed shot into the lower right corner.
Messi doubled the margin when he fired home a left-footed shot from just outside the box off a pass from Argentine teen rookie Mateo Silvetti.
Allende’s first goal was from point blank range off passes from Messi and Jordi Alba. He then took a long pass from Messi and chipped a high ball into the net.
At Cincinnati, Canadian Jacen Russell-Rowe gave Columbus a 1-0 lead in the 61st minute but Brazilian striker Brenner Souza answered in the 67th and 86th to send Cincinnati into a second-round home match against Miami.
“It’s going to be a very tough conference semifinal,” Mascherano said. “We were below in the regular season but in the second leg we played here I was left with very good feelings.”
Minnesota moves on

At Minnesota, the series was not decided until the 10th round of penalties when Seattle goalkeeper Andrew Thomas, injured making a save in the opening round after being inserted for the shootout, clanged the ball off the crossbar.
Seattle equalized at 3-3 on a goal by Jordan Morris in the 88th minute but when the penalty shootout arrived, the Sounders replaced keeper Stefan Frei for backup Thomas.
Minnesota’s Joaquin Pereyra missed the first penalty kick wide right and Thomas hurt a hand diving for the ball but stayed in the match.
Morris hit the crossbar in the second round and in sudden-death rounds Thomas made two saves but Seattle missed both chances to win, Obed Vargas hitting the left post and Osaze De Rosario’s shot being saved by Minnesota’s Dayne St. Clair.
