NDLEA Uncovers Secret Colorado Factory In Lagos, Arrests 30-Year-Old Owner

A secret laboratory used inside a residential building in the Isolo region of Lagos State, where colorado, a potent synthetic strain of cannabis, is being produced has been discovered by the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA).

Femi Babafemi, the NDLEA director of media and advocacy, made this known in a statement on Sunday.

He claimed that Stephen Imoh, the laboratory’s 30-year-old owner, was detained in a raid after months of surveillance and intelligence gathering regarding the local production of the psychoactive substance.

The breakthrough, according to Babafemi, came after operatives discovered several Colorado consignments in March and May 2025, suggesting that the substance was being produced locally.

The suspect’s possession of 16.2 kg of freshly cooked Colos, 1.7 kg of adb-chmnaca cannabinol, 4.5 kg of potassium carbonate, and 91 litres of dibromo butane, all contained substances used to make synthetic cannabis.

The 30-year-old lab owner, Stephen Kelechi Imoh, was arrested in a secret laboratory run by the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA) officers who found a controlled production facility where Colorado, a synthetic strain of cannabis is being produced in a residential building in Ajao estate, Isolo Lagos.

The discovery came after NDLEA officers intercepted shipment of freshly produced Colos in Lagos in March and May 2025, suggesting that the dangerous psychoactive substance had been imported into the nation and was now being produced locally, the statement read.

The effort paid off on October 30th, 2025 when NDLEA officers raided a residential apartment in the Ajao estate in Lagos to prepare Colos, a cannabis strain made from the psychoactive plant and a variety of chemicals.

“Recovered from the apartment include: freshly cooked Colos that are 16.2 kilograms, ADB-CHMNACA cannabinol (1. 7 kg), Potassium carbonate (4. 5 kg), and dibromobutane (91 litres).

Kerry Katona’s ‘skeletons’ laid bare as she admits that she ‘just wanted to get away’

In an interview, Kerry Katona, who recently appeared in a new BBC documentary series, Girlbands Forever, said she merely wanted to entertain and “inspire” people.

Kerry Katona has opened up about how there were “so many skeletons” in her closet and how she “just wanted to get away from it all” in a candid chat about her life. In a recent interview, the former Atomic Kitten star was probed about what she meant by a statement she made in a new BBC documentary series, Girlbands Forever, that fame is a “really f****d up thing”.

Kerry, who’s been touring with long-time friend Katie Price, reiterated her point that “it is”, as she described how she’d simply wanted to entertain, “make people happy”, and “inspire”.

The 45-year-old I’m A Celeb winner also claimed that people believe you’re “mega rich” when you become famous, but she suggested that this wasn’t the case for her, noting that it’s a “really lonely world”.

Kerry told the Observer: “They said we got a £1.5m record deal – well, I walked away with 36 grand in my bank. I didn’t get any of that kind of money! It’s a really lonely world.”

She continued, “I started dating Brian (McFadden), then there were so many skeletons in my closet: being in foster homes, working in the glamour modeling, and my mother’s sexuality. That kind of attention didn’t appeal to me.

I simply wanted to get away from it all when I had Molly’s pregnancy. I received a No 1 award, and I’m forever grateful for that, but I had no idea how to handle it. I had a suicidal idea. I turned to drugs.

The new three-part show, which delves into the world of girl bands from the 90s to the 2010s, reportedly explores the challenges faced by these legendary groups.

In other news, Kerry, who is currently dating Paolo Margaglione (whom she met on Celebs Go Dating), recently addressed some fake pregnancy news in her column for New Magazine, revealing that it was created by AI.

Paolo and I suffered from AI last week when someone created a ridiculous fake pregnancy reveal photo of us holding a baby scan.

“I actually had high hopes after seeing it!” Despite the jokes, I believe it’s a little too insensitive to make those things. I’m a 45-year-old woman who would genuinely like to have a second child, but I’m not sure if it will happen.

She added that AI “in that sense” is “getting out of hand”, adding that she would have loved the picture to have been real and will continue to hope that it “does happen”, but at present, she’s “definitely not pregnant”.

Kerry has also stated that she hopes the new relationship “works,” but that she will “never forget this feeling.”

Wolves Sack Pereira After Winless Premier League Start

After losing their first 10 Premier League games, Wolves fired head coach Vitor Pereira on Sunday.

After guiding the Wanderers to safety last season, Pereira announced a new three-year deal in September.

However, the club’s eight-year tenure in the top flight is seriously in jeopardized by a return of just two points this campaign.

Wolves are eight points adrift of safety at the bottom of the table after falling to Fulham with a 3-0 defeat on Saturday.

After a season without wins, Wolves have parted ways with head coach Vitor Pereira, according to a statement from the club.

Pereira and his coaches “made an immediate impact” when they arrived at Molineux last December, helping the team win the Premier League season for the second half.

However, this term’s results and performances fell short of acceptable standards, and as a result, a leadership change was deemed necessary.

After finishing 16th last year, Pereira had to deal with losing Matheus Cunha to Manchester United, and Rayan Ait-Nouri and Nelson Semedo both left for Manchester City and Fenerbahc, respectively.

Fans have been expressing frustration with Chinese owners Fosun for some time over a rumored lack of investment in the squad.

In his early years in charge, Pereira had become a popular figure and would frequently celebrate victories with supporters in nearby Molineux.

Following last weekend’s 3-2 defeat to Burnley, he was forced to be escorted away from an angry confrontation with supporters because that relationship had soured this season.

‘Borthwick played a blinder with bench selection’

BBB Sport

Steve Borthwick and his players have never touched on it, but the Australian Rugby World Cup is just two years away.

Given England’s impressive strength and depth, a small number of players will play a lot of rugby over the next two years and still won’t be chosen.

Borthwick, who gave a nod to the stars of the successful summer tour to Argentina, was the starting choice for Saturday’s 25-7 victory over Australia.

When you have benches like England’s, which featured six tourists from the British and Irish Lions, you are talking about the highest echelons of international team sports.

England hasn’t had a bench like that for a very long time.

Borthwick consistently plays with that much power on the bench because you need that skill, experience, and finesse from the beginning of the game when you play against better opponents.

If you are Australia and witness a Lions front row of Ellis Genge, Luke Cowan-Dickie, and Will Stuart, you are thinking, “oh, goodness,” after all that graft in the first 60 minutes.

You also possess Henry Pollock’s individual skill and ability to grab a ball with one hand and be in the right place at the right moment to score a crucial try.

It is a fantastic tool, and it is now being used with such a clever and effective strategy.

There is just something a little bit different about the make-up, the talent, the willingness to be a part of the extended squad, and the culture within it when you look at this England squad, which we have been saying for a while.

Everyone is eager to see and take pleasure in England’s current success.

To be very successful at World Cups, the hooker, number eight, scrum-half, fly-half, inside center, and full-back are frequently very key positions.

It will be interesting to see how Borthwick plays it this autumn if those positions consistently indicate that they are prepared to advance to the World Cup.

Tommy Freeman has had a really good start to his Test career at age 13 despite the fact that the fly-half and full-back positions are still very much up for grabs and a little in the middle.

Perhaps the best course of action would be to have two or three fly-halves for various oppositions and styles. The back row can be compared to the front row.

Leadership that is “softer” and “quieter” may have helped.

Maro Itoje celebrating against Australia Getty Images

During this eight-game winning run, something clicked, perhaps due to senior leadership.

It might be something Maro Itoje, who was only appointed captain in January, is referring to as skipper.

Jamie George and George Ford’s presence has also helped that.

Although I don’t mean to insult Owen Farrell, Ford and George both have very different leadership styles from Farrell.

Maybe Itoje, George, and Ford’s softer, more composed leadership is allowing the players to learn more?

The coaches and management team will take into account so many variables to determine what this squad’s best performance will be.

England is now able to “apply pressure” on the best players in the world.

The team’s and its players’ confidence will depend on the outcome of the next three games against Fiji, New Zealand, and Argentina.

As players become more confident in expressing themselves in different ways over the course of the next two years and the Allianz Stadium becomes a fortress, that confidence will naturally translate into their performances away from home.

Will you know that you can defeat France in a Grand Slam match in Paris?

If England’s players are successful in advancing up the world rankings after winning the following three games, there might be an opportunity for the England management to use some pressure on them.

In contrast to previous years filled with doubts about leadership or a lack of confidence in some areas, the team could be moved forward in a different way given that the team would have won 11 games in a row.

To help them advance in the world game, the focus will be on teamwork and top-notch performance rather than just excuses.

Quietly, it is important to know where England would be in the eyes of Scotland, Wales, Italy, Ireland, and France if they won the next three games.

It might change how people perceive and interpret playing England, something that other teams haven’t done for a while.
