South Africa overpowered Argentina at Allianz Stadium to win back-to-back Rugby World Cups for the first time.

Because of their superior points difference, the Springboks knew any victory in London would be enough to win the title after their earlier victory over Australia earlier on Saturday.

The Pumas led 13-10 at half-time with an opening try from Bautista Delguy.

However, after the break, the world champions regained control and added to Cobus Reinach’s first-half try with a Malcolm Marx score.

Before Delguy intercepted the ball and ran away for his second try, Reinach and Marx each scored another try to extend the lead.

As Argentina, the home team for the match, chose to play at Allianz Stadium in front of a crowd of 70 or 360 people, which was their highest ever attendance of the year.

In the final play of the game, replacement wing Rodrigo Isgro stepped down after taking a cross-field kick to earn a losing bonus point.

Despite picking up impressive wins over New Zealand and Australia, Felipe Contepomi’s side finished bottom of the Rugby World Cup for the first time since 2022.

The All Blacks’ record defeat was one of the first three championship games that Rassie Erasmus’ side won, but they won three straight.

It was fitting to be crowned champions once more in front of a sizable crowd, which included England’s South African expat population.

Strictly star Dianne Buswell says ‘I can’t believe this’ as fans make cruel complaint

After revealing that she’s pregnant, the Strictly Come Dancing star has been flaunting her baby bump, but some viewers have even made harsh comments.

She may have made history by being the first professional dancer to perform on Strictly Come Dancing while pregnant, but Dianne Buswell has faced some tough criticism from certain fans.

The professional ballroom dancer has received a lot of support after revealing her pregnancy while competing on the 2025 series of Strictly, but not everyone agrees that she should be taking part.

Dianne has been proudly showing off her growing bump after sharing that she is expecting a little boy with partner Joe Sugg in 2026. And she confirmed that she would still be going ahead with the competition with celebrity dance partner Neighbours actor Stefan Dennis.

After Dianne became the first woman to compete in a pregnancy, the pair have even named themselves the “Australian dream team.”

But not all fans were impressed and some have even cruelly suggested that she should drop out of the competition because she’s pregnant. The 36-year-old mum-to-be gave an update to her Instagram Stories on Wednesday evening where she shared one of the many negative comments that she had received.

It stated that “she’s only beginning to show,” and that she shouldn’t dance because she already feels uncomfortable. It is inappropriate. I can’t believe that things like this are still being said in 2025, Dianne wrote in response to the post.

Then in her next Story, the professional dancer shared a comment from one of her Instagram followers, who was being more supportive of Dianne, the Express reports.

They claimed Dianne’s dancing while she was a pregnant woman was “nothing short of magical and beautiful.” She re-shared the post with some love heart emojis, which added that she is “inspirational and incredible.”

The 36-year-old Australian professional confirmed earlier this month that YouTuber Joe Sugg and she are expecting their first child. Since then, her supporters have been questioning her decision to continue giving some of the show’s more difficult lifts.

Dianne explained exactly what her doctor had told her following her pregnancy announcement in an interview with comedian Chris McCausland on his podcast Winning Isn’t Everything.

Because we performed a lot of lifts with high impact, she said. I’ll admit it, but I’m still doing everything I did before. There will undoubtedly be a little more caution with lifts, of course.

However, my doctor assured me that everything is normal. He said that essentially, if you’ve already done it, such as if you’ve done lifts, this, that, you’ve done it, then you should keep doing it.

He said that because you’ve danced since you’ve been five, your body has been designed to do it. You shouldn’t stop doing what he said. You just need to be careful with lifting because it’s so obvious.

Caprice Bourret issues stark warning over weight-loss jabs after terrifying side effects

After experiencing severe side effects, including dizziness, nausea, and heart palpitations, supermodel Caprice Bourret has cautioned people about weight-loss injections.

Caprice Bourret has spoken out about the dangers of weight-loss injections after experiencing severe side effects from Mounjaro.

The 53-year-old model, who is well known for her distinguished career in fashion and television, claimed she turned to the injection after gaining 20 pounds last year, going from an 8 to a 12. Caprice claimed that she struggled physically and emotionally as a result of her weight gain.

The model blared, “My health was deteriorating and I was feeling really bad about myself.” I huff and puff like a baby when I step up the stairs. When I jumped out of bed, the extra weight made my back, joints, and back hurt and stiff. I became aware that my immunity was deteriorating as I became ill more frequently.

She explained that she had gotten more fit after cutting out of her regular diet and drinking red wine and chocolate. According to Bourret, losing weight naturally turned out to be very challenging due to the menopause.

Her doctor gave her a “microdose” of Mounjaro, but Caprice quickly realized the side effects were too much for her to handle. It was terrible. My stomach hurts now. She said, “It made me feel lightheaded and dizzy, but I kept going because I needed to lose weight.”

She added that she began experiencing heart palpitations, which she described as alarming for someone her age. “Then I started having these weird heart palpitations. Who has that at 53? I was too young for what was going on,” the model told The Sun.

Caprice stopped the injection after losing only five pounds in two months, switching to a strict diet, cutting out processed sugar and carbohydrates, to lose the weight naturally.

She also revealed that several friends who have used Ozempic or Mounjaro have experienced side effects like hair loss and skin loss.

Your skin changes and loosens when you take Mounjaro for a long time. I witnessed it with some friends. You might think you’ll avoid it, but you don’t, she said. Some of them even lost their hair because their bodies were being starved.

She urged caution, stressing that while losing weight naturally is more difficult, it is also safer over the long run. Ozempic is not approved for weight loss, but it should only be used by people with diabetes to reduce their symptoms.

Caprice, who was born and raised in Hacienda Heights, Los Angeles, left home when she was 17 to pursue modeling in New York. After wearing a daring Versace lace dress at the 1990s, she quickly gained notoriety and made a name for herself on magazine covers.

She later founded her own production company, JJLove Productions, named after her sons Jett and Jax, and established a successful lingerie empire and property portfolio.

The model continues to work across fashion and film, with her latest movie, A Scottish Christmas Secret, set to air on Channel 5 later this year.

Caprice has stated that while working on her professional projects, she continues to be committed to health and wellness despite the difficulties of menopause and natural aging.

How to choose your favorite Strictly Come Dancing pair

Fans divided over a major change to the BBC show’s voting system earlier this week.

This has since been discontinued after years of supporters being able to cast ballots through a premium-rate phone number. Fans of Strictly Come Dancing will now have to cast their votes online instead, it has been announced.

To vote online on the BBC, viewers must register through the BBC website.

The voting process for your favorite couple (Guy Levy/BBC/PA Wire) has been significantly changed.

Amanda Holden says daughter’s ‘all teed up’ to land TV presenting job after nepotism fury

Amanda Holden, the judge of Britain’s Got Talent, has refuted claims that her children are ” nepo babies,” despite her daughter being paired up for a presenting position.

Amanda Holden has refuted claims that her children are “nepo babies” ahead of this weekend’s broadcast of The Celebrity Inner Circle on BBC One.

The BGT judge insists that her daughters aren’t actually famous, despite the fact that Lexi’s frequent appearances at prestigious red carpet events with her may have secured the 19-year-old a deal with prestigious modelling agency Storm.

“It’s so weird,” Amanda told Closer Magazine, “they’ve sort of grown up with it all. They’ve come to Britain’s Got Talent and I wish I could say they were really excited and super thrilled by it all, but they’re just not.”

Amanda has since revealed that she would love for Hollie, her 13-year-old daughter, to perform a special children’s version of The Inner Circle, revealing: “Hollie came and stood on the podium and did my job and loved it. I’ve got her all tucked up for the junior version. For that, she would be a fantastic presenter.

Amanda, in contrast, has acknowledged that giving her children a boost is not inappropriate. She said she was eager to help Lexi “get in somewhere.”

Because my mother knew the fruit and vegetable guy, she recalls getting a job in a fruit and vegetable shop when I was younger. You’ll do whatever you can if you know someone who can assist your child in getting in.

Amanda has expressed her disapproval of those who label her daughters as “nepo babies” due to the nature of the entertainment sector: “The term nepo” can be used in showbiz, but it’s unfair that it’s been used.

The actress argued that her daughters are “carrying out their own paths” based on their skills, adding that “they must have talent, backbone, and work to succeed.”

For instance, Lexi has recently enhanced her own public image by sharing photos from a topless glamour shoot on her Instagram page.

She also took part in a catwalk show at London Fashion Week last year, confessing, “I was absolutely terrified but I enjoyed the entire experience.”

Amanda expressed her and husband Chris Hughes’ joy at seeing their daughter embark on a modeling career. “We couldn’t have been more proud of our daughter walking in her first LFW show,” she said.

She worked really hard with her A-levels, and she got herself into a top university, according to the author. This year has been a significant one for her. Her little sister Hollie inspires her tremendously, and Chris and I adore her dearly. For her, it’s a wonderful moment.

Strictly Come Dancing’s Craig Revel Horwood’s very bitter feud with professional star

Craig Revel Horwood is open to criticism whenever he feels, but his actions on BBC’s Strictly Come Dancing put him in hot water with a professional dancer.

Craig Revel Horwood might be best known for his snappy comments towards Strictly’s celebrity contestants, but it was one former professional on the show that he had a real falling out with. The sharp-tongued judge on the BBC show isn’t afraid to speak his mind, and it landed him in a bitter dispute with former star Brendan Cole.

Fans enjoyed watching the pair, who used to shoot each other at each other frequently. However, it is said that as the years progressed, it developed into a “hatred.”

Brendan has left the audience’s delight while Craig is still snapping at contestants. He will be remembered as the first-ever professional to win the BBC show and a fundamental part of the structure of Strictly Come Dancing. He and Natasha Kaplinsky, both newsreaders and presenters, shared the Glitterball trophy in the first season.

He left the show after 15 years, but it’s unlikely he’ll be able to keep in touch with his adversary. Craig and Brendan frequently exchanged verbal exchanges.

This dated back to 2009 entirely. When Craig cruelly compared Jo Wood to “a bush kangaroo,” it irritated Brendan, her dance partner.

With his comment leaving Jo visibly upset, Brendan jumped to her defence and placed a comforting arm around her as he led her away. Even former show host Bruce Forsyth called the comment “too personal” at the time.

The pair continued until Brendan learned that his contract wasn’t being renewed in 2018. And it appeared Craig’s decision was in his best interest, who argued that the show “will be better” without him.

Craig claimed that the star’s outbursts cost him when he opened up about his thoughts. Craig said, “More fool him, than I did at the launch of US rockstar Meatloaf’s Bat Out Of Hell musical in London’s West End.”

He claims that “the show has done him a miracle.” It has a wonderful effect on us all. It’s been fantastic. Never would I have a complaint about it. We now have a platform from which to stand. How many people in their lives have jobs that will last for 15 years? not many . “Be thankful.

And despite previously trying to make amends with the dancer, Craig simply admitted in a chat to Kate Thornton: “We hated each other.” When it comes to this year’s competition, the pair once again have completely different opinions.

Brendan recently acknowledged that he disagrees with Craig’s assessment of the potential winner for this year. During the launch show, Craig was asked which of his favorites, and the straight-talking judge responded, “I can probably tell you who won’t win darling, but I think the ladies are quite strong this competition – they look like that so far. “

However, Brendan later noted, in a conversation with Sky Vegas, that she didn’t quite understand what Craig Revel-Horwood was saying there because she didn’t think the women were particularly dance-able. People like Lewis Cope and Harry Aikines-Aryeetey (Nitro) were the strength I saw.
