Jack Osbourne’s siblings from sister that fled family home to adopted brother

As the world mourns the passing of his famous father, Jack Osbourne is set to make another appearance on television this weekend.

The Osbourne family is mourning the loss of their beloved patriarch, rock legend Ozzy Osbourne, who sadly passed away at 76 on 22 July.

Jack, Ozzy’s youngest son, will make a comeback to television as they deal with their grief as he competes in the fifth season of ITV’s Cooking with the Stars, a celebrity cooking program.

The programme, hosted by Emma Willis and Tom Allen, was pre-recorded before Ozzy’s untimely death. Jack will be competing against a host of famous faces including Love Island’s Ekin-Su, EastEnders’ Natalie Cassidy and former footballer Shaun Wright-Phillips.

The celebrities are assigned to a culinary expert to help them through each round, but those with the lowest scores are given the opportunity to compete against their mentors, who are confined to the sidelines.

In a cruel twist, the mentors of those in the bottom two will have to endure a blind taste test to decide who progresses to the next round, potentially sending their own protege packing. Jack, a familiar face on television, is set to appear on the show this Sunday, 3rd August, at 8pm on ITV1, reports the Express.

The rockstar has six children throughout his life, despite the best efforts of many, including Kelly, who is well known as his sister from MTV’s At Home with the Osbournes.

The Black Sabbath icon had previously been married before Sharon and Ozzy said, “I do.” Before they tied the knot and welcomed two biological children, Jessica, 53, and Louis, 50, he met his first wife Thelma Riley in a Birmingham nightclub.

When Thelma met the lead singer, Elliot, age 5, from a previous relationship, she was already a mother. Elliot would later be adopted and raised by Ozzy.

The three children’s fond childhood memories of their daredevil father are unfavorable. When Ozzy is questioned about Louis and Jessica’s birthdays in a 2011 documentary, he forgets the day of each of their births.

In the same episode, Louis revealed details about growing up with Ozzy: “When he was around and he wasn’t [drunk], he was a great father. That was actually a little uncommon. I just recall him being drunk, random s**t, driving cars across fields, and stuff like that.

He acknowledged in the documentary that “it’s not good for family life, really.” I don’t recall being snorted or taken in a bath by his older sister, Jessica, or anything similar. Never on a sports day, school trip, or parents’ evening, I wouldn’t say he was there for us. No, he wasn’t like that.

Ozzy and Thelma divorced in 1982, and he married Sharon, his manager at the time.

Aimee and Kelly welcomed their second daughter Kelly on October 27, 1984, and their first child was born on September 2, 1983, one and a half months later. On November 8, 1985, they gave birth to their youngest child, Jack.

Whilst many fans know two of Sharon and Ozzy’s offspring – Jack and Kelly – Aimee chose to stay out of the spotlight when the former X Factor judge decided to allow MTV’s cameras into their home. Refusing to participate in filming, she left the family residence in the early 2000s to pursue her own musical career, performing under her initials ARO.

She questioned her decision to leave the Independent in a previous interview. She told the magazine, “I still felt like I was trying to figure out who I was in the chaos of my family life, so why on earth would I want that portrayed on television?” I also wanted to safeguard my siblings, my parents, and myself. They had a lot of impressions, but they were very young.

In a 2008 interview with the same publication, Aimee defended her decision: “I’m not some weirdo depressed daughter that’s afraid of the world and locks herself in her room all day. I just didn’t choose to do the show. I want to be a singer, and I felt if I’d stayed with the Osbournes and done the whole thing I would have been typecast right away.

Sharon and I certainly had difficult conversations over disagreements. My private life is very important to me because I’m more reserved. The two daughters of Sharon were actually separated from one another in 2021 when it became known. On the Dax Shepard podcast, Kelly discussed her relationship with Aimee and said, “We don’t talk. Simply put, we are very different. She and I have two disagreements.

Aimee and Jack’s younger brother Jack co-own Osbourne Media, which they both co-own, so it seems like they have a much stronger bond than the two sisters, despite the tension between them.

Tens of thousands protest Israel’s war on Gaza in Australia’s Sydney

In the Gaza Strip, where a humanitarian crisis of man-made starvation has been worsening as a result of Israel’s punishing blockade, tens of thousands of demonstrators have marched across the Sydney Harbour Bridge in Australia to demand aid be delivered.

Pro-Palestinian protesters marched across the bridge on Sunday, chanting “Ceasefire Now” and “Free Palestine.” They withstand strong winds and rain. Some marchgoers carried pots and pans as reminders of Gaza’s forced starvation, which the organizers dubbed the “March for Humanity.”

On August 3, 2025, David Gray/AFP) protesters including WikiLeaks founder Julian Assange (third from left, wearing a red tie) cross the Sydney Harbour Bridge during a pro-Palestinian rally in Sydney, Australia.

A joint statement from Australia and more than a dozen other countries expressed the “willingness or the positive consideration… to recognize the state of Palestine as an essential step towards the two-State solution” less than a week after the protest.

In recent weeks, France, Britain, and Canada have expressed their intentions to diplomatically recognize a Palestinian state because the Gaza hunger crisis has become more of an international concern and criticism.

According to the most recent figures from the Gaza Health Ministry, at least 175 people have died in the territory from starvation and malnutrition since Israel launched its assault on Gaza following the Hamas-led attacks on southern Israel in October 2023.

Australia has urged a resolution to the Gaza war, but it has so far avoided appointing a Palestinian state.

Up to 90, 000 people may have been present at the protest, according to police, while Palestine Action Group Sydney, the protest’s organizer, claimed in a Facebook post that up to 300, 000 people may have marched.

Marchers ranged from elderly to young-child-friendly families. Julian Assange, the founder of WikiLeaks, was one of them, who did not address the crowd or speak to the media.

The left-wing Greens party’s New South Wales senator Mehreen Faruqi addressed the crowd at Lang Park in central Sydney, calling for the “honest sanctions against Israel” and accusing its forces of “massacring” Palestinians.

Author of The Palestine Laboratory, a book about the Israeli arms and surveillance industry, Antony Loewenstein, who spoke at the rally, told Al Jazeera that protesters are “outraged” both by the Australian government’s “complicity” and what Israel is doing in Gaza.

According to Loewenstein, Australia has been a part of the global supply chain for the F-35 fighter jets that Israel has been using to attack the besieged territory for many years, including since the start of the war.

Oasis fan plunges to his death from top tier of Wembley stadium at sold-out show

At the band’s sold-out concert at Wembley Stadium last night, an Oasis fan tragically plunged to his death as a result of what witnesses called the “horrific” scene.

The man, who is in his 40s, is thought to have sat in the stadium’s upper tier when he fell. The man was quickly reached by emergency services, but sadly he was later declared dead. At 10.19pm, the Met Police confirmed officers arrived on the scene of an injured person toward the band’s reunion show.

The Met has been contacted by any witnesses and concertgoers with information about the tragedy, according to police who stated that officers at Wembley had located the man with “injuries consistent with a fall.”

A horrified concertgoer posted their account on Facebook, writing, “Anyone else witness the guy drop from the upper tier last night?”

After witnessing the tragic incident, another Oasis fan responded, calling it “panic attack.” They said: “I was block 502 row 32. Never have I ever experienced such a complication. I reached my seat, and it was a complete panic attack unlike any other.

I was crying and shaking. Due to the high demand for the show, I was so afraid to descend and have to go back up. However, Wembley moved me to block 501 row 8 because of the state I was in. Nowhere near as steep as it is going up. I felt so blessed.

A lower-tier concertgoer described witnessing emergency personnel rush to the spot where the fan’s concrete hit after the plunge. I was directly beneath section 211, she wrote.

“At first glance, I thought it was a coat falling from the above tier, but I later realized the bloke was on the concrete.” It was horrifying to watch.

A concert goer was found with injuries consistent with a fall, according to a Wembley Stadium spokesperson. The fan tragically passed away despite their efforts.

Our thoughts are with his family, who has been informed and being supported by specially trained police officers. Anyone who witnessed the incident is asked to contact the police. The Oasis concert will continue as planned tonight.

The Mirror has contacted Oasis’ Metropolitan Police and Oasis representatives for comment.

Coronation Street’s next landlady ‘revealed’ as returning legend ahead of Jenny’s exit

Sally Ann Matthews, Corrie’s Sally Ann, announced her exit from the ITV soap recently, and there is now rumor that a returning star might own the Rovers Return.

The next owner of the Rovers Return on Coronation Street will reportedly be a returning character. The news comes after it was announced that actor Sally Ann Matthews, who plays landlady Jenny Connor, is set to leave the ITV show.

It’s been claimed that former cast member Catherine Tyldesley, 41, will be reprising her role as Eva Price, who will take over the pub. It would mark her return after a seven year absence, with her last seen in Weatherfield in 2018.

Catherine is said to begin filming her return later this month ahead of viewers seeing the scenes in the autumn. It comes after ITV fans accuse Alan Titchmarsh of ‘ruining’ garden as foster parents were left sobbing.

According to reports, Catherine has been persuaded to return with the promise of significant character development. Eva and her daughter Susie moved to France in 2018 after leaving Weatherfield in a taxi.

Catherine agreed to move back to Corrie earlier this year, according to the Sun. The outlet further details that she will begin filming Eva’s comeback the following week and that her first scenes will likely be broadcast sometime in the fall.

One of the biggest jobs in soap, according to a source, is being played by the Rovers Return barlady. Additionally, they added, “Bosses were desperate to get Cath back,” according to the outlet. With her being made the new landlady of the Rovers, they created the ideal plot.

Eva had been rumored to return earlier this year, so it comes as a result. In February, it was reported that Catherine would return to the show, with it being said that the offer was “too good to pass up.”

The actor had previously teased over potentially returning. Whilst on Good Morning Britain just last year, after sparking rumours after reuniting with former co-stars for a birthday celebration, she shared: “I mean, never say never!”

Following this week’s announcement that she’ll be returning to the cast, the news of her apparent return this year comes. Sally, 54, who returned in 2015 after more than 20 years of a break, has been revealed.

She shared the news on Instagram just days ago. Sally, who made her debut as Jenny in 1986, told fans that she hadn’t expected to stay for a decade when she returned. She however said that she wants to take on other roles.

Sally stated in a post earlier this week that she “was supposed to stay for five months, but I ended up staying for ten more because I adored it so much.” However, it’s time to perform those roles I’ve always hoped I would when I’ve “grown up.” Trafford Wharf Road is forever grateful for the memories and endless laughter.

Coronation Street airs on ITV and ITVX starting at 8 p.m. tomorrow night.

We are not scripted, as Paul and Dr. Tara put it in, Anna said, and both on and off the agency construct.

“And for Christine it was very brave that she wanted to dip her toe back into the world of dating and throughout the process of us getting to know her, she realised that perhaps this actually wasn’t quite the right time for her to be doing that and took a great deal of confidence and bravery inside to recognise and actually now is not the right time.”
