Rebecca Loos’ popularity came into sharp focus in 2004 when rumors of an “affair” between her and former England captain David Beckham broke the news.

Rebecca Loos says she has been left with a “big issue” after her explosive affair claims more than two decades ago. The 48-year-old was working as a personal assistant to David Beckham when reports emerged suggesting she was having an “affair” with the footballer.

While the former England captain branded the claims “ludicrous” it launched Rebecca into the spotlight. She subsequently went on to star in a host of reality TV shows, including Celebrity Love Island and The X Factor: Battle of the Stars.

But Rebecca has now been absent from screens since 2008, when she hosted The Podge and Rodge Show on Irish television. She is however now preparing to make a return on Celebrity SAS: Who Dares Wins.

She admits her past means she is used to being in the spotlight, although she accepts it has left one lasting impression on her. Speaking to Closer , she said: “I’m a little bit burnt by what I’ve been through, so I have a big issue trusting.

Because it’s so serious, Celeb SAS was a great show for me to return to. And the production team has done absolutely fantastic, both in terms of what they have said the show will be and what they have promised to do.

Rebecca describes the survivalist program as being “very open and honest.” Rebecca and 13 other famous people are put through the most difficult special forces selection course available, which Rebecca and other celebrities have just finished.

Ahead of the show, Rebecca took part in the Celebrity SAS Mirror Room. There Jason Fox and Chris Oliver questioned her motives for being on the show and asked about the “affair”.

Rebecca responded, “It felt unfair that his (Beckham’s) life continued to blossom and continue to be pretty hell.” I’ve been accused of lying. I’ve had my share of opinions throughout my life, and I’ve definitely grown up with thick skin.

“I believe that the general public has since softened, at least based on what I’ve heard, since the Beckham family’s documentary aired a few years ago.” I believe it is because of social media, which is a double-edged sword, and there is a whole new following out there.

Rebecca’s world changed forever in 2003 after David secured a career-defining transfer to Real Madrid. The-then 26-year-old Rebecca was hired to help him settle into his new life in Spain.

The pair were photographed leaving a nightclub together in September that year, and reports of an affair started to spread. Rebecca claimed the pair had been dating for four months when she sold her story to the News of the World in 2004.

The Beckhams, however, refrained from sharing information. David stated in a statement that “my marriage is very happily married.” My wife and my two children are wonderful.

Although David and Victoria never directly sued Rebecca, they settled in a secret agreement in 2006 after bringing defamation claims against the News of the World. The allegations have always been refuted by David.

This afternoon, Molly-Mae shared a photo of Bambi sat with Tommy, who had his eyes closed, on a plane. She teased in the caption that was included on the post on her Instagram Story earlier today: “Sleep about to abruptly end.”

Bambi was seen on Molly-Mae’s lap in a photo taken on the plane, Tommy also shared. Quality time incoming, he wrote. Then he said, “Excited to be somewhere I haven’t visited before,” over a photo of him and Bambi at an airport.

Since then, he has shared updates from their hotel, including teasing that meals were “staying on plan.” The boxer can be seen smiling as he poses for a selfie in the mirror while Tommy uploads a photo of himself in a gym.

Molly-Mae shared a photo of Tommy and Bambi snuggling up together after they arrived at their destination. Later, she told fans: “My favorite view,” and shared a photo of them lying together on a sun lounger at a water park.

Bambi and Molly-Mae can be seen together on a slide at Aqualantis, according to Molly-Mae’s photo of herself and her. Later, Tommy captured video of the pair splashing into the water together while the pair were on a different slide.

The updates from the family’s holiday comes after Molly-Mae was seen in tears in a recent vlog following a backlash. She addressed the suggestion that she’s “out of touch” after complaining about struggling with parenting lately, including saying she was found a recent motorhome holiday challenging.

She stated to the audience in the video, “I feel like I need to keep my camera open all day so you guys can actually see,” adding that “everything is a huge issue.” Like [Bambi is] screams and can’t even put on like socks and shoes.

Molly-Mae addressed potential critics of her vlogs by saying, “I don’t care who tells me I’m out of touch with reality or how much this stuff is happening on TikTok right now. She remarked, “I don’t care because I won’t talk about it.”

She was criticized after complaining that she hadn’t done anything “fun” over the summer, and the update was made. In a vlog posted last month, she stated, “I said to someone that I am gonna make it to the end of the summer]having] not done one fun thing.”

She continued, “I haven’t socialized in a while. I haven’t engaged in any social or enjoyable activity. I don’t live a life. I don’t live a life. Oh no, that’s not good, is it? Like I literally said, “summer will come to an end, and I won’t have had a good time socializing.” She gave an example of a friend and their children going on a day trip. However, some people made the point that Molly had recently traveled to Wimbledon and, for example, on a motorhome trip to the Isle of Man.

Insiders claim that the BBC is “going in a different direction” controversies, so Chris Hughes won’t be returning to his presenting role on the show’s coverage of the Hundred cricket competition.

Former Love Island star Chris Hughes has reportedly been dropped from his presenting duties with BBC Sport, following his stint on Celebrity Big Brother and romance with Dance Moms star JoJo Siwa.

Chris, 33, has been a well-known face on BBC Sport since 2021.on the BBC’s Hundred cricket competition coverage. In the latest news, Chris has been snubbed from the line-up, as an insider says they are ‘going in a different direction’ just days before the league kicks off.

A BBC insider revealed to The Sun: “Chris has done a good job for four years, but we’re going in a different direction. There will be more focus on the cricket this year, rather than promoting the Hundred as an entertainment show.”

The presenter’s team will be led by former England internationals Alex Hartley and Isa Guha because they are both experts at the sport. Chris Hughes will play the role of Rick Edwards from Radio Five Live.

The Mirror has contacted Chris Hughes’ representatives for comment.

The reality star’s alleged inappropriate behavior by the BBC led to the release of the news after his alleged offensive remarks toward maitlan brown during BBC coverage.

Taking to her Instagram stories to reflect on her life-altering cancer journey, the Strictly Come Dancing professional shared a video from the midst of her treatment two years. The heart-wrenching video saw the 34-year-old star wrote: “Two years ago today, I’ve been reminded.”

“I’m honestly feeling happier, stronger, and healthier than ever. So grateful and just want to remind those who may need it that this too shall pass.” It comes after Amy admitted that she was ‘deluded’ to think she was ready for a Strictly comeback.

In stark contrast to the video clip from her BBC documentary, Amy posted a recent photo of herself looking fit, healthy, and happy during dance rehearsals. Alongside the photo, she wrote: “To now, living my best life in rehearsals.

Be patient, treat yourself well, and keep in mind the victories you’ve made along the way.

“It’s been a long journey and process, and it’s certainly not easy at times, but I’m so glad I persevered, and my love for dance is purged.” Even then, I didn’t realize it was possible.

In April, just before her honeymoon, Amy discovered a lump in her breast and was given the diagnosis of breast cancer in May 2023. When she returned, she sought medical advice, which led to the diagnosis.

Following a health check following her cancer treatment, the much-loved BBC star then received the “no evidence of disease” news from her doctors in February 2024.

Amy sent her followers an encouraging message in another Instagram post about her diagnosis while taking a trip with her twin sister Becky. Some much-needed twin time, the Strictly Come Dancing star wrote.

“We had the perfect little escape – full of sunshine, sangria, beach days, rooftop swims, incredible food, and most importantly, proper quality time together,” she wrote. Amy went on: “After my cancer diagnosis, I promised my family (and myself) that I’d take more downtime. I used to live life at 100mph, saying yes to everything and everyone. But cancer shifts your perspective.

I’ve had incredibly good job opportunities this year, which have been rewarding, and I can’t wait to share them with you soon. Therefore, it is crucial to take some time to slow down.

“These past few days have been the perfect reset and I’m heading into the new season feeling recharged, happy, stronger, and HEALTHIER than ever.” Amy went on to share some good news about her twin sister as she told her followers: “Also bursting with pride for my sister @becky_dowden – she was accepted into her master’s program in midwifery while we were away (yes, while still working full-time in the NHS!).

“I’m so proud of her and loved treating her to a well-deserved break.” She concluded her lengthy caption by sharing her excitement for the upcoming series of Strictly Come Dancing. Amy gushed: “Feeling grateful, grounded, and SO excited for @bbcstrictly rehearsals to start tomorrow. Year 9 – let’s go.”
