Nicola Peltz’s sister shares cryptic message as Beckham family war rages on

The Beckham family are said to be at war with Brooklyn’s wife Nicola Peltz – and her sister Brittany has now weighed in on the drama by sharing a cryptic post

Nicola Peltz’s sister posts cryptic message amid Beckham family war

It’s the family feud everyone is talking about, and it doesn’t look like a ceasefire is happening any time soon, as Nicola Peltz’s sister posts a cryptic post alluding to her sibling’s bitter war with famous in-laws.

The billionaire heiress, 30, and her husband, Brooklyn Beckham, 26, have done little to dispel rumours of a feud with his side of his family over recent weeks.

The couple, who tied the knot in 2022, raised eyebrows back in April when they were noticeably absent from Brooklyn’s dad David Beckham’s 50th birthday celebrations.

Brooklyn, the eldest son of the Manchester United legend and Victoria Beckham, is said to have distanced himself from his parents and siblings over little brother Romeo’s new girlfriend.

His recent joint interview with Nicola seemingly confirmed the tension as the aspiring chef snubbed any mention of his family and writing his father out of the meaning of his hot sauce company’s name.

Insiders say Posh and Becks fear their son is being controlled by his actress wife. Amid the drama, Nicola’s sister Brittany has shared an emotive quote to her Instagram account.

The cryptic quote reads: “How lucky you were that the timing was wrong – because it taught you that the real alignment is never forced, it taught you that the things that are truly meant for you in this life cannot slip through your fingers, or evade you or pass you by. The right things always take root. The right things always reach back.”

In a recent interview, Brooklyn admitted he ignores the online “noise” about him and his wife Nicola. Asked how he protects his relationship in “such a public spotlight”, Brooklyn told Glamour Germany: “Ignore the noise. Keep your head down, work hard, be kind.

“People are always going to talk. What matters is that we’re happy together.” Bates Motel actress Nicola added: “It’s not always easy. On TikTok there are always random stories popping up about us. When I see fake news, my instinct is to shut it down. But it’s not worth it. I just scroll past and move on.”

Nicola, who is the daughter of American billionaire businessman Nelson Peltz and former model Claudia Heffner Peltz, married Brooklyn, in 2022. It’s been reported that the bride was left in tears on her special day thanks to singer Marc Anthony’s comments about mother-in-law Victoria.

Speaking about their wedding day and the moment she said ‘I do’, Nicola told the magazine: “I was so nervous. Saying our vows in front of that many people? Terrifying. Someone told me, ‘Just look at Brooklyn.’ And as soon as I did, the nerves faded.

“When my dad took my hand and said, ‘Are you ready?’ I just started crying. I couldn’t even look at him. I was thinking, My make-up! And when I walked down the aisle, (UK artist) Sekou was singing Songbird live. I still get goosebumps just thinking about it.”

Former aspiring photographer Brooklyn added: “I’m usually chill speaking in front of people, but that day I was a wreck. Nicola kept me waiting for 10 minutes and it felt like forever. But when I saw her, everything else disappeared.”

P Diddy trial LIVE: Woman who claims music mogul dangled her over 17th-story balcony to testify

Day 16 of Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs’ trial kicks off today, with a woman who claims the music mogul dangled her over a 17th-story balcony set to testify today.

His ex-girlfriend is also expected to take to the stand either today or later this week. Jane, who is using a court-approved pseudonym, was allegedly sex-trafficked by the music mogul.

Forensic video expert Frank Piazza is also set to appear as a witness.

The music mogul is currently facing a number of serious charges, including racketeering conspiracy, sex trafficking by force, fraud or coercion and transportation to engage in prostitution. He has denied all allegations against him and has previously made several bail requests, which have been denied.

Bryana Bongolan invokes Fifth Amendment right not to self-incriminate

Witness Bongolan, who sued Diddy after he allegedly dangled her out of a 17th-story balcony, will be testifying under an immunity order like Eddy Garcia and George Kaplan.

The judge will sign the order compelling her to testify. She is set to take to the stand after forensic video expert Frank Piazza.

Judge makes ruling about Jane’s testimony

Judge Arun Subramanian has ruled that exhibits taken into evidence during Jane’s testimony won’t be shown on video in order to protect her identity.

Court in session

Who will be called to the witness stand next?

Forensic video expert Frank Piazza is expected to be the first witness called to the stand today. It will likely be focused on the CCTV footage from LA’s InterContinental Hotel in 2016, where Diddy was seen attacking Cassie by the lifts.

Fashion designer Bryana “Bana” Bongolan, who sued Diddy after he allegedly dangled her out of a 17th-story balcony, is set to testify.

Day 15 RECAP

It was an explosive start to proceedings on Tuesday as a woman was removed from court after screaming, “Diddy, these m*****f*****s laughing at you.” Judge Arun Subramanian also promptly banned a man for breaching a court order by referring to alleged victim Mia by her real name on YouTube.

Eddy Garcia, who worked at LA’s InterContinental Hotel in 2016, took to the stand and testified under an immunity order. Security footage obtained by CNN showed Diddy attacking Cassie Ventura at the hotel that year in front of the lift. He went on to claim that Diddy’s chief of staff Kristina Khorram pressed for footage of the incident. Garcia claims that Diddy himself personally asked for the video and feared it could “ruin him”.

He went on to allege that his boss agreed to give the music mogul the footage for $50,000.

Combs Enterprise’s former head of finance Derek Ferguson also testified in compliance with a subpoena. A jury was shown Diddy’s bank statements from December 2011, showing that his account transferred $20,000 to Cassie on December 14, the amount of $20,000 sent to his account from Broderick Ventura (Cassie’s dad) and then the same amount returned to Broderick’s account on December 17.

Ferguson also claimed while being cross-examined that he never saw anyone help Diddy commit crimes. He also claimed that Diddy’s employees were a “very close-knit group”.

The jury was then dismissed for the day.

Middlesbrough sack head coach Carrick

Middlesbrough have sacked head coach Michael Carrick after two-and-a-half years in charge.

The former England midfielder, 43, took over at the Championship side in October 2022 for his first role in management.

He guided the team to a play-off finish in 2022-23 but they have missed out on the top six in the past two campaigns.

Boro spent much of the 2024-25 season challenging for a play-off spot but one win in their final six matches proved to be costly.

They stayed in the hunt for a top-six place until the final game of the season but defeat at Coventry saw them finish 10th.

Carrick’s Boro bubble bursts

Carrick started his coaching career with Manchester United, with whom he won five Premier League titles in his playing days, after retiring in 2018.

He had a spell in caretaker charge of the team in November 2021 after the departure of Ole Gunnar Solskjaer but left when Ralf Rangnick was appointed in December.

Boro turned to him in October the following year after a disastrous start to the season saw them sack Chris Wilder with the club in the relegation zone.

Carrick immediately turned their fortunes around as they flew up the table and into promotion contention.

They ultimately finished fourth for a first play-off campaign in five years but were beaten by Coventry in the semi-finals.

They fell just short of another Premier League push in the following season, as they finished eighth, four points off sixth.

‘Boro have gone backwards’ – Analysis

Mark Drury, BBC Radio Tees Middlesbrough commentator

Middlesbrough’s decision to sack Carrick may surprise some outside Teesside but one thing it can’t be described as is a knee-jerk reaction.

A month has passed since Boro’s 2-0 defeat at Coventry on the final day of the Championship season.

That loss was their 18th of a desperately disappointing season and was followed by the head coach insisting “I’m carrying on” in his BBC Radio Tees Sport post-match interview.

Many Boro fans had come to the conclusion he would be doing just that as the days and weeks ticked by without any sign of white smoke from the club’s Rockliffe Park training ground. However, that silence was not indicative of inaction.

Boro’s hierarchy had let it be known they would be conducting an in-depth review into the reasons a season where promotion had been targeted and budgeted for ended in a failure to reach the play-offs despite an unusually low points total – the lowest for a decade – being required to make them.

They were as good as their word, conducting a series of meetings, a number of which involved the head coach, while trying to block out the chorus of disapproval from a fan base which had largely become disenchanted and detached by the season’s end.

There will be a sense of sadness on Teesside that Carrick was unable to follow up on the promise of his first season when some of the football left fans purring. That sadness will be weighed against the reality the club have gone backwards in the seasons since.

Attention now will be on who comes next? Rob Edwards is known to be highly-rated by head of football Kieran Scott while Sheffield Wednesday’s Danny Rohl will be of interest to any Championship club without a manager after his sterling work at Hillsborough.

Love Island’s Chloe Burrows finds love again and shuns public relationships

EXCLUSIVE: Love Island star Chloe Burrows has opened up about her own dating disasters ahead of her new Channel 4 documentary, UNTOLD: Love in the Wild – The Real Dating Experiment

Love Island babe Chloe Burrows has confirmed she’s officially off the market – but don’t expect to see her packing on the PDA anytime soon.

The 28-year-old blonde beauty, who shot to fame on the ITV2 dating show back in 2021, has finally moved on from her high-profile split with Toby Aromolaran – and she’s found love the old-fashioned way.

Speaking ahead of the release of her brand new Channel 4 documentary UNTOLD: Love in the Wild – The Real Dating Experiment, which drops tonight (June 4), Chloe spilled the tea on her new romance, her dating disasters, and why she’s turned her back on dating apps for good.

“Yes, I’ve met someone in real life,” she confirmed with a smile. “But I’m keeping this one private. No more public relationships for me.”

Chloe and Toby captured the nation’s hearts during their time in the villa, eventually finishing as runners-up in the 2021 series. But after a whirlwind romance outside the show – complete with moving in together and red carpet appearances – things fizzled out, and the pair called it quits in 2022.

Article continues below

“After my other Untold documentary, I’m standing on business,” Chloe explained. “I’m not having a public relationship again. It’s not a secret, just something I want to keep to myself.”

In her new doc, which is part of Channel 4’s hard-hitting UNTOLD strand, Chloe goes on a real-life dating mission to uncover why young Brits are ditching the apps and heading back to real-world romance. And spoiler alert – it gets messy.

From speed dating to awkward blind dates to full-on rock climbing with strangers, Chloe dives into every type of face-to-face flirting you can imagine – and she’s got the bruises (and stories) to prove it and when it comes to her own dating life away from the show, it hasn’t always been plain sailing.

“There’s one guy who looked nothing like his profile pic,” she laughed as she detailed the time she was catfished. “I evacuated immediately. I said I needed the loo and never came back.”

The documentary also dives into the dark side of app dating – from AI-generated profiles to safety concerns and ghosting culture. “It’s mad,” Chloe admitted. “It’s too easy to catfish now. You just don’t know who’s really behind the screen.”

And while she’s still glued to Love Island like the rest of us, don’t expect her to pop back into the villa any time soon – even for All Stars.

“No. Not for me,” she said firmly. “I’ve done my bit. I’ve moved on. I’ll still be watching though – I’m a fan just like everyone else. I love the routine of it – dinner done by 9, sit down and watch Love Island, then bed.”

The dating show returns next week for its 12th series marking a decade since its debut.

Since her Island days, Chloe’s carved out a brand new career as a presenter and doc host. Her first UNTOLD film tackled the dark side of fame, and now she’s back for round two – and loving it.

“I love getting stuck in. I’m not just narrating – I’m actually going through these experiences,” she said. “Let us [Islanders] enjoy any opportunity we get. If it’s not your thing, that’s fine – watch something else. Trolls will always troll. But for those of us taking this route, good on us.”

And her advice for anyone still swiping left and right?

“Go outside. Go meet people. Honestly, try speed dating. The vibe was immaculate.”

Love In The Wild: The Real Dating Experiment: UNTOLD streams on Channel 4 from Wednesday 4th June.
