Harry Potter fans have taken a look at some of the cast members when they were filming the hit movie series compared to now and all said the same thing. Today (Friday, May 2) marks International Harry Potter Day, founded by David Cameron, the Prime Minister at the time in 2012.

It was declared an official international holiday to honour the work of J.K. Rowling, the author of the Harry Potter books which were later adapted into movies, starting with Harry Potter and the Philosopher’s Stone in 2001. As it is International Harry Potter Day, it is fitting to look back at some of the stars of the films.

A TikTok account called Harry Potter Lore posted a video on the platform featuring Jamie Waylett (Vincent Crabbe), Josh Herdman (Gregory Goyle), Evanna Lynch (Luna Lovegood), Tom Felton (Draco Malfoy) and Robert Pattinson (Cedric Diggory).

However, one cast member really caught people’s attention. Waylett now resembles American rapper and singer Post Malone, according to many fans in the comment section.

Another question was raised, “Why does Post Malone now look like Crabbe?” “Young Post Malone in Harry Potter,” a fourth commentator said?

The fifth chimed in, “Post Malone” became the first. Waylett, 35, is depicted in the TikTok clip in a 2003 Hogwarts outfit.

He played Crabbe, the son of a Death Eater and a member of Draco Malfoy’s gang, in the Harry Potter books. His only film role to date was in six of the eight movies, which made up his Harry Potter role.

Despite having the world at his feet, his life took a dark turn that seems to have put a halt to his acting career.

After being caught growing cannabis plants in his home, he lost his role in the popular television series in 2009. His time on screen came to an end with a sentence that included 120 hours of community service.

Even worse was yet to come. After being found guilty of violent disorder when he swigged from a bottle of champagne stolen during the London riots, he was sentenced to two years in prison. Despite being cleared of intending to destroy or damage property, he was pictured with a petrol bomb.

Beyoncé’s Cowboy Carter tour had empty seats and fans are convinced it’s because of one thing

Beyoncé’s world-renowned Cowboy Carter US and Europe tour has begun, but unlike previous shows, videos have been circulated that show empty stadium seats. One reason people believe it is to blame is.

Singer Beyoncé has kicked off her Cowboy Carter Tour, two years after her hugely successful Renaissance World Tour. However, it seems that this time, the 43-year-old is struggling to sell her tickets as fans have begun to see empty seats and areas of the stadium covered with blankets – and they know why.

A household name, Beyoncé is undoubtedly one of the most streamed and popular musicians. The singer has a staggering net worth of $800million (which converts to £600million), as reported by Forbes in 2023.

Her latest album, Cowboy Carter, is taking her on a 32-city run across the US and Europe, visiting Los Angeles, Chicago, New Jersey, London, Paris, Houston, Atlanta, Washington, and Las Vegas. Surprisingly, the city with the most dates is London, with a total of six shows.

The Cowboy Carter tour started at the Inglewood, California venue on April 28, 2025. The concert’s total set time is two hours and 45 minutes, and it features both songs from her most recent album and some classic throwbacks like Formation and Crazy in Love.

Nonetheless, despite her fame and staggering net worth, clips from fans revealed a lot of empty seats despite its anticipation and the success of her previous tours. Pictures and videos made rounds on social media, showing empty seats. The news came as a shock, since her previous Renaissance World Tour brought in £388,560 million, making it the highest-grossing tour by a Black artist.

The empty seats for the Cowboy Carter tour comes in stark comparison to her previous world tour. As Beyoncé’s Renaissance World Tour dates sold out within minutes of going on sale. With various reports revealed that over 400,000 fans were in the queue for the pre-sale tickets for the UK leg of her tour.

Beyoncé made the tour announcement in February 2025. Fans, however, expressed their ire and annoyance over the prohibitive prices, some of which ran into the thousands. The low attendance is now established by the fans as a result.

SoFi Stadium has a capacity of 70,000 people. Surprisingly, days before, ticket prices dropped significantly for her shows on May 1, 4, 7, and 9, due to the amount of seats still available. With an initial price reaching thousands of dollars, they were being sold at £40 ($54) on Ticketmaster.

Another person described the first night spent in Inglewood as “Cowboy Carter tour” more like an empty tour. Fourthly, it was written as “Watching the]timeline] complain about Beyoncé ticket prices a few months ago and then checking Ticketmaster to see them at $45 now.”
