Life looks set to become even more hectic for busy actor Danny Miller, who is best known for playing troubled Aaron Dingle in Emmerdale – a firm fan favourite since he joined the Yorkshire soap back in 2008. Last month, the 34-year-old, who has a son, Albert, three, and a daughter, Edith, one, with wife Steph Jones, revealed on Instagram they are expecting baby number three.

Danny, you’re going to start raising kids once more. Congratulations!

I appreciate it! The final three, and probably the last one, is unquestionably the magic number! We are excited because it’s so difficult for us to get to where we’re going and because our family lives a few hours away. Already, we have two stunning kids. We just seem to be bringing the family together.

Do you possess gender information?

No, we never actually learn. We prefer surprises. This is the best kind of natural surprise you can find because there aren’t many left over in life.

Do you feel prepared for a household that is even busier?

It’s definitely a bit unknown because we’ve never had three children before. With two to look after and a newborn, we are aware of the difficulties. You just have to get involved.

Has your father’s work style changed since then?

Really, no. Even when it means working long hours or traveling, Steph is so patient. She holds the fort incredibly well despite the fact that we work it out together and are more discerning about what makes sense.

Are you guilty about skipping for a long period of time?

Of course. That guilt would be felt by any parent. You forget the good times. However, you still get a lot of pictures and videos thanks to camera phones. It’s about being fully present when I’m at home; work is tomorrow. The family is always first.

Would you like your children to pursue acting?

I’ll back whatever they decide to do. Albert is very imaginative; he enjoys dancing and performing. Edith also follows him around. I admire how special a bond they share, and I love how they behave. We’ll be completely in their favor, whatever they decide.

Which parent, you or Steph, is stricter?

Me! I’m not sure if this is outdated thinking, but I think dads frequently exercise the “bad cop” in terms of authority and discipline. It’s about maintaining balance.

In Emmerdale, everything is happening. When you read the wedding script, how did you feel?

It’s one of our special episodes, to be sure. More of our exploration is now than ever. Because it was created entirely from John’s imagination, it is really intriguing. You must find ways to make soap weddings feel new because there are so many. It’s a lot of fun and three days long, but there’s also drama and angst. The wild side of soap weddings is always present!

What’s it like to contribute to the development of television history?

It sounds much more important when you put it like that! But yeah, it’s nice. It’s always great to push the boundaries and explore new ways of storytelling, especially with so much brilliant TV out there now on Netflix, Amazon, and the rest. ITV and ITVX are trying to keep up, and we’re here for it.

How do you and the cast let go of the intense scenes that you’ve captured?

Although our cast is amiable, there isn’t always time for socializing during busy editing. After the conclusion of this storyline, we returned to the neighborhood pub where we had raised a glass and had a drink. We frequently laugh at little things while filming.

You won I’m A Celeb in 2021. What aspects of the show did you find enjoyable, and what lacked?

I detested the monotony. There is only so much to talk about, even with great people. I enjoyed revealing Danny’s true identity to people, not just Aaron, the person I portray. Being myself on a show I’ve loved since I was a child was an incredible feeling. It appeared to be a significant accomplishment.

Was there any unobserved in the background madness?

Not that I’ve not authorized an NDA for! You get what you see. They typically report anything significant. The only surprise is how small the food portions are. You can’t believe how little rice and beans you receive. No condiments, of course, was a plus.

What would be your ideal television show?

This City Is Ours is a collaboration between my friends James Nelson-Joyce and Jack McMullen. It would be a dream come true to be an underworld gangster. But I’m content with where I am right now.

Would you do Celebrity Big Brother?

I’m not sure, to be honest. I wasn’t sure I could do that all day because I saw the challenge in the previous series where everyone dressed as cats. But never declare never. You might be asked to appear on these shows at times and knock on the door.

Katie recently broken her silence on claims she’s split with her boyfriend, JJ Slater. The glamour icon, 46 and Married At First Sight star, 31, have been dating for more than a year, however fans thought the couple may have secretly called it a day after noticing the pair had not appeared on each other’s Instagram for a while as well as not spending Christmas together.

Speaking exclusively in her OK! column, Kerry said of Katie and JJ: “I haven’t heard it yet, but we did panto together and they always come to mine at Christmas. JJ’s a lovely guy — he’s really sweet.”

And I’ll always be able to support Katie. She has gone through a lot. I believe the saddest part is that women don’t give enough support to women. We ought to straighten each other’s crowns. Katie would never give up, but she does. She continues. She continues to fight, and it deserves praise.

I’m a little concerned that JJ and I have something like that.

In her most recent podcast with her sister Sophie, Katie admitted that the reality star was “The One” despite her reservations about spending too much time with JJ.

The couple’s relationship hasn’t always been smooth, though, as his future brother-in-law took a rough ride from him. The former Married at First Sight contestant. married to Sophie Brooks, Katie’s sister.

After her friend Alison Hammond made the decision to take control of her health following a pre-diabetic diagnosis, Peter Andre has shared his thoughts about her startling 13-stone weight loss.

Peter Andre is giving his thoughts on Alison Hammond’s incredible 13-stone weight loss, after he himself was subject to weight loss jabs. Alison, who once tipped the scales at 28 stone, decided it was time to make a change following a pre-diabetic diagnosis and after losing her mother Maria to type 2 diabetes in 2020.

Speaking in his column, Peter said: “ Alison Hammond is looking amazing and she’s spoken about not using weight-loss jabs. She obviously feels fantastic and I don’t think it’s anyone else’s business when it comes to the injections – we shouldn’t force people into discussing it.”

“I don’t know why we believe everyone should confess their actions.” It is impressive that Allison is a good friend who has invested in the effort and succeeded. However, I wouldn’t ever hold anyone accountable for giving injections.

Back in 2019, Peter sparked a flurry of comments after sharing a video to Instagram that his followers said made him look like he was ‘wasting away.’ “He is getting thinner in the face worrying signs that there could be something wrong with the body?” one fan said.

Peter explained the true reason for his trimmer appearance and then piped up to put an end to the worry. He continued, “I run,” and said, “I feel better than ever.”

Taking her health into her own hands, Alison also embarked on a fitness journey with a personal trainer and adopted a more watchful approach to her diet. Speaking to Heat Magazine, Alison said: “I feel amazing. I feel happy within myself. I’ve got a personal trainer – she’s amazing. She trains me when I can train. If I’m working, I don’t train, I’ll go for a walk.”

Having previously revealed that weights, pilates, and yoga are part of her home fitness regime, Alison insists she’s not about restrictive diets, reports Plymouth Live. To her, balance is key, as she said: “I don’t deny myself anything. I eat everything but in moderation.”

Speaking to Women’s Health magazine, she further explained her shift from high-fat, high-sugar foods, reflecting on her mother’s concerns and her own encounter with pre-diabetes, saying: “My mum had type 2 diabetes and she was worried for me, so when I then found out that I was pre-diabetic, that was frightening. I thought: ‘I have to be an adult about this’. The sweets had to stop – and the fatty foods.”

After making changes to her diet and daily routine, Alison has successfully reversed her condition. She said: “I’m no longer pre-diabetic, so I’m a bit naughtier with my food now. But because my body’s working properly, I can allow myself a bit of sugar here and there.

I’m thrilled to be able to wear things I’ve never been able to before, and I love my new shape. I still have areas of my body where I’m conscious, like my arms and stomach. Look at me, I’m a bombshell, I mean.

Alison acknowledged that “funny stories” prevented her from considering taking weight loss medications. However, she asserted that she “would not down on anyone who did.”

Off-screen, Alison has a relationship with 27-year-old masseur David Putman. Growing rumors are circulating that her desire to lose weight with her partner was to blame.

When questioned about potential wedding plans, she playfully said, “I’d never say no.” I might get married to myself.

Former Love Island and The Circle contestant Tasha Ghouri has spoken out about her new book, “Your Superpower: Embrace What Makes You Different” and the difficulties she has encountered.

TV personality and disability advocate Tasha Ghouri insists that everyone has their own ‘superpowers’ in her new novel. “Remembering who you are as a person, that’s the whole root of the book,” shares the Strictly Come Dancing star about her latest self-help offering, Your Superpower: Embrace What Makes You Different.

Describing the book as “a very vulnerable, raw” journey, she intertwines her personal experiences with advice on tackling everything from bullying and heartache, to navigating the pitfalls of social media and the significance of self-belief.

Ghouri, 26, reflects on a childhood that was both “fun” (“I was a kid that would play hopscotch outside,”) and challenging. Hailing from Thirsk, North Yorkshire, she was born deaf and received a cochlear implant at the age of five. Today, she views her disability as one of her greatest superpowers and has come to “embrace the silence”.

“I enjoy having the choice between hearing and hearing,” I always take out my cochlear implant when I go to sleep. She claims, “I sleep the best way ever. I just adore taking it out to watch TV with subtitles on even in my downtime.

Ghouri claims that “there is so much beauty in silence.” “I wish everyone had it because it’s so lovely to be able to turn off, recharge, and ground yourself once more,” said one customer.

The tranquillity of silence has struck a chord with Ghouri, especially during a tumultuous period of her life. When her cochlear implant broke in the middle of her A-levels, she was involuntary enveloped in quiet.

She recalls that it was “really strange,” but she continued to attend college and dance classes despite the silence, admitting, “I didn’t want it to bring me down. Don’t get me wrong, I did breakdown a few times, but he claims that going through that stage only prepared her for any such events in the future.

Ghouri catapulted into the limelight at age 23 when she entered the Love Island villa in 2022. Reflecting on her reality TV debut, she muses: “I remember thinking, ‘You’re here now, really embrace this opportunity.'” Post-villa life, however, delivered its own whirlwind: a “very crazy six months” post-show transition that tested her newfound fame.

Ghouri still endured online harassment and ominous infamy despite receiving adequate aftercare, which included multiple psychological assessments, parent consultations, and the team maintaining contact for months. She relates that “there was a lot of ableism, opinions, and I had to navigate a whole new reality.”

Ghouri openly acknowledges her difficulties, saying, “Many times, I lost myself,” but she is still grateful that she managed to stay grounded. I was aware of the identities of my family and friends.

The dating show may have transformed her life and reunited her parents, who contribute to her book, but it was Strictly Come Dancing that fulfilled her ultimate television fantasy.

Ghouri spent two years focusing on achieving her Strictly dream, saying, “Strictly, Strictly, Strictly, that’s the one show I want to do and I’ll retire after that!” When she finally received the call, she expressed her shock: “I was so shocked.”
