The Gallagher brothers have been locked in a bitter feud for nearly as long as they’ve been in the public eye.

But now it looks as though their war of words has reached an all time low as Liam and Noel’s children have started to publicly take sides in support of their parents. While at a backstage bar in Glastonbury’s VIP section, Noel was just metres away from his nephew Gene – but was snubbed by the youngster in full view of onlookers.

An reveller told The Sun that Gene was stood just 20 yards from each other with their respective pals but chose to not engage. A source told the publication: “Noel and Gene clocked each other but kept well apart. It was quite sad to see given they are so closely related but there is still a lot of bad blood between Noel and Liam. They were only standing 20 yards apart but neither of them would break rank to say hello.”

It’s believed that Noel headed out of the backstage bar and partied until 3am after watching the band Kneecap in Shangri-La. And last August a similar situation took place when Noel quickly left Chiltern Firehouse restaurant with his daughter Anais, after Liam’s eldest son Lennon rocked up at the venue.

The awkward exchange at the Worthy Farm music festival comes after Liam and Noel individually hinted at a long-awaited reunion. In May, Liam and Noel sent Oasis fans into a state of hysteria after they shared a cryptic video on their X accounts. The band split in 2009 after a backstage row in Paris appeared to be the final straw for Noel.

At the time, he said: “It’s with some sadness and great relief to tell you that I quit Oasis tonight. People will write and say what they like, but I simply could not go on working with Liam a day longer.” But this year, the official Oasis X account posted a video without a caption featuring music from the group as far back as 1994, which was the year their debut album Definitely Maybe soared to the top of the charts.

Liam often posts on the social media platform but Noel rarely gives a nod to his past. But after re-tweeting an Oasis video fans were in hope of a reconciliation. One fan wrote: “This suspense is absolutely killing me…” Another fan said: “This would be Earth-shattering!”

Meanwhile, someone else claimed it was a “signal for a reunion!” Another penned: “I know what this is. Noel probably told Liam, many years ago after the break up, ‘The next time I will play with you will be after [Manchester] City win 4 league titles in a row’. Now, he’s stuck in keeping his word.”

Safety is on Katie Price’s priority list as the former glamour model attended one of her live shows closely followed by a new security team.

The 46-year-old recently embarked on a UK tour with her podcast, The Katie Price Show, which she hosts with her younger sister Sophie. “Pricey” has been performing up and down the country for the past month with her most recent performance taking place in Bristol.

In pictures seen by The Sun, security guards scoured the car park at St George’s Bristol while Katie, sporting a white crop top and jogging bottoms, was watched closely by her new minders as she stepped into a waiting vehicle after wrapping up her show on Tuesday, May 28. The move follows a harrowing event for the I’m A Celebrity star as she revealed she’d been the target of another vicious attack when an individual poured acid on her Range Rover.

Speaking on her podcast, Katie said: “So, my house is in the middle of nowhere, and I’ve had nothing but bad luck in that house. It doesn’t matter what it is, it’s bad luck. I can’t wait to get out of it, like I’ve said on this show.”

She added: “Now, what’s really scary is, a few months ago, people vandalised my gates, saying you f*****g whore, you s**g, and all of that. I’ve had lots of incidents, and now my car was parked by my front door and there’s other cars parked there. Someone has thrown acid all over my pink Range Rover.”

“So I thought, ‘acid is serious’ and for someone to actually go and buy that quantity, to then think they can go a hundred metres up my driveway in the middle of nowhere and pour that on my car when we’re all in bed asleep and I didn’t hear anything.”

Determined to get to the bottom of things, Katie then announced she’d contacted the police who had promptly urged her to leave her Mucky Mansion – and she needed no further insistence.

After being declared bankrupt for a second time in March, 2024, Katie was due to leave her Horsham, West Sussex, home, where she had been living since 2014, on Wednesday, May 29, and the mum-of-five left a day early as she moved into her new home with Married At First partner JJ Slater.

Katie broke the news while removal trucks swarmed her property as she captioned a picture of her Mucky Mansion: “Due to (an) acid attack on my car at my house, I’ve now been advised by authorities not to stay at Mucky Mansion anymore.”

Despite her financial woes, OK! Magazine reported on Friday, May 31, that Katie will be forking out a staggering £4,995 per month in rent for her new home.
