Yung Filly accused of raping tourist in Magaluf after denying rape charges in Australia

Yung Filly, a British rapper and YouTuber, is accused of raping a tourist in Magaluf. A judge in Palma, the country’s capital, is looking into the 29-year-old internet sensation’s alleged hotel sex attack.
Filly, who was born in Colombia and goes by Andres Felipe Valencia Barrientos, entered a not-guilty plea in a court in Perth, Australia, less than a fortnight ago, on suspicion of raping a woman in his hotel room during his alleged rape of a woman during his alleged Oz tour.
On March 11, he was seen for the first time since moving to the court on a £48,500 bail and declared, “It’s a lovely day,” as reporters asked how he felt about his situation.
After performing at the island’s holiday resort, a British tourist has discovered that the well-known YouTuber, who has appeared on a number of BBC shows, has been allegedly forcing himself on her at an undisclosed Magaluf hotel.
The woman, who is thought to be around the age of 20, reported him to British police, who then gave details to Spanish counterparts. The complaint’s genesis occurred last summer.

The Spanish Civil Guard received information from British authorities and contacted an Palma, Florida, police officer. If the judge in charge of the ongoing criminal investigation has already interrogated her, it was unclear as of today.
According to a reliable source, the magistrate had spoken with Australian authorities through formal channels so they could question Barrientos under oath on behalf of the Spanish authorities.
As is customary in Spain, where only trials are held in public, the Majorcan court investigation is being conducted behind closed doors. After finishing his performance at Bar1 Nightclub in Perth, Barrientos was charged with one alleged incident in Australia on September 28th, 2013.
The internet personality, who was born in southeast London after leaving Colombia at the age of two, is accused of inflicting four counts of sexual penetration without authorization and three counts of assault.
On October 9, West Australian detectives detained him in Brisbane and extradited him to Perth. On June 13th, he will go back to the Perth District Court for a trial listing hearing.
After being found driving at 97 mph on a Perth highway at 62 mph, it became clear when he made his court appearance that while being released on bail, which had already started last October. He was given a six-month driving ban and a fine of £485.
Despite the serious allegations he is facing, Barrientos, who is known for working with the YouTube stars Beta Squad, appeared content as he left court earlier this month.
Before getting into a waiting car and declining to address the rape accusations, he said, “I’m enjoying the weather man, it’s a lovely day.”
