VIDEO: Lawmaker Says IGP’s Tenure Backed By Law, Dismisses Sowore’s Claims

Yusuf Gadgi, a representative in the House of Representatives, refutes claims that the Inspector General of Police’s (IGP) terms are legitimate.

The lawmaker from Plateau State’s Pankshin/Kanam/Kanke Federal Constituency says IGP Kayode Egbetokun’s claims about his government’s role in the country are untrue.

Gadgi, who was interviewed by Politics Today and Channels Television on Thursday, claimed the law supports the IGP’s term in office.
