Troops Neutralize 120 Terrorists, Nab 105 Others – DHQ

According to the Defense Headquarters, in the past week, troops have freed 43 hostages, neutralized 120 terrorists, and detained 105 others.

The Joint Task Force Operation Hadin Kai also carried out air interdiction operations, killing 64 terrorists and making 28 suspects, according to a statement signed by Major General Edward Buba, director of defense media operations.

The Joint Task Force’s Operation FANSAN YAMMA, which was conducted in the North West, also conducted offensive operations, bringing down 21 terrorists, making 24 arrests, and rescuing 5 kidnapped hostages, according to the statement.

Additionally, the Joint Task Force Operation SAFE HAVEN in the North Central region also recovered 3 locally fabricated pistols, 23 rounds of 7.62mm special ammunition, and 5 live cartridges, as well as the arrest and rescue of 14 hostages.
